Not bad , but the outdoor unit noise is too loud Smell is little feel old .location and views are very good

It was a good stay though when we arrived at night there was some issues with the lights in the room. We were told to wait… and it took some time for the technicians to arrive and fix. We were hungry and wanted to go out for food. Told off sharply by staff to just wait after I called again to check if someone is indeed coming to fix the lights after a 15min wait… they arrived another 15 min after…Quite spooky to arrive and not get lights in the room. Especially the feeling of we were waiting with no end in sight..

Very bad experience. Too much old hotel, furniture also very bad. Bad smell in the room, toilet is ********, shower bath tub also dirty and old, hand shower also very old not work properly, leakage water all through the bathroom, very much dirty and towel also old and dirty, windows covers are also very old. Even they didn’t provide toothbrush, slipper in the room. Called several time then they provided. Breakfast was tasteless, not much options, TV just Like 90’s, TV remote broken, air conditioner not works well, Staff are not friendly even they will not greetings you. They always in angry face. Electric switches are very old even broken, no update facilities even don’t have master bed electric switch. I will never stay in this hotel again. Overall bad experience in my 15 years of travel history. Not recommended for this hotel. It’s says 5 star hotel but facilities can’t even compare with 2 star hotels. Just spoiled my money here. I booked for 3 nights and left after 2 nights. Even they don’t refund money for one night. Not happy at all.

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a "quiet room" wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.
