The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming! We arrived early, and they even managed to get a room ready for us for an early check-in. They also offer a Disney shuttle service, which is super convenient. You can order takeout here too. The environment is lovely and exceptionally clean – you can run your hand over the bed frame and find no dust at all. The room practically looks identical to the pictures. Highly recommend!

Booked this room for a client. The hotel staff contacted me in advance to help coordinate the room arrangements, which was great. The hotel boasts an excellent location on Nanjing Road, close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. The service staff were warm and professional. Overall, the value for money is really good. Thanks to 066 for arranging the room, it was good!

Living in the Disney area, the first choice is the Mosher Hotel. The exclusive shuttle bus is free to travel, and there is no pressure to enjoy the park. Nutritious breakfast is served every day, rich coffee is tasted at any time, and the taste buds enjoy it. Prepare a bucket for soaking feet indoors to relieve the soreness and fatigue of walking. The hotel has its own leisure swimming pool, cool water after play, perfect self-service laundry service, clean and tidy travel without worry, intimate service shows warmth.

Hotel Review – Absolutely Worthwhile Stay
I had a fantastic stay and honestly have nothing bad to say. The whole experience felt smooth, clean, and genuinely relaxing. My husband and I spent a couple of days there celebrating my birthday.
Spa & Facilities
The spa was amazing. It’s a no-shoe area, so you can walk around barefoot, in socks, or use the shoes they provide. It was spotlessly clean, and we had access to all the sauna and stone rooms. Our room had a private hot tub, which was a highlight, and the massages were both reasonably priced and excellent.
Rooms & Service
The staff spoke English and went out of their way to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. One thing to note: there aren’t shelves or cupboards in the rooms, but they provide hooks and hangers. That’s because they supply spa clothes for guests, so you don’t need much closet space. Your shoes are kept in lockers inside the hotel. You can put the on and take them off before you enter and exit the hotel.
Location & Convenience
It’s close to Disney, and they run a bus to and from Disneyland. The departure time is a bit early, but you can have an early breakfast beforehand if you book a room with breakfast included. The wristband system makes everything easy and affordable — meals, games, and other extras all get charged directly to your room.
Extras for Everyone
There’s plenty to do on-site: billiards, Nintendo games, arcade room, movies, and several kid-friendly areas. They also have an in-house restaurant with snack bars, ice cream, drinks, and sweets. Designated smoking areas are available too.
Overall, it was a really relaxing and well-organized getaway. Great for families and couples alike. Highly recommend it if you want a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay near Disney.
I came to Shanghai for a boring May Day holiday and booked a Pullman suite.
The hotel was very busy, which really tested their reception capacity.
Accor Pullman in France is pretty good, with a nice design, and the aromatherapy scent is the same as in Hong Kong.
Facilities: Higher floor rooms would be better; try to choose a high-floor room to avoid the smell of mugwort from downstairs.
Transportation: Downstairs are Sun & Moon Light, Tianzifang, and the subway, so coming directly is very convenient for city work.
24th Floor Executive Lounge Supreme Experience: The executive lounge is great, with high-altitude views.
Dining: Both breakfast and the executive lounge are good, but there are too many foreigners – mostly Koreans and Westerners. The noodle chef even paused for a moment when he heard me speak Chinese, and then switched his language system. Koreans were coolly showing off watermelon, taking five plates at a time.

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a guesthouse near Disney! It's only an 8-minute drive from the park and offers a free shuttle service. In the morning, there's a delicious breakfast to energize you for a full day of fun. The guesthouse itself is beautifully decorated with a wonderfully tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. The whole experience was incredibly convenient, clean, comfortable, and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next Disney trip!

This hotel is located on Donghu Road in the premium Xuhui District. Downstairs, you'll find the charming Julu-Fumin-Changde (JFC) area, perfect for strolling and dining. What's even better, parking is free, which is a rare find in such a prime location. The hotel used to be Du Yuesheng's mansion, and the old Donghu Hotel building is just across the street. I really enjoyed my stay this time and look forward to experiencing the old building next time I visit Shanghai.

I recently stayed at Swiss Hotel in Shanghai, overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel is Situated in a central part of the city near some landmarks such as the Jing’an temple. There are cafes, malls and restaurants walking distance. The room and common areas were decent and tidy. My room 819 was spacious and well illuminated with a nice view. The hotel has a nice spa with steam room, sauna and jacuzzis and also a swimming pool. Gym is medium size well equipped. breakfast is included with Asians and western options. The internet connection was good in general.

The room was very comfortable, and the view from the large French windows was great. The lighting in the room itself wasn't super bright, but the entire guesthouse felt very well-lit and welcoming – you could spot it from a distance. The decor was also beautiful and unique. I didn't get a chance to fully enjoy the guesthouse amenities, but the cat was incredibly cute and wasn't afraid of being petted at all. On the first night, when we were putting on the disposable bedding, we noticed a small stain on the duvet. We messaged them, and they quickly came to replace it for us, even helping us put it on! Their service was incredibly enthusiastic. The next evening, after we came back from our outing, they even brought us two hot milk teas because of the earlier incident – that was a truly pleasant surprise. We were going to Disneyland in the morning to pick up headbands, and our destination was different, so we took a taxi instead of the shuttle bus, and they even reimbursed us for the taxi fare! The projector TV in the room was very clear, and the small table on the second floor was perfect for eating and doing makeup. Overall, the service was truly exceptional, which is really rare to find.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and unfortunately, on the day of my most recent stay, there was window cleaning service outside, so I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. More importantly, the soundproofing is really poor. Or perhaps it was the noisy neighbors who left their door open; either way, I was surrounded by noise all night long, ugh! Another area that needs improvement is the hotel service. When I carelessly left some clothes in my room and called immediately, the front desk's service was quite inefficient. I didn't get a prompt reply, so I had to call again about 8 minutes later to inquire. Finally, they confirmed the forgotten items and agreed to mail them to me!

GGuest UserWe stayed at this guesthouse with our kids for our trip to Disneyland. It's about a 10-minute drive from the park, and the owner provides a complimentary shuttle service, dropping us off in the morning and picking us up in the evening. We hadn't booked our tickets in advance, but the owner even helped us connect with a concierge service to get them. All the rooms are themed, which was a big hit, and it offers great value for money. Plus, the kids loved being able to feed the rabbits!
Iinari86The front desk upgraded me to a top-floor suite for free. The decor was very elegant and tasteful, and the facilities were brand new. The night view of the city skyline was beautiful.
I heard that Waldorf uses Aesop toiletries, but the new building I stayed in had Penhaligon's.
When checking in, the front desk even brought me iced honey tea, which was delicious and not acidic at all. Now I want to drink it again but don't know where to find it. The concierge who picked me up and delivered my luggage was incredibly attentive and thorough, and the service was really satisfying.
If I had to nitpick, the breakfast could be improved, but it still met expectations.
TThe Lonely TravellerMight I say, our entire stay at the W was marvelous from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were greeted and helped with our luggage straight yo our room. The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly. She even offered to upgrade us to a room with a better view seeing that we were celebrating and visiting Shanghai for the first time. Each staff seemed to acknowledge our existence all throughout the hotel. This made us feel like extremely important people.
Our room was absolutely stunning and oh my was the view ever so perfect. Room service was excellent. Their burger was probably the most delicious. We visited amd stayed in many hotels around China and this one definitely left some beautiful memories.
We would highly recommend staying here if ever visiting Shanghai. Every penny spent was worth it.
ZZhaoxianshengIf you're torn between hotels like Shanghai Centre J, Amanyangyun, Bulgari, and The Peninsula for your trip, I have to say The Peninsula's service is comparatively subpar among them. No one will ask you how you'd like your breakfast or if you'd prefer it in your room; they won't even bring it up. I even asked the front desk to temporarily store my takeout, and it was refused, with them telling me to take it somewhere else. I rarely leave neutral or negative reviews, but I genuinely feel the value for money here is very low, and the service is even worse than some Ritz-Carlton or InterContinental properties.
It might be okay if you have a soft spot for The Peninsula; the only thing I was satisfied with was the breakfast taste, which met expectations. I wouldn't recommend it for a regular leisure trip. I complain about the InterContinental Sanlitun the most, but I've never given a review like this, so you can imagine, my friend.

GGuest UserThis was honestly one of the most memorable hotel stays we have ever experienced.
We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong to celebrate my girlfriend’s 23rd birthday during our first trip to Shanghai together, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from beginning to end.
Before arrival, Assistant Guest Recognition Manager Yana Ivleva kindly communicated with us by email and thoughtfully helped arrange everything for the celebration. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel welcomed even before we arrived at the hotel.
The room decoration, birthday cake, handwritten card, flowers, and beautiful Bund view created such a special atmosphere for us. Every detail felt thoughtful and heartfelt rather than simply formal hotel service.
The hotel itself was also outstanding — the room condition, cleanliness, facilities, swimming pool, and especially the incredible night view of Shanghai were all amazing. Flair Rooftop Bar was also a wonderful experience for enjoying the skyline and atmosphere.
What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality. Yana and the staff truly made this stay unforgettable for us, and thanks to them, our first trip to Shanghai became a memory we will cherish for a very long time.
We are sincerely grateful to The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong and will absolutely look forward to returning again in the future.
YYanxiu1010This stay was a fantastic surprise; the front desk upgraded us directly to a suite. The room layout was superb, with a bedroom, a large living room, and a big bathtub. The view was expansive, directly facing the Lujiazui business district (even though it missed the 'three-piece set' of Oriental Pearl Tower, the view was still stunning).
📍Perfect Location: Right outside, you're on the North Bund waterfront. A short walk of a few hundred meters takes you to popular photo spots, and across the river is the Pudong skyline. Nearby, The Drop restaurant and Magnolia Plaza offer convenient dining and shopping options.
✨Exceptional Service: Returning in the evening, we found that housekeeping had thoughtfully turned down the bed, drawn the curtains, and even delivered a complimentary evening drink. This feeling of being well-cared for was wonderful! Many thanks to Deslin and Lily. If you want to enjoy the beautiful Bund scenery, you absolutely shouldn't miss the Banyan Tree. I'll definitely be back again!
GGuest UserMy stay at Jinjiang Hotel Lingang in Shanghai far exceeded my expectations – a definite five-star review!
The service was incredibly thoughtful! When checking in, they learned it was our anniversary getaway and not only upgraded our room for free without hesitation but also presented us with a lovely gift. Room service was also very prompt, showing great attention to detail.
The facilities are new and high-end. As a newly opened hotel, the hardware is impeccable. The room came equipped with a Dyson hairdryer, which was a godsend for someone with long hair. The smart curtains and lighting system brought a touch of tech into our daily routine, and the bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The location is also excellent. The hotel is right next to Dishui Lake, offering city views from the window, and it was lovely for a stroll. A short walk brought us to Duoyun Bookstore, a popular spot, where we could enjoy reading and lake views 'in the clouds,' creating a wonderful cultural ambiance.
Whether it's a family trip or a romantic getaway, this hotel will surprise you. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Lingang!

MMohammad HammoudehThe hotel is in a very nice location near people’s square
The metro station is across the street.
The hotel is very luxurious with marble everywhere
The concierge service was one of the best in Shanghai and helped me get reservations in multiple michelen guide restaurants last minute, and they are very gracious to provide an endless supply of bottled water.
Check in and check out were very smooth with the aid of Judy and Jackie, who serve you to the absolute limit of their aurhority.
GGmtzinuoTwo adults and one child stayed here. The service was absolutely excellent! They even upgraded our room for free during check-in and provided adorable slippers for my child. On top of that, they gave my child a gift at check-out. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to bus stops and the ferry terminal, making it easy to get to the Oriental Pearl Tower, Lujiazui, and the Bund. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.
