Although the location is quite out of the way, the staff are very attentive and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate lots of luggage. The breakfast offers international options and runs until 11 AM, making it a very convenient and appreciated buffet.

Had a very nice experience with the service at Hyatt Hotel City of Dreams, especially when we needed medical assistance during our stay.
My 3-year-old son suddenly developed a fever, and since I wasn’t able to bring a thermometer, I called Guest Services to ask if they could provide one. Instead, they went above and beyond and sent a medical team directly to our room to check on my son. I truly appreciated how quickly and thoughtfully they responded.
The following day, my son also had an accident and vomited on the hotel bed. The staff immediately came to clean everything up. We were informed that there might be an additional charge for the soaked bedding, but to our surprise and appreciation, there were no additional charges when we checked out.
I’m very grateful for the kindness, prompt assistance, and understanding shown by the Hyatt City of Dreams team. They made what could have been a stressful situation much easier for us as parents.
We had a wonderful family stay and truly appreciate the excellent service. Thank you so much, Hyatt COD! ❤️

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Manila! Everything was exceptional, from the luxurious rooms to the amazing lunch buffet. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Joshua at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. We felt so welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return!

Highly, highly, highly recommend! It's excellent and offers great value for money. There are malls, dining options, and entertainment. If only the swimming pool service could be improved, it would be even better. Highly, highly, highly recommend! The location is also great; it's in a affluent area with many malls nearby.

Had a really nice stay at Hyatt Regency. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a busy day.
The location was also very convenient, with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities — the swimming pool was nice and the gym was well equipped, so there was always something to do during our free time.
And of course, the food was really good! We enjoyed the different choices and everything we tried was tasty. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back again when we're in Manila. 😊

Highly recommended, very clean, and in a great location. Won 600,000 pesos here, great fung shui! Started with a capital of 200,000. Perfect place to stay for playing cards—just a short walk away. Card players should definitely consider this place!
