I believe this is a 4-star hotel. It is strategically located at Beijing Street, which has many eateries & shops to get around. It is walking distance to the Grand Buddha temple and closed to Beijing Lu subway station, about 300m. Lobby provides free coffee and tea. Reception counter has a machine to clean my spectacles and sunglasses. Hotel has laundry room (include dryer) that is free of charge. Room is clean with high-tech toilet that can wash my b*tt. All the drinks in fridge are free of charge. Will supply mineral water upon request for free. Overall, I am satisfied with my 2 night stay here.

I feel like someone wear before. 2. When i received room. Towel was on the floor in side shower room. 3. A/C automatically turn off when i leave the room and House keeper open the window. When i return, the room is so hot. 4. All the delivery people can access until in front of the room

Intercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel in Zhuhai for a weekend getaway with my family. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to Macau. We were thoroughly impressed with the facilities and services provided. Special thanks to Kylo and Rod from the concierge team, as well as Jeni at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality greatly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would like to extend our gratitude to these exceptional staff members!

The room was cleaned n the check-in process was quick n hassle free. The staff at the reception was very helpful, n we will stay at the same hotel again on our way back in August

Fantastic find. Very new hotel that is in the middle of the popular places in town. Staffs were also attentive to needs. There was one night where there was some issues with hot water bath. Also some noise as late as 11pm and starts at 7am due to nearby constructions. Overall: Recommended.

Best hotel in the area.Customer services and experience here is beyond expectations.It isclean, stylish, roomy and room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend with the hotel. The breakfast is not bad though not much choices and cleanliness is little bit disappointing. And they have a Meituan** takeaway cabinet which is very convenient. I would recommend you to stay here if you are expecting a cozy night with friends/family.

Our room was upgraded to a themed room and the kids loved it! It’s a family-friendly hotel and we booked specifically for that reason. They have a children’s swimming pool & children’s (indoor) playground. Plus points for the location because the hotel is just right across a mall.

The housekeeping staff had clearly put in a great deal of effort to ensure that every corner was spotless. But what really stood out to me was the attentive and friendly service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for, promptly addressing any request I had. One of the most pleasant surprises was the complimentary lemon and mint water available in the lobby. This refreshing beverage was a wonderful touch that made me feel truly at home. We came with our 20-month old toddler for a staycation during the long weekend. We upgraded to the club room and the service and amenities were worth it. Even though it rained on both days, there were plenty to do at the hotel. All three of us had a nice soak in the large bathtub in our room when it rained hard outside. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The hotel was very thoughtful to have even left a child-size slippers, children dental kits, and a toddler mattress in the room. When it wasn't raining, our boy really enjoyed himself at the beach, indoor pool (and hot tub), and the waterpark, and so did we. There was also a huge outdoor playground by Joy Kids that featured several activity hubs like climbs and slides, foam construction blocks, and a merry-go-round ride. The breakfast at Mercado had a great spread that included cold cuts and cheeses, great coffees, freshly squeeze juices, and delightful pastries. We had nice simple afternoon teas and a more lavish evening cocktails at the club, but you should arrive earlier in the evenings to enjoy the full spread. Ms Jennifer was attentive and helpful when we were there and also helped us with a pleasant check-out. We highly recommend this place for families with young children.

Overall is good, room is tidy and big. Reception and bell desk excellence service. However the night security staff isn’t nice. I’m worry are they suitable to work in hotel.

Service was great and prompt. The hotel room was tidy a d clean, I felt comfortable however the aircon was not perfect. Or maybe it’s the city of Shenzhen. Everyone seems to be so hot yet the aircon temperature need to be reminded many times to be lowered. It only happen in Crowne so far. Hence I’m still keeping my views on crowne plaza hotel. Other than that. All are pretty fine.

A fan of St. Regis brand but this stay was a real turned off with many staff’s unwell trained, slow in service, internal staff miscommunication, and poor air conditioning in the room and even the lifts. Just for example, I intended to arrange a surprise birthday cake for my girl’s birthday dinner at the highly rated buffet on the 95/F, but the staff said there wasn’t at the first response and not checking first. After we had a heated conversation, they found the cake. Knowing it’s a birthday cake, they still send out to the table without a lightened candle, I bet it’s bad luck too! Called for some amenities (a few bath towels) to be delivered to the room takes more than 10mins. The butler service wasn’t perfect, there was a hiccup in handling our outside delivery which was requested to the pool but went to the room instead. The shower had poor drainage and resulted in minor flooding in the washroom which made us slip wearing the poor grip hotel slippers. Room’s air conditioning was poor even at highest power and coldest temperature. Didn’t expect my stay at St Regis will be such an unexpected poor experience.

Very decent hotel with wonderful food, facilities and service. Price is very affordable compared to other locations of Four Seasons Hotel. Especially recommend Matsuyi (Japanese restaurant) located on 6/F of hotel for lunch or dinner.

At check-in, summer, Irene and grace took care of getting us a top floor room and a little earlier than recommended check in time. Patient guidance to the amenities, breakfast and a new keyboard when we locked ourselves out. Breakfast was very wide ranging on fruits，pastries, hot stations. Pool was a 😞, it's small and they don't provide swimming caps while insisting on it. The 23f wood bar is interesting with 10pm live performance and shisha

Hotel is well located at Qianhai, next to a modern shopping mall. It is located right on top of liyumen MTR station, offering great transportation convenience. There are many sight seeing places in the neighbourhood, and is a great location to visits other parts of Shenzhen. Most importantly, Qianhai is a newly developed area, which offers marina bay lifestyle and young population.

Has been staying for many days, the hotel overall feeling very good, although it has been open for many years, but the facilities and equipment maintenance is still very good, especially there is a small kitchen, especially suitable for long-term business trips or family travel, very convenient, the front desk service staff is also very polite, take the initiative to introduce the package service content contained in the room. The next morning, I also went to experience the breakfast, which was very rich and belonged to the buffet breakfast, with various products, a combination of Chinese and Western, and also provided meals for children, which was very thoughtful. My only regret is that I visited the outdoor swimming pool of the hotel, but due to the weather, I could not go there and experience it again in the summer. I recently stayed one night at the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel in Guangzhou and had a very pleasant experience. Location The hotel's proximity to the indoor ski facility is a major plus. It's incredibly convenient with a free shuttle bus service that takes only 3 minutes to get there, making it perfect for those looking to hit the slopes without any hassle. Service The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Room The room was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. It was well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, I highly recommend the Sunac Mauve Hill Hotel for a short stay, especially if you're planning to visit the indoor ski. The combination of excellent service, prime location, and well-appointed rooms makes it a great choice.

Really great quality hotel with very professional staff. They were able to accommodate our requests, including helping to arrange return of a toy that our child left behind. Location convenient to access the Sunac Mall, only around a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of food. The room was spacious and very comfortable, we had a good stay and would highly recommend this place!

Excellent service. fitness center swimming pool and spa are amazing! Very good hotel. Minor problem about noisy tv and air con. Provided quick fix that night, and reassure me they will provide long term fix. Also gave me small gift to compensate. Overall handling the issue very well. Please remember to fix. And for me, I will choose this hotel again for sure. Thank you for the amazing service and stay!

Super clean. Got a welcome card and a box of tasty treats upon arrival. Located within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants. I stayed here two nights for work . Would return with my family for pleasure since there seems a lot to explore. The bedding was nice quality though the mattress a bit too hard for my taste.

We checked in on 19 July. They issued the room card on 19 July night after verifying my check-in details in the system. (They couldn't issue a room card in the afternoon due to their system problem.) On 20 July night, our room card had an issue when we tried to return to our room. The counter staff wrongly identified us thru the system. He told us that our room had been double booked. When I asked if someone else was in our room, he is unsure, and said he is worried that someone else was in our room. Our luggage and stuff are still in the room! After checking with another colleague, he explained that he made a mistake. That was the information of the previous guest. Unprofessional. I am very disappointed with their service. I am sure I paid for better service and security.

The location is very accessable to both the metro and bus services straight across the road. There are plenty of options for both food and shopping in the malls and surrounding areas. The rooms are good. The only criticism would be the lack of noise reduction between rooms. I had a family in t he room next to mine and you could hear everything until the small hours of the morning. This was part of the school break ,so it was not a normal situation. The staff are very approachable. The rooms are clean and well serviced. Overall I would recommend this hotel for those who want to explore the city and surrounding areas. The metro is definitely the easiest way to navigate the city.

Hotel exceeded our expectations: 1. Located at a very convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby 2. Service was good with every staff we encountered - all very polite and helpful 3. Buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of choices - particularly good for elderly parents 4. Wifi works for Instagram and WhatsApp 5. Room is spacious and clean The only one negative is that the rooms are not very sound proof

We always LOVE stay in Fraser. From Concierge, Reception to cleaning lady, more friendlier than other hotel. Jacky, concierge, welcomed us sincerely. Mark granted us late check out. Ben always offers coffe, that available in reception on 7th floor. Make Note for extra bottled water, the cleaning ladies always supply them. It is 3-5 minute walk to Shipaqiao MRT station, Exit A. It is adjacent to One Link Mall that connected to Grand View Mall. In latest visit, our daughter left her handphone in library. 7th floor. After calling to hotel, Bruce and team responded And found it. Thanks for Great Management 👍

The room was huge and a comfortable stay. However the block of the room was not connected to the hotel lobby. It was a short walk. Unfortunately I was traveling with my elderly parents with my mom who doesn’t walk very well. It was difficult. The restaurants were right at the opposite end of from our block. I did ask if the hotel can send buggy for my mom but they said it is only for block 9. The shuttle to the zoo is a short walk but again a distance for my mom. It brings you to the South Gate but you need to change another shuttle to the north gate if you want to take the train in the zoo. The circus is about 8-10mins walk for us but for my mom it was a good 20mins slow walk. Thankfully the security guard help my mom cross the road opening the railing on the side of the road so she doesn’t have to climb the stairs up and down the overhead bridge. But overall, I concluded that this is not exactly an elderly friendly hotel. I will probably reconsider staying here with elderly. I’m very sure that children will love the hotel though.

The hotel was located next to a couple of attractions and shopping at FuHuaLi, which is an ideal leisure shopping premise. An added bonus was the high-speed railway station, which provided Easy access to Guangzhou and cities beyond. Renaissance is my first choice Hotel in Zhuhai.

Love Sheraton's friendly who upgraded us to a room with balcony that has a great view of the sea fronting the hotel. The indoor pool was great for my kids and they enjoyed it to the fullest. A big surprise was that there is a seafood wet market that are lined with restaurants that you can pick and choose to cook your basket of seafood purchase. The bill cost a couple of hundreds of rmb that would have more than a thousand dollars. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to zhuhai.

Very nice hotel with a lot of kid friendly amenities and entertainment. Checkin was smooth and fast. Very friendly staff. Room was very spacious, new and clean. The spaceship park was a lot of fun for the kids. The room and park entry package was very reasonably priced. Breakfast has a lot of food variety. Will definitely come back in the future.

This is the hotel really with good value of money,the suite with 2 rooms with big double beds with 2 toilets is absolutely wonderful for a new hotel! Outside of hotel, you can get taxi easily,in Zhuhai we love to travel by taxi or just walk, taxi fare start with 10 dollars only, we go everywhere from 10 to 20 something ,happy 😺.there is convenient store in 2 min and you can order food in the website ,hotel provide delivery area for you to pick up easily.you can walk to the hotel 10 to 15 min from high speed train Zhuhai station or gong bei boundary . Walking to 富華里would take 20 min ,on the way you can see different place to dine out

It's a great experience to stay in Marriot Jinwan! We book a view of Jinwan Art Center and the view is stunning, breakfast with a huge variety. Recommended to place more staff in lobby for checkin and checkout to reduce the waiting time. Thank you @Jennet for the hospitality.

Positives Hotel quality and finishing were top notch, room decoration was impeccable.  They decorated the room for birthday celebration and Terry Our Butler bought in a chocolate cake late night on our return from dinner. The butler service was on the spot this time and even sent my pillow request past midnight The team understood both Cantonese as well as English better compared to the Shenzhen branch Breakfast was decent but seating was Adhoc as they turned the bar area also into breakfast tables so we were a bit cramp. They threw in a welcome drinks as Elite members. however the card had clearly state to submit this at recepy lobby but actually we should have taken it directly down to the 41st floor bar for consumption as they do not deliver this to a bedroom. Two pools on different floors however the indoor pool was 1.4 m deep which was not to child friendly. The indoor pool had a light Jacuzzi and to our surprise the changing room also had Jacuzzi with steam room and hot stone beds for free. The rooftop pool was not heated however they had powerful massage functions. Negatives We booked two rooms, one king and one twin because they only have limited twin rooms we had to be separated on different floor levels. We requested non-smoking rooms and the twin room was not available until very late in the evening for check-in and they kindly extended our stay until 3 pm for both rooms. The location is quite out of stick and the nearest shopping mall is a good 10 minutes walk outdoor. There areas some restaurants at the exhibition centre which am not sure were opened fully.

This stay in this hotel really brought me a great surprise. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the extremely warm reception. Peng Peng, the housekeeper, always had a sincere smile on his face, which made people feel like a spring breeze. During the stay, whenever you encounter a problem, the staff can help solve it patiently as soon as possible. The service of this hotel is first-class, which makes me spend an extremely comfortable and comfortable time here. I highly recommend it to everyone!
