"We enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. Thankful that Netflix is easily accessed. Owner was very communicative. There were toilet issues, aircon issue and waterproofing issues. Owner tried to settle immediately. Although I think the unit is due for major waterproofing. The master room is flooded nearer to the toilet. Common toilet has low water pressure and wasn't able to flush for 1 whole day. Had issue with the living room aircon upon check in, and it was settled the next day. Luckily the bedrooms aircon works very well. It was a scorching and humid day during check in. Mattress were hard for living room sofa bed, and the kids bunk bed - it was more of a thick quilt being laid down as mattress. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just wished it to be flawless. Thank u for the wonderful stay!"

"This place is really awesome.. i booked studio unit so clean and spacious..big bathroom..i expected a Seaview but only got cityview ..thats ok but what I got so confused is checking in process.. no prior message in trip.com on how to check in .. so many blocks there ..so confusing ..i message the property from trip.com its replied the is hotel reception 9 am to 9 pm ..but nothing there .. its self check in ..after I call the WhatsApp number then only they send the instructions which is also not so easy to find because there are so many buildings.. its so frustrating to find the parking lot too .. instructions again not so clear .. shd tell the color zone and number on the pillar would have been so easy to find the parking lot instead of just gv the lot number.. but I completely no complain about the unit .. could improve on check in procedure"

"The location is conveniently located next to KSL and not far away 10 mins to mid valley . The breakfast variety is rich and taste ok. Only complain is the TV should be upgraded to 55” and offer free Netflix movies"

For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit."
