We checked in on Thursday and received a complimentary room upgrade. The hot springs pool on the first floor was incredibly comfortable and clean. The front desk attendant was very gentle and informative, explaining the hotel's facilities and environment. Two young men kindly helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. The upgraded room was in Building 1, a bit far from the outdoor hot spring pools, so we opted to use the in-room hot spring. A packet of bath salts was provided, leaving our skin smooth after bathing. The first night's minibar was also complimentary, featuring two boxes of soy milk, Coke, and beer, plus a fruit platter. In the afternoon, we went out to take photos. The weather was lovely and sunny, and the flowers, plants, and trees were beautiful. The staff were diligently watering and cleaning, very hardworking. There's also a paid mini-train ride in the park. Our package included six archery shots, half an hour of mini-golf, as well as billiards and table tennis. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, and badminton courts are also available but require advance booking by phone. Our package also included a buffet dinner at the Brilliant Restaurant. Since the buffet wasn't available on Thursday, we were offered three options: a la carte at Brilliant Restaurant with an 800-yuan credit, a more standard 'order anything' menu with common home-style dishes, or a fixed set menu. I chose the a la carte option at the restaurant and ordered five dishes and a mango sago dessert. It was very filling, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. We had black truffle conch slices, giant river prawns, casserole perilla mountain snails with free-range chicken, mango sago, and cumin pine nut baked lamb rice (which was incredibly delicious, though it took an hour to prepare. The crust was fragrant, and the lamb was excellent). The stir-fried fern shoots with dried shrimp was also very tasty, with a crisp yet tender texture similar to Chinese broccoli. Breakfast was also very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as steamed dim sum. All the staff were fantastic; they would introduce dishes and help clear plates quickly as soon as you approached the counter. There are also many children's facilities in the park, and it's a pet-friendly hotel with an outdoor pet park. The only downside is that there aren't enough signposts in the park. Even with a map, we still got lost frequently, haha.

My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou was truly memorable, even though it was just for one night. What stood out most was how attentive and thoughtful the team was. Before arrival, I mentioned that I hoped for a Canton Tower view, fully understanding that the room category did not guarantee it. To my surprise, they genuinely listened and managed to arrange a room with that view for us, which already set the tone for the stay. I also noted that we were celebrating our anniversary, and despite the short stay, the hotel went the extra mile with lovely in-room decorations, along with complimentary red wine and chocolates. These small but meaningful touches made the celebration feel very special. From the moment we stepped out of the car, the welcome was warm and sincere, and that level of hospitality was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were responsive, caring, and clearly attentive to guest needs. Overall, the level of service here is truly top-notch. This is hospitality done right, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Guangzhou.

Our sea-view room offered incredibly soothing ocean vistas right from the window, and the service was attentive with every detail meticulously covered. The hotel's photography service was a delightful surprise; the photographer was professional and knew all the best angles. The infinity pool and beach boardwalk provided fantastic backdrops for epic shots, perfect for sharing on social media straight from the camera. A top choice for a getaway! 2. I highly recommend the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha! Our stay was perfect from start to finish. You step right onto the beach, the pool views are magnificent, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I especially want to commend the photography service; they chose excellent spots and captured moments perfectly. They covered everything from sunset by the sea to the hotel's most Instagrammable spots. The final photos were high-end and flawless, making the whole experience hassle-free and yielding amazing results. Definitely a must-revisit! 3. Don't hesitate to book the InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha! The sea views are unparalleled, the dining is excellent, and the service is exceptional, creating a truly immersive vacation vibe. The photography service was outstanding – no need to worry about finding the right angles yourself. With professional guidance and stunning backdrops, it was easy to capture beautiful seaside memories. My posts were flooded with compliments. It truly offers both great value and an amazing experience!

Stepping into the lobby, the familiar scent was still there, but visually, it was completely new, modern, and incredibly well-designed. The high-ceilinged atrium, with its arcades and lush greenery, created an 'aerial garden' that perfectly captured the essence of Lingnan without feeling old-fashioned – the aesthetics are truly on point. This stay, Hotel Manager Alice specially prepared a welcome gift, complete with fresh fruit, desserts, and red wine. Sipping a drink while gazing at the magnificent view outside the window, I really appreciated feeling so valued. If you've ever been put off by the older Shangri-La hotels in other cities, you should definitely give this one in Nanshan, Shenzhen, a try. It retains Shangri-La's core of excellent service, but the hardware and design are absolutely next level. For business travelers or anyone looking for a relaxing weekend getaway, the experience here is truly flawless.

An old-money style hotel, but the room had a bit of an odor from not being aired out for a while. After a call, they opened a small window which helped a lot! The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast on the first floor was very distinctive and delicious. We enjoyed two out of the five meals offered at the executive lounge; while the variety was limited, the attention to detail, flavor, and service were all top-notch! The view of Canton Tower from the window was also quite nice.

Came here for a concert, so I booked this hotel. **Location:** The hotel is perfectly situated right next to the iconic ”Spring Bamboo Shoot” tower in Shenzhen Bay. It's incredibly convenient with great amenities nearby, just across a main road from the ”Spring Cocoon” Shenzhen Bay Sports Center, and behind it is Talent Park. **Ambiance:** The hotel lobby, hallways, and room decor have a touch of retro charm, which I found to be very stylish. I booked a city view room this time, and opening the window offered a beautiful night view of the ”Spring Bamboo Shoot” and the surrounding modern architecture – absolutely stunning! **Facilities:** The room facilities are comprehensive, and I really liked the layout. The sleeping area and the washroom area can be completely separated by closing a door. Each functional zone within the washroom area is also separated and quite spacious, which is fantastic. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was excellent; the bathroom had no unpleasant odors. **Service:** It was my first time seeing an open-plan front desk, which was quite unique! The staff were very attentive. Someone personally escorted us to our room, explained the room facilities, and even enthusiastically told us we could take all the snacks and drinks from the mini-bar! 🤭👍 **Breakfast:** Additionally, the hotel offers a semi-buffet breakfast. The variety was decent – not the most extensive I've seen, but the taste was really good.

Everything was excellent. I've stayed in many luxury hotels in Shenzhen, including Shangri-La Nanshan, Andaz, Conrad, and Park Hyatt, but this St. Regis in Bao'an is arguably the best. The room decor is elegant and tasteful, not overly opulent. The use of marble in the bathroom, the Hansgrohe shower, the stylish lighting, window decorations, and the overall color coordination are all superb. Oh, and the room rate includes a complimentary milk, coffee, and tea delivery service anytime, which is a nice touch. The public areas also offer great views, showing the hotel's thoughtful design. The breakfast was decent, even with many people. Its location in Bao'an, close to Nanshan, makes it convenient to visit various MixC malls and Qianhai Stone Park. All in all, if you're looking for a top-notch hotel experience – enjoying a refreshing shower, sleeping in a comfortable bed, having a lovely breakfast, and perhaps a drink at the hotel bar – this St. Regis is definitely worth it.

Our stay at the Raffles Shenzhen this time was an absolute surprise, far exceeding our expectations! We booked two rooms: one Little Prince themed kids' room and another city-view room with an amazing panorama. Both rooms were incredibly thoughtfully designed. The moment we stepped into the Little Prince room, we were enchanted – B612 planet elements, an airplane-shaped bed, and a starry sky mural made it feel like we'd entered a real fairy tale. Our child was thrilled the entire time! The welcome ceremony was a nice touch, but the real highlight was the bedding, so soft and comfortable. One night's sleep completely washed away our travel fatigue; even my picky family members couldn't stop praising it. What made our stay even more heartwarming was the hotel's service. Our three butlers, Kathryn, Leo, and Maddy, were consistently available, both enthusiastic and professional. From the detailed guidance during check-in to their thoughtful check-ins throughout our stay and fulfilling our various small requests, every detail was meticulously handled, making our entire trip exceptionally comfortable.

Staying at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was a fantastic experience, largely thanks to our butler, Zero. He contacted us a day in advance and paid attention to every detail, making us feel truly valued. His professionalism and warmth made for an excellent stay! There was a minor hiccup with the A/C not heating properly, but it was resolved quickly. He even brought us red bean soup in the evening (next time, I'd suggest including an extra bowl!).

Beyond satisfied, it exceeded my expectations. The room was almost perfect, aside from being a bit dark and cold (though the staff did bring a heater). It was exceptionally clean, which I especially want to commend! The bedding was very comfortable and soft. The service was also unbeatable; they even delivered takeout to my door in the middle of the night – I almost felt a bit embarrassed! I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
