The location is super convenient, right off the highway, and there's a convenience store nearby. It was a nice touch that the front desk staff spoke Cantonese.

This might be the best hotel on Senagajima… hmm… the sunset is beautiful, the sea view is beautiful, and watching planes take off and land is also beautiful… but… the hotel's hot spring had a rotten, watery smell, the restroom on the first floor was dirty, there were ants in the room, and it was clear that many facilities hadn't even been wiped down in a long time. The staff were actually quite patient, and English communication was fine, but then there was an unexpected incident: I am very sure my wife and I are mindful of noise levels in public, yet during dinner, simply because I borrowed a phone, an elderly Japanese man at the next table, without any warning, yelled “shut up” like an animal. And the nearby staff member did nothing… If it weren't for considering international relations and being in a foreign country, I really would have wanted to have a vocabulary contest with that animal-like old man… To be honest, this was my first time encountering such an incident in Japan, but the hotel staff’s inaction completely ruined my impression of the place.

Absolutely loved this hotel! The location was amazing — everything felt super convenient and close by, almost like an Amazon-level prime location where you can get anywhere fast. The amenities were honestly better than expected: clean rooms, comfy beds, strong Wi-Fi, nice showers, and the staff were really friendly the whole stay. The atmosphere was relaxing and modern, and it made the trip way more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's right next to the monorail but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, just off Kokusai Dori.

This hotel is located in the most bustling part of Kokusai Street, less than a ten-minute walk from Makishi Station. Kokusai Street is right outside the hotel, and there are three convenience stores (7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart) all within 100 meters. For a Japanese hotel, the room isn't small at all; it's more than enough space for one person, and probably just right for two. The front desk staff is quite responsible. There's an outdoor pool, which I'd heard was closed in December, but I actually saw people swimming. There's also a hot tub on the second floor, similar to hotels I've seen in Hokkaido. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd consider staying here again next time.

It’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.

Our stay in Okinawa was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location is superb, right by the shopping district and the beach, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and everything else. Although the room wasn't huge, it was cozy and impeccably clean. The separate shower and toilet were a really practical touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even went out of their way to recommend local eateries and sightseeing routes. Overall, it offered great value for money and perfectly suited our vacation needs. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

Okinawa is truly a fantastic travel destination, and this hotel's location is excellent. It's within walking distance of Kokusai Dori (International Street), and you can continue walking from there to Naminoue Shrine and the sunset beach. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and diverse! They have freshly grilled burgers, various Japanese dishes, and even a make-your-own noodle station which was delicious. My room on a lower floor didn't have a window, which felt a bit confining, but my room on the sixth floor had an open and spacious view. There's a large banyan tree with a historic feel right outside the entrance. You can also find some really good omurice and izakayas in the surrounding area.

I booked two separate reservations for a two-day stay! Please refer to my previous review for more details.😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!

YYapFCGood family oriented hotel with excellent amenities for children especially the pool area and beach located just next to hotel. However, the location is a bit secluded with limited F&B options for those without personal transportation. Most of the staff can hardly speak any English. No assistance with luggage was offered for check in or check out despite this being a 4star rated hotel. Limited number of elevators in service, long waits during peak periods can be expected .

YYan ReevesWe had spent 4 nights at the hotel during the Golden Week which might have influenced the perception of service, but not dramatically. Among the advantages of the hotel are: nice spacious rooms (ours had a stunning sea view); generally good location with beautiful nature and access to the beaches where you could actually swim (not a given on the island) - at least until the tide goes too low; reasonably good food across the restaurants with rather friendly prices; stylish bar with quality drinks. Among the disadvantages are: very non-Japanese service (generally not very helpful, with low penetration of English among the staff) and lack of attention to detail that could make the resort actually very nice - again, not very typical case for Japan. A few pieces of advice to the management: 1. Bring the option of in-room breakfast. If a guest is sick and can’t go down, it’s impossible to order in-room breakfast on the day, while rooms service opens at 11:30. Same frustration goes to the coffee stall downstairs that doesn’t serve coffee during earlier breakfast hours 2. Consider equipping rooms with coffee machines and contemporary electronics - low costs to take, yet massive disadvantage for the 5* status for not having them 3. Pay more attention to room service: we spent 48h without shampoo and shower gel. Our glasses were washed occasionally. New bottles of drinking water arrived only once. 4. Fix the beach! The amenities there look like a poor community beach area, especially those shameful umbrellas. You have reasonable amenities at the pool - why not spreading them to the beach areas to make them feel more like a resort rather than public beaches that no one gave any care? 5. Gym and SPA amenities could use a bit of refreshment. I won’t mention SPA service itself which might be a result of poor luck with the specific technician 6. Empty mini bar equals lost revenue. You could easily cover the modifications above through adding more options for people to enjoy drinks at their balconies. What makes staying in Japan truly special - genuine care and attention to every detail - was completely missing over our stay at this Hyatt. In fact, we consistently had that feeling “this could actually be really nice” and then something would go terribly wrong with the awkward service. The hotel that looks like 5* on pictures leaves a 3* aftertaste at max. I am only writing this because I felt it didn’t have to - those are easy aspects to fix.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet, which made the stay especially relaxing. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I truly appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail throughout my stay. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

MMin Jong LeeLocation The hotel is conveniently situated on a side street just off the main road. It’s a quiet spot but offers easy access to nearby restaurants. Service Issues • Poor Communication: I arrived an hour before the 3:00 PM check-in time. While I understood that early check-in wasn't available, the staff directed me to a small, uncomfortable bench at entrance of restaurant to wait. It was pouring rain outside, and the seating was so poor I eventually chose to go out into the rain just to kill time. I later discovered a proper reception area with comfortable seating on the 11th floor—I wish the staff had directed me there instead of the hallway. • Misleading Incentives: The hotel provides an information card stating that guests receive a 1,000 credits for skipping room cleaning. I opted out twice during my first stay but never received the credit. When I returned for a second stay and inquired about it, the receptionist told me that since I had already checked out, there was ”no proof” the room wasn't cleaned no credit can be provided. It’s small, but the lack of accountability felt deceptive. Room Quality On a positive note, the rooms are very spacious, which made the physical stay quite comfortable

JJingziwuliuqiThe hotel grounds are huge and very beautiful. I booked a twin room, but the empty space wasn't very large. I had to push the two beds together to make enough room to open my suitcase. However, the room facilities were very comprehensive: a large balcony with two chairs and a table. The bathroom was spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The hotel shop sells diapers, so if you're traveling with a baby, you don't need to go out to buy them. I particularly want to praise the sea area; the water was shallow in the afternoon, and I swam around within the safe zone, encountering six different types of fish, which was fantastic. The hotel has many steps, but also plenty of ramps and elevators, making it suitable for strollers. Beach loungers are paid for by the full day or afternoon; there's no option for just the morning. The laundry room was a letdown, though. While there were many washing machines and dryers, they were quite old, and about a quarter of them were out of order. Date of stay: 2026.05.23

SStanley TeaI stayed at Hotel Androoms Naha Port on 15 April 2026. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, and the location is good. However, I had a very bad experience due to the hotel’s parking management. During check-in, I clearly informed the front desk that I had a car and pointed out where I parked (behind the hotel). The staff confirmed that it was the hotel’s parking area. Shortly after going to my room, the same staff knocked on my door and asked me to come down, saying I might have parked in someone else’s lot. Only after calling me down did they then ask for my car plate number, meaning they had not even confirmed whether the car belonged to me before approaching me. It turned out I was directed to park in a private lot. I immediately apologized to the owner and was ready to move my car, but I was told I needed to pay a ¥30,000 penalty. The signage was extremely unclear, poorly lit, and partially blocked, making it impossible to see at night. More importantly, this situation was caused by incorrect information given by the hotel staff. The parking lot owner told me this was the 8th time this has happened with hotel guests, which shows this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. The situation remained unresolved for nearly 1 hour. As no agreement was reached, the hotel decided to call the police to handle the matter. After police intervention and discussions with all parties, the hotel eventually paid ¥30,000 to the parking lot owner, and the matter was resolved after almost 2 hours. Despite all this, there was no apology or service recovery, and I was still charged the parking fee. This was a simple issue that could have been prevented with clear signage or proper staff training, but it escalated unnecessarily and caused significant stress on the last night of my trip. Overall, the room is good, but due to this experience, I would not recommend staying here if you are driving.

HHsinTangThe hotel's swimming pool has indoor and outdoor sections, as well as a waterslide for babies. The indoor pool has a bed against the wall, making it safe and comfortable for young children to sleep. Importantly, there are also educational and fun activities nearby. I highly recommend bringing children to participate in these activities. Parking is available, but sometimes a shuttle service is required to get the car. I really loved the lobby's décor. Also, being able to continue playing in the pool after check-out is fantastic.

GGuest UserTaking bus TK05 from Naha Airport, it took about an hour to get directly to the Rihga Royal Resort Okinawa Chatan in American Village. There's an AEON, a large GIGO claw machine arcade, ramen shops (like Chifaymaru), Red Lobster, Family Mart, Lawson, Gyu-Kaku, On-Yasai, and more nearby. There's also a beautiful beach 🏖️, and cycling around the island was amazing! The hotel rooms come with cooking facilities (you need to ask the front desk for cooking utensils and tableware), a washing machine (with individual laundry detergent packets provided), slippers, toiletries, and even sauna equipment in the room (with instructions on how to use it). In a word, it's fantastic, fantastic, fantastic!

CChilunThe hotel is located on Kouri Island, with a very nice view of Kouri Bridge. The room is large and equipped with cooking utensils. It can accommodate many people. The cleaning time was very random and did not follow the schedule, and the hotel staff came into the room to clean without prior notice. I was a bit dissatisfied. Since I had notified the hotel through Trip.com before departure that I would arrive very late, but when I arrived, I found that the front desk was closed, and there was no prior notice from Trip.com or the hotel about the key collection arrangements, which made my group very panic. Fortunately, I found Trip.com customer service to find the password. Thank you to the customer service and compensation for helping me handle it that day.
