The common rooms are beautiful but the hotel rooms don’t reflect that. The staff are very polite."

Even when you apply for cancellation, there will be no refund, even if no one check-in . No matter how Ctrip negotiates,with them ; they will not cancel the terms of use of this dominant platform; Although the hotel has a free cancellation policy；
if anything happens, you will not cancel or receive a refund; It is not allowed to modify the name of the occupant or the reservation date. A particularly malicious agent.

We had a really pleasant stay at Kingsford Hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day.
What I appreciated most was the service. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay around the Pasay/Entertainment City area.
Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Kingsford Hotel. It’s a good option for a relaxing stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is within walking distance of both SM Aura and Market! Market!, which made it so easy for us to go out, shop, and look for food without having to worry about transportation.
I was traveling alone with my seven-year-old son, who has special needs, so having everything nearby was a huge advantage for us. The walk to and from the hotel and the malls was easy and hassle-free, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient.
The hotel itself was also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. Overall, we had a pleasant and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying at Hotel 101 – The Fort again, especially because of its location and accessibility.

AAnonymous UserWe enjoy tge stay, the only problem was we have to wait 2pm for check-in, So we have to roaming around and we get back around 3pm but we have to wait again for the room😅 aside from that everything is good, I like the bed comfy and extra bed is a plus. IIara CheesecakeWe only had two days in Manila for the grand finale of our honeymoon before heading back to China. The vibe? Total luxury. We crashed at Discovery Primea, right in the heart of Makati. Our room was spacious, super comfy, and the 24/7 room service was basically a honeymoon dream come true 😂.
Just outside the hotel, you're spoiled for choice: a lush park for morning strolls, tons of restaurants, and a massive shopping mall (Glorietta Mall, Ayala Center, Makati—open daily from 10AM to 9PM). We hit up the supermarket inside for a Filipino snacks haul, so our suitcase was loaded with local goodies for the trip home.
Why we liked it:
- Perfect central location—steps from cafes, shops, and all the action
- Rooms are big and super comfy, with ultra-soft beds
- Everything is spotless! Clean and fresh vibes everywhere
- Loads of restaurants around Discovery Primea—just stroll and pick whatever looks tempting
- Stock up on Filipino snacks at Glorietta Mall for the perfect souvenir

- Grab rides are easy and safe—plus, you can pay with Alipay
- Don’t stress over the service in some spots, just chase the good food!

GGuest UserThe location is quite good; it's convenient to simply stroll around the business center or get to places of interest. Manila experiences terrible traffic from the afternoon until late at night, so keep that in mind when planning your trips. The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool turned out to be a bit smaller in reality than it appeared in the photos, but overall, everything is solid and good. I've attached photos of the view from our room and at the pool. I recommend the massage offered at the hotel; they have good therapists.

Had a very great stay in Lanson. I indeed was a lucky guest because I got upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite 🙈 everything was clean but I noticed some amenities/functions were awkwardly placed like the toilet (masters bedroom) and the tissue roll dispenser being 2-arms reach from each other 😅 regardless, it wasn’t much of a hassle.
For the breakfast, not bad. I just felt like they didn’t have a lot of options to offer. But quality-wise, it’s commendable.
Looking forward to my next stay! I think I’ve found another one to add to my favorite list of hotels 💗
