Before we arrived at the hotel we tried to call the hotel to confirm if they received my email about the late check in because our flight was at night and we were arriving at morning because we still need to travel from Bangkok to Pattaya. I called 3 times and what I got was phone dropped. The staff is a bit rude and always saying call at 9 am. When we arrived at the hotel a staff was sleeping at the couch and another one sleeping at the counter. When I said check in he doesn’t even check or ask about the booking and still telling me to come back at 9 am. I said I paid already and have my booking stay for 3 nights. He didn’t even bothered to check my booking before saying anything. We came as family, I know it’s different booking of room as it’s shown in the booking however they separated us in different hotel and did not even think that we are family that they might can make better arrangements but offered nothing. To cut that story on The other hand the hotel itself has simple rooms a bit old but it’s comfortable. The pool can accommodate a lot more and the location is nice. Just walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions. Jomtien beach and Walking streets is just 3 minutes away. The view from our room is nice and nice atmosphere. Very live location. I can recommend this hotel for its price and amenities and location, and I just hope they will improve the service quality for better experience.
Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first.
• 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction.
• 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo)
• 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos)
Staff:
The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job.
Overall:
The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.
I originally booked a premium room, but was a bit disappointed to find it was a connecting room. The front desk upgraded me to a much better room. I had several interactions with them, and their service was excellent every time. I even got a towel elephant! The private beach's sand wasn't the best, but the fact that it was uncrowded made up for it. It's a shame I missed out on the cafe and happy hour.

This stay was beyond my expectations! Olympus Garden Apartment is even cozier than in the photos. The room was spotless, and the host was incredibly warm and attentive. Communication was seamless from booking to check-out; they even met us at the crossroads. The location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the pedestrian street. I'm very satisfied! The guesthouse is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The host is very kind, responds quickly, and helped us with all our needs and questions. It offers great value for money, and having tea on the terrace while looking at the pool in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. The guesthouse itself is like a work of art, with a very European architectural design. There's a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, all free to use. Conveniently, there's also a massage parlor, supermarket, and fruit store right outside. It's worth coming back just for this view!

The location of the hotel is excellent: there are lots of shops, a night market, massage parlors, motorbike rentals and more nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the tuk-tuks. It’s also about 10 minutes to the beach, walking through the neighboring hotel.
The room is clean and housekeeping comes every day. Breakfast is pretty good and varied, there’s a coffee machine, but the coffee isn’t from freshly ground beans.
The main downside is the Wi-Fi: in the morning the speed is very good and everything works fine, but in the evenings the speed is terrible and you can hardly load anything. The mobile network also seems overloaded in this area, as mobile internet in the room wasn’t very fast either.
Overall, the hotel is worth the money.
We are generally happy with the stay. Free buffet breakfast starts at 6.30am ... and was sufficient for our halal-requirements. Staff were thoughtful and offered good prompt service ... from Front office, maintenance man, to bellboy and security, all were excellent. They speak acceptable English.
However the sandal provided was not fresh and was used previously ... see photo.
If you want to rent a scooter, there is a small rental shop just 50 meters to the left as you exit the hotel for 300baht per day.
First off, the hotel's location is quite out of the way. The road outside is like a highway, with a lot of fast-moving traffic at night, so be careful if you're out after dark. There's a convenience store across from the hotel at a gas station, but I didn't go in to see if they sell food. To the left of the hotel entrance, during the day, there are vendors selling stir-fried noodles, pad kra pao, rice noodles, and such. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance. The staff at the entrance are very friendly and helpful with luggage, which was great. The hotel itself felt very clean upon entering, with free drinking water and coffee available by the entrance. The main draw of this hotel is its excellent water park facilities, which my child absolutely loved. We stayed on a high floor, the 22nd, and the view was decent. The hygiene was also good, though the bathroom for showering and using the toilet was a bit small. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids, considering the price. We paid just over 300 for a king-size room for one night, which was a fantastic deal compared to The Mirage we stayed at the next day! All the staff were very friendly. The hotel has vending machines for snacks if you get hungry at night, but the selection isn't huge.
I sleep overnight this hotel for a business trip.
Check in late night and check out early morning. . Parking lots are spacious. The room is clean and spacious. The cost is friendly
I stayed in this hotel already many times. In my view, the location is great, matching to my activity in the morning. This time I had a dinner at the hotel Thai restaurant. The test of the food is not impressive. In my room, sleeping over the night, I heard some noises outside; however, I could manage to sleep well. The bathroom towels looked so old. Recommend that the hotel should review about this.
I will come back to stay in this hotel next business trip. I will spend more time for utilizing On-Sen or swimming pool facility (picture).

I was very satisfied with my entire stay! 👍 I particularly loved the check-in process – no tedious queues, showing ID, or signing countless forms. After you successfully place your order, a dedicated butler adds you on WeChat, creates a group chat after you send a message, and you just pick up your key card upon arrival. It's worth noting that many Chinese travelers worry about safety nowadays, and when I took a taxi into the hotel, security personnel checked my booking before letting me through, which made me feel very secure. Even the elevator requires you to swipe your card once to press a floor. The occupancy rate is quite high, and there's a rubbish room on each floor, so trash doesn't sit in your room and create unpleasant odors due to the weather. The butler service was excellent too; they could book and arrange most popular activities in Pattaya with just one click, saving me the hassle of figuring things out myself. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beach – fantastic! The hotel's interior is spacious and the environment is lovely. For this price, it's arguably the best value for money you can get. For other details, check the photos. There's an infinity pool on the 31st floor and a gym on the 30th. That infinity pool is incredibly photogenic! If you're not swimming, there are sun loungers nearby where you can relax and enjoy the stunning night view 🌃.

MMaoduoliyamaoduoliThe hygiene was good. It was a bit inconvenient to ask for a toothbrush at the front desk, and razors weren't provided. The slippers were regular sandals, not disposable, which is eco-friendly. There were mosquitoes at this time of year, but I didn't see any mosquito repellent. The breakfast was quite rich, a mix of Chinese and Western, and tasted good. It's a non-smoking hotel, and you absolutely cannot eat durian in the room. My colleague was fined 1000 Thai Baht just for eating a bite of durian. There are two pools downstairs, where a lot of foreigners often sunbathe, but unfortunately, my business trip schedule was too packed to enjoy them.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Welcome World Beach Resort & Spa in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, and I'd definitely recommend it.
The hotel is located on Jomtien Beach, just across a small street from the ocean. It's surprisingly quiet despite being in a lively area. The rooms are very spacious, and the twin beds are quite generous, about 1.25 meters wide each, so it didn't feel cramped even with two kids.
The public areas of the hotel are also pretty good. There are three swimming pools, which kept the kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Around the hotel, you'll find 7-Eleven, snack stalls, and plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient.
Most of the guests here are Russian, with very few Chinese visitors. Consequently, the breakfast largely caters to Western tastes, which wasn't quite to my liking.
Overall, for the price, it's an excellent choice, especially for families with two children.
GGuest UserThoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point.
The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge
The pool is clean and well kept
The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.
The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road
The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this
PPaulycllA bit upset. As I arrived it is not a 5 star hotel. Bedroom balcony don't lock. Lift is scray. Swimming pool you would not jump in. Anyway after forced to stay 1 night. They finally agreed to give us 1 day refund. So we went. Thanks
IIsadoraCWonderful hotel, well located, the lobby was already very nice and super spacious. All the staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean and with a marvelous view of the city and the sea. The pool area was also wonderful with a beautiful view. They have a decorative boat that also serves as a water slide, very cool for children. The breakfast was also very tasty, with Lots of food options, breads and fruits. Wonderful!!

GGuest UserThis is a beautiful hotel. We booked a room for two adults, even though we had two adults and one child (8 years old). They didn't charge extra for the child for the room or breakfast, which is good to know – we just showed all three passports at check-in. We arrived at 11 AM and were able to check in early. After downloading the hotel app, we headed straight to the waterpark. Around 3 PM, the official check-in time, we received a notification that our room key was ready. I highly recommend checking in early if you can; when I went to collect the key at 3 PM, the lobby was packed, and the check-in line was incredibly long. The front desk staff was very friendly; when I asked for a high floor, they readily agreed. However, I soon realized that the floor level doesn't really matter here – every room offers stunning views of the pool and the ocean, even those on the sides. I had booked a non-cancellable room three months in advance, and later found out the price dropped by 800. To my surprise, after contacting Trip.com, they actually refunded the difference after our stay – what a pleasant surprise! There aren't many dining options right outside the hotel. On our first day, we ate pizza and other things at the hotel, which was a bit pricey. Getting tired of that, on the second day, we tried a street food stall right outside the main gate. They made some incredibly delicious stir-fried dishes – highly recommended! It's just one stall by the entrance, easy to find. The service wasn't the best, but the food was fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven about a 5-10 minute walk away. This hotel is definitely the best choice if you're traveling with kids.
EE AbanicoThis was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and accommodating. Being personally driven to our room added a unique and memorable touch to the stay.
When we entered the room, we were honestly amazed. It is rare for a hotel to exceed its promotional photos, but this one truly did. The room was immaculate, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully designed. The complimentary minibar was a generous inclusion and added even more value to the experience.
Service throughout our stay was outstanding. The front desk team were always available and quick to assist with any request. The restaurant delivered high quality meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the onsen and sauna facilities were incredibly relaxing and a fantastic benefit to have included at no extra cost.
Considering the overall experience, the value for the price point is exceptional and well worth it. My only regret is not booking this property sooner. If I return to Pattaya, I would not hesitate to stay here again.
GGuest UserThe hotel is large and spacious, with a lush, shady environment. The rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the service is excellent. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, but when we informed the staff, they fixed it immediately. The swimming pool is huge, and the kids absolutely loved it!
QQingshuangcanxueThis is a coastal hotel, but the beach nearby is messy and inaccessible, so the only option is to relax by the pool. The staff, however, were quite good, especially a male receptionist who helped me immensely when my car tire went flat. He made calls for repairs and exchanged information with me for quite a while – I'm very grateful for his help! We booked a two-bedroom suite, and the room itself was nice, with a washing machine which was convenient for laundry. There was also an induction cooktop in the kitchen, but absolutely no kitchenware, so I wonder if it's just for show! The room's cleanliness, though, was really not up to par. The bottom of the shower curtain was black with grime, and the area under the sink faucet handle had a fuzzy build-up of dirt – it seemed like the cleaning staff just did a quick once-over and left! The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to a 7-Eleven and a shopping mall, which is very convenient. Oh, and one more thing: the breakfast had a lot of carbs and very little meat.
