"Overall, everything was great. The facilities were comprehensive, and the room wasn't small at all. The soundproofing was also very good. It was convenient to get food, and if you're visiting Singapore for 2-3 days, it's a great experience. The fish soup noodles downstairs are also delicious; I highly recommend trying them."

"Our recent stay at Space Residency was an absolutely wonderful experience, and one of the biggest reasons was the incredible convenience and cleanliness of the accommodation. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the apartment was. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were tidy, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. As a family travelling with children, cleanliness is always one of our top priorities, and Space Residency exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home where we could relax comfortably after a long day of exploring Johor Bahru. What made the stay even more enjoyable was the excellent location. Everything we needed was just a short drive away. Food options were plentiful and easily accessible, making every meal something to look forward to. We especially enjoyed visiting nearby dim sum restaurants, where we had delicious breakfasts to start our day. For Japanese food lovers like us, Warakuya quickly became one of our favourite dining spots. The food was consistently good, the atmosphere was pleasant, and it was so convenient to reach from Space Residency. Beyond food, there were also many lifestyle and wellness services nearby that added to the overall experience. One of our favourite discoveries was Ayu Borneo at Trove, where we enjoyed a relaxing massage session after a day of shopping and sightseeing. The soothing environment and professional service helped us recharge and made our holiday even more enjoyable. Another highlight was our visit to Kimino Beauty at Pelangi. What surprised us most was how much our children enjoyed the experience. The staff were warm, welcoming, and patient, making the visit comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. It is not often that both adults and children leave a beauty and wellness establishment smiling, but Kimino Beauty managed to do exactly that. The combination of a clean and comfortable accommodation, excellent accessibility to food, and proximity to quality services made our stay truly memorable. We never had to spend excessive time travelling from place to place, which meant more quality family time and less stress. Whether it was heading out for dim sum in the morning, enjoying Japanese cuisine for dinner, relaxing with a massage, or visiting Kimino Beauty, everything was conveniently within reach. Overall, Space Residency offered the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. It served as an ideal base for our family holiday, allowing us to enjoy the best of Johor Bahru with ease. We would gladly recommend it to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent access to great food and services. We are already looking forward to our next visit."

"Service and responds were perfect. They got an extra miles to assist on changing my room jus to fulfill my wish/expectations. They do not hesitate to provide these extras service, totally willingly untill to a point I felt bad myself hehe. The room was very nicely decored and facing the sunset was an awesome view. 1 of the best staycation I had in JB so far, fantastically satisfied and no regrets on this apartment I decided to stay with. My family were enjoying perfectly as well. One thingy, would suggest the owner to provide with more floor cloth as the bath tub is inside master room. They have a very nicely decored later room with a tub inside facing the sea view, simply awesome! I will come back to stay with this apartment, next round I am going to try out with other themes ( all of them looks interestingly nice to spend the nites). Really felt the owner had a thoughtful heart and ideas to make our stay an unforgettable one, appreciated and a million thanks!!!! You shall definitely hear from me again real soon.🙏🙏😉"

"Very bad experience. The bidet was leaking water when the main tap is turn on, did not even bother to repair it before renting out. The light in the living room keeps flickering. Also did not bother to repair before renting. The worst is the bed. The moment when I lie on the bed, the whole bed sunk in. The spring of the bed is already too soft and not in good condition. Especially in the middle section of the bed. The bed is the most important after the whole day out and wanted a good night sleep. But the room we have is the worst. Check-in and check-out is as convenient as others."

"This was my second time staying at New York Hotel. This time, I stayed in a Family Room. We originally had three people, and after added an extra bed. The price was still quite reasonable, and breakfast was included, which was a good value. The breakfast was one of the highlights of my stay. There were many choices, including local Malaysian favourites such as roti prata, nasi lemak, porridge, and more. I really enjoyed having so many different options. My favourite part of the hotel is definitely the indoor swimming pool. The hotel also has a gym and jacuzzi, which are great facilities for relaxing and enjoying some downtime. The Family Room was very spacious, and the view was beautiful. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby places. However, there are still some areas that need improvement. The shower mat was quite dirty, which was disappointing. Also, out of the three towels provided, two of them had a very strong unpleasant smell. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to the cleanliness and freshness of the towels and bathroom items. Another thing I found inconvenient was that there were only two charging sockets in the room, and one of them was located in the bathroom. For a family room, I think having more charging points would be much more convenient for guests. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay because of the spacious room, beautiful view, good breakfast, indoor swimming pool, gym and jacuzzi. However, I hope the hotel can improve the cleanliness of the bathroom items, the smell of the towels, and provide more convenient charging points."
