Excellent luxury hotel. Room was well equipped and very clean and modern. Only improvement would be to add a coffee machine (espresso). Pools are both great spaces (22nd and 37th floors). Front desk very helpful when we needed them. Breakfast is huge with an almost overwhelming selection of everything. Overall an excellent stay especially due to convenient location (quick to airport by either train or taxi).

I stayed at this hotel, and my experience was mixed. Starting with the positives: the location is excellent! There is a 7-Eleven nearby, and the metro station is just a 6-minute walk away, making everything easily accessible. The room also had a beautiful view. Additionally, the hotel features a swimming pool. The room itself was very spacious, bright, and clean, with a large bathtub and a separate shower. The amount of space was truly impressive. The bed linen, towels, and bathrobe were fresh and clean. The room was equipped with all the essentials: cotton swabs, a shower cap, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and even body lotion. The bathrobe was provided free of charge, but slippers were available only for an extra fee of 200 baht. Unfortunately, there was no hairdryer. Now for the downsides: the room is in desperate need of renovation. The furniture and decor are very worn, with visible wall damage and peeling paint. The floor-to-ceiling windows, which could have been a highlight, were extremely dirty and seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The entire room had an outdated and shabby feel. It’s worth noting that this is a Chinese hotel, and most of the guests were from China. During checkout, I had to wait due to a long queue at the front desk. A deposit of 2000 baht was required upon check-in. Overall, the convenient location, swimming pool, and spacious rooms are definite advantages. However, the hotel could be significantly improved with renovations and more thorough cleaning. ——— Останавливалась в этом отеле, и впечатления получились смешанными. Начну с плюсов: расположение просто отличное! Рядом есть магазин 7-Eleven, до метро всего 6 минут пешком — всё необходимое в шаговой доступности. Кроме того, из номера открывался красивый вид. Также в отеле есть бассейн. Теперь о самом номере: он был очень просторный, светлый и чистый, с большой ванной и отдельным душем. Места действительно много, что приятно удивило. Постельное бельё, полотенца и халаты были чистыми. В номере были все необходимые принадлежности: ватные палочки, шапочка для душа, зубные щётки, шампунь, гель для душа и даже лосьон для тела. Халат предоставлялся бесплатно, а вот тапочки были только за дополнительную плату — 200 бат. Фена, к сожалению, не было. Из минусов: номер явно требует ремонта. Мебель и отделка сильно изношены, на стенах видны вздутия и трещины. Огромные окна в пол, которые могли бы стать изюминкой номера, были грязными, словно их не мыли очень давно. Всё выглядело обветшалым и устаревшим. Стоит отметить, что отель китайский, и среди гостей было много туристов из Китая. При выезде пришлось немного подождать, так как на ресепшене была очередь. Депозит при заселении составил 2000 бат. В целом, расположение, бассейн и просторные номера — большие плюсы, но отелю не помешал бы капитальный ремонт и более тщательная уборка окон.

Top class experience at Chatrium celebrating my fiancée’s birthday! Service was magical from the moment we stepped into the hotel, having a personal guide to lead us up to our room. The hotel is nice, not too far from different attractions. You can get a car or Tuk Tuk right in front of the hotel or use a hail riding app like grab for convenience. The Lawson downstairs is quite convenient and the staff are really nice. We enjoyed our stay and are glad we booked here. They offer different activity packages to book and a shuttle service for an additional cost. Overall the hotel is nice, we did not get to enjoy the pool because it was too cold and we did not have the opportunity to enjoy it with sun. The spa 100/100 the traditional Thai massage was great and worth every cent.

You can see multiple WiFi networks but do not be fooled, most of them do not work. I suggest you purchase eSim from Klook. For only S$10 you will get 5 days unlimited data. The flush button was so hard to press, the hot water is not working, the remote for the air-conditioning is not properly working. And on top of that the plugs were located so far from the bed. Both of them needs to use different adapters and you cannot use both of the plugs as it does not fit the 2 chargers. You cannot ask help from reception. Location wise it is the best since it is close the train station. This is the worst hotel that I have stayed.

We expected a true five-star experience, but this hotel barely reaches a 3.5 or 4-star level in terms of service and facilities. We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room and were even upgraded to a suite. However, the hallways and air conditioning carried a strong cigarette smell. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue in hotels with frequent Chinese guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. If you book a room with breakfast included through Trip, you’ll be dining at The Market Bistro, but don’t expect a buffet. Instead, you get a limited choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. For a supposed five-star hotel, the quality is extremely poor—terrible coffee, packaged toast, greasy and fried food, and no fresh fruit or natural juice. The “pastry selection” consists of one processed croissant, two slices of toast, and a Danish. The hotel is also overcrowded, with the reception and rooms located far apart, requiring long walks each time you go back and forth. For just 300 - 400 Mops more, you could stay at The St. Regis or another luxury hotel (low season) that offers far better value for money. Don’t be misled by Trip reviews—this hotel does not live up to the five-star rating it claims.

Rooms: The room is quite decent—neither too small nor too big. We could comfortably open one 29-inch and one 24-inch suitcase in the room. Amenities: Every day, two bottles of mineral water are refilled. The slippers provided are reusable plastic ones, so you will use the same slippers throughout your stay. Towels can be changed daily. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but shampoo and bath gel are supplied daily in large bottles. The power sockets are designed for local use and feature a deep, round design commonly found in Korea. Even with a universal adapter, you might face compatibility issues. You can refer to the attached pictures for details about the sockets. The hotel can lend you a connector, but a deposit of 10,000 KRW per connector is required. You can reclaim the deposit when you return the connector. Shower and Toilet: The shower design is not very practical. After taking a shower, water tends to flow into the toilet and basin area, leaving them wet. To manage this, we had to use several towels on the floor to absorb the water, which made the area less convenient. Transport: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just beside it. Others: The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. They also provide luggage storage and have a weighing scale in the lobby to measure your luggage weight. Environment: The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and shops, including Olive Young, Burger King, 7-Eleven, and Lotte Mart. WiFi: The hotel provides free WiFi.

Spacious room, with nice cityview. Has a fridge, a microwave, and a full bath tub! TV programs also features Now+ entertainment channels, HBO movie, BBC, Bloomberg news etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for winter maintenance and I didnt get to check out the Gym during the visit. Connected directly with the Shopping Mall with stairs taken to second level of the Mall without having to go outside. Extremely convenient and love it! The Supermarket on the 3rd level is huge and has everything needed. Can walk easily to the Shopping Mall (2 buildings) and the outdoor leisure Square and Park. Bus stops are also steps away for going to city center and Airport (A37 bus). Overall I had a very pleasant stay there and will definitely return again !

Keep up the good work, next time I have emergency stays near the border of Shenzhen I can come here. We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

We had a wonderful stay at Eeril Hotel. 🥰 The location is very good. Just a few minutes to the metro station. The room is very clean, and the lobby smells good. We would like to drink some tea in the lobby but unfortunately we didn't have much time. There's a robot butler that delivers food to the guest's door. And he can take the elevator by himself! Shenzhen is very cool! The people here are very kind and friendly.❤️🥰

Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!

Nice hotel with water fountains on every floor. I would give this a 4/5 though because the elevators are atrocious. You have to wait 10-20 minutes sometimes just to get back up or down. And not all elevators go to all floors which is very inefficient. They also had the pool closed and the gym was just treadmills and bikes. Where are the weights? lol All in all it was still a good experience and we had a nice time while visiting Taipei. There is a lot around the Ximending area where the hotel is located.

Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was a decent size for two people. Beds extremely hard. Nice towels but bring your own washcloths. Breakfast was a limited buffet items. Across the street there is a diner. They have a cafe that opens from 11:30-5p. They have a vending machine on site because water is not offered in the rooms. McDonald’s, convenient stores, and dim sum restaurant nearby. Not far from Mega Box mall (can take bus or taxi). Very convenient to the metro.

We stayed here as we had an early flight and needed to check our luggage in at 3am. Hotel was really clean, shower was hot, bed was hard but ok. Easy access to the airport and trains, lots of restaurants nearby. You can hear the metro passing underneath the hotel but it's really not a problem. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
