"This is my second stay at Blue Carina Inn Hotel Phuket, and I'm just as impressed as the first time. The room is clean, the atmosphere is lovely, and the service is great. What I particularly love is the 2 PM check-out, which means I don't have to rush to wake up or pack my belongings. It's perfect for those who want to relax and take it easy. If I come to Phuket again, I'll definitely choose to stay here again! 💕"

"The hotel itself is beautiful. The room is spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. There is a fridge, microwave and hotplate if you feel like you want to do some cooking. There are plates, pots pans and all the utensils you need too. The area, including HOMA Phuket Town, is residential so respectful and quiet which is just what we are after. The rooftop pool, bar, terrace and restaurant are amazing. They have amazing views, beautiful cocktails, superb food (both Italian and local cuisine) and the service is fabulous. The prices are very reasonable for the room, food, drinks especially considering the quality of service. Nearby (about a 10 minute walk) there is the Chillva night market and that's so much fun. Great local food, drinks, lots to buy and the atmosphere is also great. If you want to go to the beach, swim with the elephants, visit the old town or visit the Big Buddha then it is a taxi ride away, but Grab seemed reliable and was never more than 5 minutes wait. We are already talking about our next visit and can't wait to return to HOMA Phuket Town again in the future. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of visiting Phuket."

"The hotel is centrally located, next to Big C and near Central Plaza. There are also shops in front of the hotel, like a small market, making it convenient to find something to eat right there in the morning. The atmosphere inside is pleasant and lush with many trees. There is ample parking for guests, and security guards are on duty. The rooms are spacious, but may seem a little old. In the shower area, there's no place to put soap and shampoo; you have to put them on the floor and bend down to pick them up. The air conditioner in the bedroom is quite noisy all night. The bedside telephone is not actually working. Only one pillow is provided, but you can request more from the hotel. A hairdryer is available to borrow, but you have to contact the counter staff; it's not provided in the room. We booked a room with two single beds, but the hotel provided a single king-size bed instead. However, after contacting staff, the room was changed later. I would like to suggest that staff check customer booking details more carefully to ensure they are correct and complete."

"I stayed at this hotel after a very long overnight flight and arrived shortly before check-in. Unfortunately, even though I was only about 30 minutes early, I was not allowed to enter the room and was made to wait, which felt quite unfriendly and unaccommodating given the circumstances. The room itself was generally okay and clean, but the mattresses were extremely hard, making it difficult to rest. The hotel is located on a noisy street, and the street noise was clearly audible in the room. There were also mosquitoes, which was unpleasant. The biggest downside was the service at the reception — the staff were very rude and unwelcoming, which significantly affected the overall experience. Overall, the hotel is average. I would not choose to stay here again. Rating: 3/5."

"The reception is constantly deserted! NEVER! If you need to ask something, get a towel, or anything at all, you have to run around looking for staff to call the receptionists, and 90% of the time, there's absolutely no one! The same thing happened during check-in! There was simply no one around! Cleanliness: When we arrived, the pool was a murky green color, definitely not inviting for a swim. The shower was covered in water stains, which I mentioned. They promised to scrub everything clean but ended up just wiping it! This is just typical limescale, which other hotels somehow manage to remove! There was also dust in the room. The cleaning was superficial; they swept the floor but didn't wash it, so walking barefoot felt disgusting. As many others have mentioned, there's a stinky stream behind the hotel, which significantly spoils the stay. Because of it, even sitting by the pool on the sun loungers is unpleasant. I'll just say a bit about how disappointed we were with the hotel. Before this, we stayed at a different hotel in northern Phuket, came to Karon to meet friends for four days, and desperately wanted to leave, but the hotel didn't entertain any negotiations. Yes, they're not obligated to refund, but sometimes it happens, and in different countries, a compromise can usually be found to avoid spoiling guests' holidays and worsening their impression of the hotel. Here, it seemed they didn't care. Breakfast: It was à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and generally not bad. I'll attach photos. There was also an additional table with cupcakes, fruit, juice, and water. The air conditioning in the room hums and works like a reactor, blowing very strongly regardless of the temperature. There's no remote, so you constantly have to run to turn it on/off. There are no slippers or bathrobes in the room, and of course, no toothbrushes either. There are cotton swabs, shower gel, shampoo, soap, and shower caps. The mirrors in the room are also dirty, covered in splashes, and no one cleans them. We're okay with older rooms in Thailand; they have their charm. But old doesn't mean dirty. We've stayed in dozens of hotels in Thailand, on various islands, in remote areas where new, modern rooms aren't always available, yet the hotels were perfectly clean, with excellent, uninterrupted service. Yes, the hotel is almost on the beach, and yes, everything you need is nearby: shops, fruit, clothes. If you're someone who doesn't care where you sleep, this is a great option. If cleanliness and service are important to you, don't waste your time and money."

"I liked the apartment very much, it was more spacious than the rest of the like here. The division into the zones - kitchen, living room and bedroom is very convenient. Very clean and fresh. The windows go out to the yard, very quiet, no noise."

"This accommodation is amazing, perfect for those who appreciate convenience without too much hustle and bustle. I stayed on the 4th floor and couldn't hear any traffic noise at all, which was incredibly relaxing. There's a decent restaurant downstairs. Various transportation stops are within walking distance if you enjoy walking, which was great fun! I highly recommend it. There's a fantastic *Mookata* (Thai BBQ hotpot) restaurant not far from the accommodation – literally about 5 steps away! Plus, it's super delicious."

"We had a lovely stay here and didn't feel the need to leave the hotel at all, to have a nice and relaxing time of doing nothing except spending time in the pools. The pools do close pretty early though. Food options are pretty decent at the hotel, but I had some seabass one evening that made me violently ill - this sort of ruined it a bit for me. I'll probably be going back here in the future. I'll also, most likely, be skipping seafood at the hotel."
