This was our last leg of our China trip. The 4 days 3 nights stay at Manyuan was wonderful. The team of staff we met was thoughtful and helpful, and the lead staff 彭谊stood out as a true attentive person. She guided us to book DiDi online Taxi and recommended places for dinner. In addition to enthusiastically recommending us places to go and buying tickets for us for the WuLingYuan National park and ZhangJiaJie Great Canyon with discount, we could feel that they were very concerned about our daily life. My wife said that every day when we returned to the hotel, she felt like she was back home when she heard the friendly ”You're back”. Our female butler 缘缘 helps monitor my online 淘宝purchase that delivered to the hotel. Another two staff worth mentioned was 晓晓 who guide us on the route in the national park of places of interest and skip others if time constraints. And 陈双凤who help us to setup the herbal foot bath. We have chosen Manyuan for its non smoking, clean, spacious rooms that overseeing the stream and sitting there with a glass of wine. It is also easy access to WuLingYuan National Park East gate. There are plenty of Chinese selection for the breakfast. My wife and I especially enjoyed and appreciated the coffee machine, which hardly available in other hotels. We are deeply grateful that we were allowed for late checkout with a small fee due midnight flight. This is really warm and accommodating experience and highly recommend Manyuan to future travelers coming to ZhangJiaJie. 这是我们中国之旅的最后一站。在曼缘的四天三夜住宿经历非常愉快。我们遇到的酒店员工都非常周到与乐于助人，领队彭谊是一位富有经验又细心的人。她指导我们预订滴滴在线出租车并推荐晚餐地点。 除了热心地向我们推荐景点并为我们购买武陵源国家公园和张家界大峡谷的折扣门票外，我们能感受到她们真诚的关心我们的出入起居生活。我的妻子说，每天回到酒店，听到親切的一声＂回来啦＂都感到自己像回到了家。 我们的女管家缘缘帮我跟进我网上购买的淘宝商品送到酒店。另外两位值得一提的员工是晓晓，她指导我们游览国家公园的景点路线。她会建议如果时间紧迫，跳过其他景点。还有陈双凤帮助我们设置草药足浴。 我们选择满园酒店是因为这里有干净、宽敞的禁烟客房，在阳台可以俯瞰溪流，小酎一杯。从酒店前往武陵源国家公园东门也很方便。早餐有很多选择。我和妻子特别喜欢并感谢酒店的咖啡机，这在其他酒店很难找到。 由于我们的搭的是午夜航班，酒店允许我们以付个小费用延迟退房，我们对此深表感谢。对我们来说这是一个非常温暖和照顾周到的住宿体验，强烈推荐未来来张家界的旅客入住曼缘渡假酒店。

Had a pleasant time staying here. Reception was friendly and very helpful in booking tickets for attractions. It was easy to communicate through WeChat, the forest is a 10 minute walk to the entrance . Located close to the shops and the theatre show. Our last day was at Tianmen mountain which is an hour from this hotel. Reception told us we could leave our luggage with them and for 20 yuan per piece they would consign our luggage to the station for us and we could pick it up from there. It worked out extremely well for us as the station is 30 mins from the mountain. Breakfast was good and our view from the room was awesome! Would definitely recommend.

Visited Zhangjiajie for 3 nights, chose this hotel because of the proximity (just across the street) to Tianmen Mountain gate entrance. Do also check out the travel agencies righr at the hotel ground floor for all your attraction tickets, guides and private car transport at great prices!!! Right outside the hotel, there are restaurants, covenience stores and even Mcdonalds for those who wish to have fast food and not used to the local delicacies (across the street less than 5 mins walk). From train station to hotel is about RMB 20 by car. Hotel to Wulingyuan is about RMB 100 by car, to Yellow Dragon Cave is RMB 140. To Grand Canyon is RMB 200.

Nice hotel with good price. 10 mins walk to tianmen mountain cable car. Breakfast very good for this price, a lot of options. The room is big and clean. Free pick up n drop off and snack. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The lady housekeeper was very friendly, and she offered to meet us at the drop-off point and brought us to the hotel within the Furong ancient town. We were grateful for the upgrade to the hotel room at the third floor where we had the view of the waterfall and river straight from the balcony in our room! Although our hotel room had no breakfast provided, we were offered bread, instant coffee and packet milk for breakfast the next day.

New hotel with good staff We chose to stay at this hotel because it is a new hotel and very near to Tianmen Mountain CableWay station, just 10 minutes by walk. The front office staff, a young guy at day shift and the others at night shift (sorry we did not know your name), these 2 staff are very helpful. The male at the dayshift gives us directions on how to get to the station and the male at night shift helps us change rooms because the first room is smoke-smelt, we can not stand with that, to the other clean room. There is a lot of local food surrounding, also minimarket and shops. The room was spacious with a nice view of cable cars up and down from/to station. Although the hotel is at the busy street, but the soundproof quality is good. We can sleep tight without any disturbing noise. The breakfast menu is also well proper with variant cuisine.

We have a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurant and transportation . The hotel is located next to Changsha railway station.  All the receptionist are very friendly and attentive..  They even upgraded my room during my check-in.  Special thanks to receptionist No. 6 and 9 who have assisted me during my stay. Overall, we have a pleasant day in the hotel and will come back again..

Not the real 'Four Seasons' you might think of but otherwise, had an overall great experience there. Before the trip, WeChat-ed them and customer service was quick to respond to accomodate and provide transportation pick up service from the train station. However, despite messaging prior to inform about the changes in our number of pax/luggages so that they can arrange for a bigger car to pick up, there was a mix-up as the hotel forgot to cancel the first car allocated to us, leaving us stranded for around 30 mins (in the cold) at the parking lot while we wait for the correct car to arrive. It also wasted the first driver's time as he got there early and waited for us despite us not needing his services in the end.  The hotel itself was located in a nice location, and the room was great. It was high-tech where most of the room controls are controlled by 'Xiao Du' their Alexa/Google Home service which only responds in Mandarin so for those who are unable to speak then there's no use for it. The smart toilet is enjoyable as the seats are heated and the bidet function is much needed. One interesting thing is that one of the windows in all the rooms is always left partially open (unsure the true reason for it) but it may be bothersome to some as we went during winter so personally i didn't mind it as a natural air conditioning since most of the room is heated.  The driver service that the hotel provided can then also be directly hired by fellow travellers if you require the service to get to and fro the different attractions/parks that you would be visiting during your holiday in Zhangjiajie. Overall had a good experience here. Only wished for the hotel breakfast to offer more variety, it was decent enough. 

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. What stood out the most was the exceptional service provided by an employee at the counter named Meesa. She went above and beyond to assist us, offering great restaurant recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed, including providing water during our multi-night stay. Her dedication and genuine care for guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality that every hotel should strive for. Meesa is an excellent example of service-minded professionalism, and her efforts made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and applaud the team for their commitment to great service. I had a pleasant stay overall, but there was an issue on the first night that affected my experience. My sleep was disrupted due to a strong smell of smoke coming from another room, which somehow entered my room. This was disappointing as it impacted my comfort during the stay.

Really convenient location! About a 5mins walk to the entrance of wulingyuan, the owner(?) was really friendly and helped booked all our tickets (even to the romance park) at a cheaper price and even helped plan our route. Theres a minimart across the street and the night market downstairs its really worth it. The rooms are also very big and comfortable. And even have laundry that you do yourselves and they help hang while you are out. I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this always!! I

The hotel is conveniently located within 5min walk to the subway. 平安老街is right behind the hotel where you can get food round the clock. Good eateries like 費大廚，笨蘿蔔，are all within walking distance from the hotel. The room is huge with curtains. Hot water with good pressure. The room is nicely insulated from the busy roads.

Super new hotel, good facility and clean rooms. Conveniently located only 10 min by foot from the station. We used it to catch our train early in the morning.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

This is great experience at this hotel, we had 2 separate bookings this time first 3 nights, second was 4nights. The room is lovely and cozy, I requested higher floor smoking room and they tried their best to arranged it. The reception staff are very friendly and efficient. Especially 九月 ( WeChat name)as butler, she helps me a lots. My husband and myself are both very happy to come back again and again. The housekeeping team is also so nice and polite. The wine and snack set is bonus for our room, we tried couple times, also very good. The location is so convenient, the tube is just outside 2 mins by walk, there is line 1 and line 4 both. All in all, we love our choice.

It’s conveniently located next to Huangxing Street, only 5-10min walk away. The location is also central to almost all of the famous streets. Very good 5star hotel , rooms are big.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, the bedding is very good, and it is worth praising that there are many pillows to choose from (small suggestion: the toiletries can be changed to a better brand, the current ones feel average) The lack of a laundry room is an inconvenience, and I hope it can be improved Environment: The hotel upgraded the river view room for free, and the view is very good Service: As soon as you arrive at the hotel, someone will help you take your luggage, and after checking in, they will help you send your luggage up Breakfast: Rich in variety and delicious

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

Located at the city centre of changsha, direct access and interlink with IFS, and only 5mins walk to a few malls, walmart and the famous walking streets… Lots of food nearby so f&b is not an issue, will never get hungry over there.. Cleanliness very good, can request to change few types of pillows.. Receptionist very helpful and lovely and pretty.. Hotel breakfast very delicious..

Very nice comfortable hotel. Very nice staff too. Has supper and understand has afternoon tea too although no chance for that. Location is short walking distance to the famous Tian Xin Ge 天心阁ancient tower. There is a decently good restaurant a few door away. Within premise is also a wall etched with the word Chang Sha 长沙 good for selfie.

The hotel has a superior location and convenient transportation. It is close to Metro Line 2, and it is very convenient to go to various scenic spots. The surrounding environment is beautiful and there are many delicious foods. I feel that the restaurant downstairs named Mr. Cook has good dishes. The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel service is thoughtful, Lily is warm and friendly, and the service attitude is professional. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel, highly recommended to friends who need to travel for business or tourism.

Very good service in give National Forest guide direction For people who first time coming to Zhangjiajie like us, this hotel has very good service. They provide some staff that assist tourists to get a guide direction in Zhangjiajie National Forest route. This national forest park is very huge. The entrance ticket is available for 4 days visit. So you can imagine how big this area is. Therefore, if you do not have enough time, you need a brief information that helps us arrange the excellent routes so that we can get the point of view and enjoy it. That is the purpose of this staff, to help us, bravo! Thanks to Huan Huan, female staff, your instruction is awesome. The hotel room is spacious enough, but lacks of wardrobe. Breakfast is amazing with many varian cuisine. There is a free laundry service that is very helpful for long tourists like us. The kind thing is this hotel put drinking water (bottles) everywhere. It is very pleasant, so hotel guests do not worry about drinking anymore. One more satisfying thing is the drain shower. The water pressure is strong but soft. Getting our body washed with a treatment like this after a tiring journey is very enjoyable.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Very rarely have a faultless hotel stay, but this is as good as it gets! I arrived 3hrs before check-in and only planned to ask about luggage storage, but they let me check-in immediately! The room was fabulous. I did wonder if they upgraded me as the room seemed far bigger than what I thought I’d booked. The furnishings and amenities were top quality, it was completely clean and I had an incredible view of Tianmen mountain! Staff spoke very basic English but enough to get by, and the service was immaculate. Every member of staff would smile and say hello. Other points: - Breakfast was great with a wide variety of food - Location couldn’t be better - right next to the bus station, with plenty of food options nearby, and only 5 mins walk from the cable car station - As things stand, I don’t think this hotel exists yet on several mobile map apps, but not much of an issue Overall, this is the perfect choice of hotel for Zhangjiajie and amazing value for money.

We recently enjoyed a delightful four-day stay at your hotel. The entire staff, from reception to housekeeping, was exceptionally well-trained, kind, and professional. Our room was spacious, impeccably maintained, and spotlessly clean. The highlight was the balcony, which offered a breathtaking view of the picturesque mountains. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the coffee was equally enjoyable. The hotel’s convenient location near the East entrance to the park and the main street with various restaurants and shops added to our overall positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently situated walking distance from the cable car, close to the railway station and the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was nourishing and essential to the good start of our long mountain trips. We especially enjoyed the café near the front desk. While staying there, I recommend you to visit the 72 wonders house in Zhangjiajie - a folk type food and crafts place. We went on a Sunday, there was like a closing party and we had the best of times. 

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman. George from the concierge was very helpful in booking our tickets. The location is fantastic, close to East Gate, with major attractions just a few kilometers away. Although we hired a Didi, it's also possible to walk to these attractions. The western food section in the restaurant could use some improvement; the pizza tasted more like cheese on bread than an actual pizza. However, the breakfast buffet was quite nice. We definitely recommend this place for families, as the pool is great for both kids and adults after a long day of walking.

Pros : Good location, about 1 km from Meili Xiangxi theatre. And 1 km to entrance to see Tianzishan in YuanjiaJie. Surrounding good selection of restaurants and shops. Good quality food where the locals go to. Not the mania like the other side of town which is close to Tianmenshan cable car entrance. Hotel is newly renovated and well maintained. Carpet is clean. Good breakfast spread. Reception staff Ms. Lily was very helpful. Thank you for thoughtful gift of local tea. Cons :  I wish the hotel provided shoe horn in the room to help put in shoes.

This was the single BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE my partner and I have ever had. I can't begin to cover all the reasons why, but I'll share the highlights below: Staff: Every member of the staff was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and readiness for the next leg of our trip in China. When we mentioned that we had been traveling for a week, they offered to launder our clothes at no charge - we arrived around 9PM and our clothes were ready early in the morning. When we went out for the day, they mended my partner's suitcase simply because they noticed a rip - we did not even have to ask! The thoughtfulness of the staff had no limits. Food: You can select what you'd like for breakfast the day before and at what time you'd like to eat. The dining room is exquisite, and the food was phenomenal. We particularly loved the spicy beef brisket noodles! Architecture / Decor: Every detail of the hotel, from the staircase to the greenery and angles of the hallways, to the art and patio, felt both homey and modern. We loved the art installations - paintings, sculptures, and more - around the building. Beautiful hotel. Room: We loved our room! It's equipped with smart technology, and the hair dryer is the equivalent to the Dyson one. Our patio was full of greenery. The bed, pillows, and comforter were sooo comfortable - we really didn't want to leave in the morning 😅 but alas, we were here to see Tianmen National Park. Also - the toiletries were lovely, we especially loved the scent of the body wash and shampoo. Grateful to have stayed here and hope to be back one day!

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

The room service was enthusiastic and cleaned every day for three days. Breakfast can also be enjoyed in the executive lounge on the tenth floor. The dining environment is quieter and the variety is more diverse. It is also close to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The hotel is close to the Fog bridge in the Fenghuang ancient city. My room has the river view and two balconies, which is excellent for night view of the city. The room is spacious enough for four adults, but needs to share for one bathroom. The breakfast buffet only offered a simple Chinese breakfast with limited varieties. The hotel room was quiet at night time. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. The restaurant was excellent and offered authentic Hunan style food. Overall, this hotel experience was excellent.

Amazing complementary pickup & dropoff service from the hotel! Great location, hotel was walking distance to Furong waterfall entrance. We were able to use the laundry facilities and the hotel was beautiful. We tried the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious & the service was excellent. The hotel staff are also helpful when you have a request. Overall we had a comfortable and memorable stay. Thank you!

A family of four traveled and booked two rooms, one of which was a balcony room. First of all, let’s talk about the location. It is in the lower reaches of Tuojiang River, very close to the core area, but not noisy. It is a quiet area in a bustling city. You can also watch Phoenix performances at night. The river view from the balcony is great. The room is also spacious and the hardware is much better than those stilt houses. Secondly, the service, the rice noodles and pancakes for breakfast are very delicious, which is a very good breakfast in a B&B. When I left, I almost couldn’t get a taxi because I didn’t call one in advance. The girl at the front desk and a young man kept helping us contact and solved the problem. It is worth recommending and I will choose it next time.

The hotel is very good with a nice big clean room. It provides shuttle bus service every hour between 7:30 am to 14:30 pm from hotel to train station. But no pick up service. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The problem is its location. Me and my friend arrived at train station after 6pm. There is no taxi waiting for you. We waited for 30 minutes and finally shared the taxi with another 2 people. After checking in , we had problem to find a taxi to go to the center of ancient town. Although the staff helped us to call the taxi , it took about 45 minutes for the taxi to arrive. If you can have enough time or you have car, I recommend you to stay here. Otherwise, I suggest you to stay in the center of town.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

Really nicely decorated hotel. Id say one of the best hotels in this region. Given only four stars as our room was quite strong with cigarette smell. We informed the staff about it and they said they would send someone to fix it. I think what they did was just opening the window which made it worse as the cigarette smell was stronger when we came back possibly because we were on the second floor and someone was smoking outside. We didnt bother to tell them again as it was late and we just wanted to sleep. There was also some sticky stain on the floor that we asked them to clean it but it was still there when we came back. Staff very friendly. A tea set is also provided.

The hotel is nice. The room was upgraded and a small gift was given when leaving. But the impression of revisiting Furong Town is really bad. A once quaint and quiet Wang Village was enclosed with a bunch of antique buildings and tacky lights and charged. The money was paid, but the performance that should have been cancelled was cancelled. There is no business integrity. It seriously affects the mood of the trip. After all, we didn't travel so far to stay in the hotel.

Every year during the Spring Festival, I have to cook and eat a lot of fish and meat at home. This year, I chose to travel to Fenghuang Ancient Town to celebrate the Spring Festival. I stayed at Fenghuang Kaisheng Hotel and found that many people celebrated the Spring Festival outside, and they were all happy with the whole family. The hotel room is spacious and tidy, and it is a whole house smart system. Just shout ”Xiaot Xiaot”, and you can open the curtains, TV, and air conditioner. It is a blessing for lazy people. You don’t have to get up to do anything. Enjoy it comfortably! The best thing is the robot delivery. If you want to order barbecue in the middle of the night, the robot will deliver it to you, which is very worry-free. In addition, the fragrance of the whole hotel is very high-end, and it is a very pleasant tea fragrance. I want to arrange the same one at home. I am very satisfied with the accommodation experience. Five-star recommendation😘

This time, the accommodation experience at Xiangxi Crown International Hotel was great! The hotel has an excellent location, convenient travel, and complete supporting facilities around it. The guest rooms are luxuriously and elegantly decorated, and the beds are soft and comfortable, ensuring high-quality sleep. This stay experience is really great! The environment of the B&B is very clean and tidy, the room is warm and comfortable, the bed is soft, and I slept very well. The bathroom is also very clean, with plenty of hot water, complete toiletries, and details are done very well. The B&B housekeeper is very enthusiastic, from the communication before check-in to the service after check-in, he is very considerate, and also recommended us nearby special food and attractions, and helped us plan our itinerary, which really saved us a lot of worry. The location of the B&B is also very convenient. You can walk to the ancient city. The B&B can also provide a shuttle bus.
