My stay here was absolutely fantastic! I booked a king-sized room, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable—not too soft, not too firm. The bedding was clean and super soft, making it incredibly cozy to lie down and get a great night's sleep. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes, all tasting delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I was thoroughly satisfied with the meal. Overall, the environment was spotless, and the service was attentive. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay!

We extended our stay for one night. This old hotel was very luxurious 30 years ago. The revolving restaurant on the top floor will still be revolving in 2026, and that's where breakfast is served. However, it's not for everyone; some of us get 'restaurant seasickness.' We couldn't possibly eat three breakfasts, which were included in our initial three-night booking. We tried to talk to the front desk manager about getting discount vouchers or something so we could eat at their downstairs restaurant instead. No! No! No! It felt like they refused everything they possibly could. They wouldn't even give us a single cage of char siu bao (BBQ pork buns)... I felt like the money for those three breakfasts was completely wasted.

I chose the veteran Guangzhou Baiyun Hotel because of its bustling commercial surroundings and convenient transportation. It's just a short bus ride to Guangzhou Wanguo Outlets, and other attractions are also easily accessible! I highly recommend trying the food at Da Ge Restaurant when you're in Guangzhou. Coincidentally, I visited on March 8th, and the hotel even warmly presented me with a rose! Thanks to the front desk, they arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, which we greatly appreciated! The room was clean and tidy, very nice!

We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

The hotel has a large parking lot, which is excellent; we didn't have to worry about driving at all. The rooms even offer scan-to-order dining. Breakfast is very generous with a wide variety of dishes, and the taste is excellent. It offers great value for money. The food court on the first floor has various dining options, meeting basic meal needs. It's very kid-friendly, and the spaceship park is right downstairs. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay and will choose this place again next time! It's convenient, and the bathroom is spacious and grand, with a great wet/dry separation design, which made us feel very comfortable. Any questions or issues were addressed promptly and helpfully. The hotel's sailor-themed buffet breakfast had a good variety, and the food tasted great with a delicate texture. Room service for deliveries was prompt, enthusiastic, and professional, providing very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were professional and proactive during check-in, making the process quick. Check-out was also fast with no waiting. The whole process was convenient and efficient, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again. It was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up! The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's close to the high-speed train station and Jinwan Airport. Overall, it's great. In short, everything was outstanding, highly recommended! We'll definitely return if we get the chance!

My stay here was fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spotless, and the room layout is well-designed (just be mindful of the step-down area). The smart home features made for a very comfortable stay. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; check-in was quick and efficient, and they were always prompt and helpful with any requests, paying great attention to detail. The overall hotel experience was superb! The location is very convenient, and the environment is clean and quiet. The room was tidy and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, so I slept soundly. I found a new hotel for a business trip, and I just booked the cheapest room. I didn’t expect the front desk to upgrade the sea view room for free. It’s so beautiful. The view in the morning is absolutely amazing. My colleagues said that the hotel I booked this time is not bad. I plan to bring my family next time. This room is on the 27th floor. You can see the coastline. Although there is a building in front of it, it does not affect the sea view. The stay is relatively late, and there is a takeaway to go upstairs. It is convenient. The room is clean and the facilities are complete. If you don’t have mineral water, you can ask again, because you have to go to work. So I came back late and checked out, and the front desk directly helped me delay it to 2 o'clock, which was great.

They deliver complimentary afternoon tea right to your room, and in the evenings, there are cocktails, plus breakfast in the morning. The service is truly exceptional, especially the front desk staff – their attitude was absolutely superb! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

This time, for our Chimelong trip, we chose to stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel, and I'm really glad we did! First off, the hotel is beautiful. We were even given a complimentary upgrade to a family room, which we truly appreciated and were very happy with. The lobby is spacious and elegant, with a subtle, relaxing fragrance. The room had full Wi-Fi signal, complimentary welcome fruit, and overall, the facilities were new and the service was excellent. The hotel's 'flash card' activity was quite innovative and my child loved it. The breakfast buffet service was good, and the variety of food was decent. I highly recommend the Chinese restaurant – the food was very authentic. However, everywhere in the hotel mentioned a dolphin pool activity at 18:30, but it wasn't there and we didn't see any cancellation notice, which was disappointing. Also, the dinner buffet was truly just okay, very average, with limited options and not much flavor; there's definitely room for improvement there. Another minor inconvenience is that food deliveries have to be picked up at the shuttle bus stop, which isn't very convenient, especially when you're alone with a child. Many family-friendly hotels now use robots for food delivery, which this hotel could consider implementing. Overall, it was a good stay, and I'd recommend it!
