Spacious room, with nice cityview. Has a fridge, a microwave, and a full bath tub! TV programs also features Now+ entertainment channels, HBO movie, BBC, Bloomberg news etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool was closed for winter maintenance and I didnt get to check out the Gym during the visit. Connected directly with the Shopping Mall with stairs taken to second level of the Mall without having to go outside. Extremely convenient and love it! The Supermarket on the 3rd level is huge and has everything needed. Can walk easily to the Shopping Mall (2 buildings) and the outdoor leisure Square and Park. Bus stops are also steps away for going to city center and Airport (A37 bus). Overall I had a very pleasant stay there and will definitely return again !

Keep up the good work, next time I have emergency stays near the border of Shenzhen I can come here. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Room was a decent size for two people. Beds extremely hard. Nice towels but bring your own washcloths. Breakfast was a limited buffet items. Across the street there is a diner. They have a cafe that opens from 11:30-5p. They have a vending machine on site because water is not offered in the rooms. McDonald’s, convenient stores, and dim sum restaurant nearby. Not far from Mega Box mall (can take bus or taxi). Very convenient to the metro.

First time stay in Nina Hotel and we are very happy about everything except some small improvement is needed. I feel very upset that ALL swimming pool are closed for maintenance during our stay. Also, the curtain inside the bathroom is not block out curtain. Everytime my partner go to the bathroom at night time wake me up due to the bright lights. Otherwise everything else is good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Panda Hotel again, and it was nothing short of amazing! From celebrating my birthday in style to enjoying a romantic getaway, this hotel truly knows how to make every moment special.  For my birthday, I was surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel celebrated, and their warmth and friendliness left a lasting impression. During a romantic stay, my partner and I were delighted by the thoughtful touches, like a heart-shaped cushion on the sofa, which added the perfect touch of love to our room.   And let’s talk about the location! With a shopping mall right downstairs, convenience was at its best. Whether I needed a last-minute item or just wanted to indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just steps away. After a day of shopping, retreating to the comfort of the hotel felt like a luxury.   Speaking of staff, I have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team who made our stay even more special! Herman, Richard, and Lily went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We expected a true five-star experience, but this hotel barely reaches a 3.5 or 4-star level in terms of service and facilities. We requested a high-floor, non-smoking room and were even upgraded to a suite. However, the hallways and air conditioning carried a strong cigarette smell. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue in hotels with frequent Chinese guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. If you book a room with breakfast included through Trip, you’ll be dining at The Market Bistro, but don’t expect a buffet. Instead, you get a limited choice between a Western or Chinese set menu. For a supposed five-star hotel, the quality is extremely poor—terrible coffee, packaged toast, greasy and fried food, and no fresh fruit or natural juice. The “pastry selection” consists of one processed croissant, two slices of toast, and a Danish. The hotel is also overcrowded, with the reception and rooms located far apart, requiring long walks each time you go back and forth. For just 300 - 400 Mops more, you could stay at The St. Regis or another luxury hotel (low season) that offers far better value for money. Don’t be misled by Trip reviews—this hotel does not live up to the five-star rating it claims.

Rooms: The room is quite decent—neither too small nor too big. We could comfortably open one 29-inch and one 24-inch suitcase in the room. Amenities: Every day, two bottles of mineral water are refilled. The slippers provided are reusable plastic ones, so you will use the same slippers throughout your stay. Towels can be changed daily. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, but shampoo and bath gel are supplied daily in large bottles. The power sockets are designed for local use and feature a deep, round design commonly found in Korea. Even with a universal adapter, you might face compatibility issues. You can refer to the attached pictures for details about the sockets. The hotel can lend you a connector, but a deposit of 10,000 KRW per connector is required. You can reclaim the deposit when you return the connector. Shower and Toilet: The shower design is not very practical. After taking a shower, water tends to flow into the toilet and basin area, leaving them wet. To manage this, we had to use several towels on the floor to absorb the water, which made the area less convenient. Transport: The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, just beside it. Others: The hotel offers a free airport shuttle service, but you must make a reservation at least one day in advance. They also provide luggage storage and have a weighing scale in the lobby to measure your luggage weight. Environment: The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and shops, including Olive Young, Burger King, 7-Eleven, and Lotte Mart. WiFi: The hotel provides free WiFi.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

Our first time staying in this hotel and generally gave us good impression from the first step inside the lobby. Staff are very polite and helpful. Although room size is not big but it’s neat and clean. Bathroom is clean and so as the towels. It will be perfect If the lighting condition can be improved as we couldn’t see clear from the mirror. Lighting there is quite gloomy! Checking out was efficient and we were surprised with a gift - a bag of Pullman chocolate! Elena was very nice and helpful. Her warm greetings and smile gave our trip a pleasant touch! We’ll come back to this hotel in our future trip to Zhuhai!

Check-in process was smooth and we were able to get a room at point of check-in. Concierge was very helpful at all occasions - bringing our luggage all the way to the room and helping to also carry a bulky item that we had delivered to the hotel, to the room. Hotel room was spacious - the toilet even had a dressing table. Hotel room also had a nice river view. Nonetheless, water pressure was rather low and there was a foul smell coming from the pipes. Bed was rather hard and while staff tried to reduce the hardness by layering over a blanket, a comfortable night’s sleep was elusive. Air conditioning control seemed to only work for part of the air conditioner; air conditioner continued to operate even though the air conditioning was off. Was looking forward to using the indoor heated pool but this was closed indefinitely with no notice given at time of booking nor at the front desk. Hotel gym seems to be a shared gym with a fitness club and was therefore very crowded. Spa was value for money. Location wise, hotel is located near to the metro station (just cross the road with the entrance within a public park) and a walking distance from Beijing Road. I’m

We had a wonderful stay at Innogo. The hotel was modern and clean, just like the pictures. Location was fantastic. 2 subway lines (line 1 and 9) right outside, 7-eleven and several food options next door. Easy walk to shops, food and malls. The railway and customs/border to hong kong just across the road. They gladly stored the luggage for us for 2 days/ 1 night, while we visited hongkong, since we were returning for another day's with the hotel. Front deak was freindly and welcoming. Especially, xiaoxiong who was very helpful with suggestions in enjoying Shenzhen. I would definitely stay at Innogo again when I next visit!

I like the view, the gym, steam, sauna, indoor pool of the hotel. All staff from bellman, reception, housekeeping staff and butler service are excellent. However, i really hate the room set up that both toilet door and the door for the toilet bowl area are ‘transparent’, so your partner can see whatever you do inside toilet and even while you are using the toilet bowl! This really odd! I haven’t come cross a toilet like this in hotels around the world! And I feel really embarrassed when using the toilet bowl!

Booked my stay for 8 nights and below are my reviews. ISSUE 1 We were given the room facing the railway station and true to other traveller’s review, it IS NOISY! The constant honks of the vehicles can start at 7am till 12midnight everyday. When we entered the room on the first day, we tried to on the air-con for better ventilation but instead of cool air, warm air came out. Tried to adjust the settings but there was no change. Went to the reception to enquire but they mentioned they were not able to on the central aircon as it’s winter season and they would need to get management’s approval to activate it. what they could offer us was to open the one and only small window in our room. We told them we already opened it but it’s still warm so the other alternative is to provide us with standing fans which they did. Imagine us sleeping for 5 nights with the window open and the fans on, hearing the cars honks from 7am-12midnight. IT WAS TORTURE. Luckily on the 6th day, we enquired again and they finally activated the central air-con. Mind you the winter season in Guangzhou is totally different temperature than Shanghai or Beijing. There’s no need to off the central aircon at all. ISSUE 2 There were 20 floors in this hotel but there were only three lifts in this building. The lift space was small, could only fit 9 adults max in my opinion. The speed the lifts were going was also slow. Plus, you’re sharing the space with the service robots. So if you’re staying here, kindly cater extra waiting time. ISSUE 3 The rooms are not labeled non-smoking/ smoking room. So you could be staying in a non-smoking room but the room around you could be a smoking room. There were days where we could smell cigarette smoke in our toilet and unable to find the source. And there were days when we came out of our room to walk to the lift, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. I pity the cleaners having to use the humidifier everyday while cleaning the rooms. PLUS side - the room I booked was spacious. Could fit in four medium sized luggages with loads of space to walk around. - toilet was clean and spacious - there’s free bottled water provided and could ask for more - metro station is just below us. Conclusion, this would be my first and last visit to this hotel. Will probably stay somewhere away from the railway station in the future and will make sure to check with the hotels if their air-con is working. Not worth the price I’m paying for.

Nice hotel with water fountains on every floor. I would give this a 4/5 though because the elevators are atrocious. You have to wait 10-20 minutes sometimes just to get back up or down. And not all elevators go to all floors which is very inefficient. They also had the pool closed and the gym was just treadmills and bikes. Where are the weights? lol All in all it was still a good experience and we had a nice time while visiting Taipei. There is a lot around the Ximending area where the hotel is located.
