location perfect! just infront the subway exit, close to shopping mall and well connected with 2 subway line. Airport Express & Railway station are also well connected. The staff is helpful too, assist to call taxi and advise how to get to those places of interest.

Good option to spend a night in the airport if you have to. Rooms are quite clean, but there's a problem with water drainage in shower room. Breakfast is not very various but you could find something to eat anyway. Quite expensive like everything in airport.

Top notch services from the hotel, a warm welcoming from Manager Wang and his front desk staff and bellboy, clean room with terminal view, free fruits and supper voucher, very rich breakfast, quick check out procedure and free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes from hotel to airport. Strongly recommended to the departure or arrival passengers in airport!

This is the second time we stayed at the hotel. All good thing to say about this place. Reasonable price, good family size bed, lovely and friendly staff and great services. Short distance to the airport which is always a bonus.

We stayed one night in between flights; as i had a delayed flight arriving into beijing, the check-in timing was promptly adjusted by the hotel via trip.com, when requested. Breakfast was a surprising good spread considering my 1st impression of the hotel was not exactly 4star. The hotel entrance in the side lane seemed a little dodgy. Even the taxi got lost finding the hotel. However, the 5th floor access to the New World Shopping and the small eating shops in the side alley seemed packed with people even late at night. The room was fairly big. but the bathroom was tiny. Only 1 person could use it at a time, unless the other was in the shower. The room had a humidifier, the 2nd hotel which we had stayed in to have such an equipment. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to consider some ear plugs as the room doors are not sound proof, and somehow the door closer has lost its spring. So every door which closed made a big bang. I suspect all the door closers need to be changed And you can hear voices from the corridor. So try to get a corner room, which then would have less chatter. Self-laundry on the top floor 16 was chargeable, unlike several others which were FOC. For one night, it was ok but I would consider it a budget hotel and not 4star.

A truly excellent 5-star hotel (if not better) in a great location with wonderful staff in and around the premise! Of special mention is the Front Office Manager, Mr Su Yan, who quickly and tirelessly helped salvage an issue with a friend who was initially part of the booking for the Twin-room. As this friend had submitted his passport to an embassy for a visa, he couldn't check in with me. As a result, a request was made for a double bed for single occupancy which was promptly met without incurring further charges. All staff, from the front office to housekeeping, maintained their courteous smiles and greetings throughout my 4 nights/5 days stay. This included even those at the restaurant for breakfast, who were quick to usher their guests to their tables, and to promptly serve the desired beverage. Breakfast was sumptuous with a good variety of choices from Western to Chinese, and even Japanese. My room was always cleaned as soon as I left for breakfast and this made it pleasant to return to the room, to plan the outings for the day. The subway, which was within walking distance helped with getting around Beijing without the hassle of being caught up in the horrific traffic which seems to be a common feature of this city. This was truly a spendid trip staying at this gem of a hotel that I had even contemplated extending my stay for another 2 nights. However, duty beckoned me to check out to return to work. I look forward to returning to this hotel once more should the opportunity present itself and I'm hoping that it'll be sooner too!

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport since I had a connecting flight the next day. The good: free shuttle bus service to and fro even late at night; decently quick check-in; small convenience store nearby the hotel; large rooms. The bad: the rooms are a bit outdated although still comfortable enough for an overnight stay; soundproofing inside the room wasn't the best. I didn't have the time to use the hotel's various facilities but believe that they should be quite decent from what I've seen.

Pros: 1. Location is excellent as it is centrally located beside the subway exit.. 2. Excellent customer service from hotel counter staff 3. Remaining stay at hotel decided to try out local breakfast - highly recommend nearby Nancheng Xiang Wangfujing restaurant which is within 5 mins walk. Cheap and good! 4. Hotel conveniently located near to Beijing Xiehe Hospital. 5. Situated right at the heart of Wangfujjng shopping district. Cons: 1. Aircon thermostat auto shuts down aircon once temperature is reached. Have to restart aircon as it becomes stuffy 2. TV gives out sparking sound once a while. 3. Creaking noises from walls and windows at night once a while.

The hotel is a convenient choice for those needing to be close to the airport, thanks to their efficient shuttle service that takes only 5 minutes to reach Terminal 2. The overall service provided by the hotel is commendable, however, a few areas for improvement were noted. These include the limited breakfast options, which mainly consist of Chinese cuisine with minimal international choices, and the lack of English language support. Despite these points, the hotel offers a comfortable stay and the proximity to the airport is a definite plus.
