"Highly recommended! The service was excellent and very warm. The location is also fantastic; it's super convenient for transportation and dining, just a few minutes walk to 7-Eleven and the beach. Although check-in is officially at 2 PM, we arrived in the morning with our child. The hotel saw this and rushed to prepare a room for us to check in right away. This alone was incredibly touching! Then, when we returned to the hotel after an evening stroll, the front desk suddenly called out to us. We wondered what was wrong, but then they brought out a small cake while singing 'Happy Birthday'! It was my son's birthday that day [cake emojis], and we were truly surprised and delighted. What a wonderful blessing from a foreign land! My son was very moved too!!! They are so thoughtful [heart emojis] We will definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Pattaya."

Overall, the accommodation is decent for the price. Parking is outdoors, with no covered parking available. The hotel isn't directly on the main road; you have to turn into an alley, and it's located opposite B2 Hotel. Getting around without a private car might be quite inconvenient, and it's also quite a distance from convenience stores.
There's an electricity pole at the entrance of the alley leading to the hotel, so EV users can charge their cars in this area.
The bed was quite firm, and the room had good soundproofing from the outside. However, the room itself was quite dirty with a lot of dust. The cleanliness definitely needs improvement.
I booked a pool access room, so I could occasionally hear guests using the pool. Also, the TV in the room isn't a Smart TV.
Overall, it's a hotel where the price matches what you get. However, if cleanliness, easy travel without a private car, or modern amenities are important to you, you might want to consider other options."

"Very friendly staff. I enjoyed the sea view and 2 swimming pools. Good breakfast. The safety box did not function then the mechanic fixed it but still the 0 pad button doesn't work. They joined the bed and the power point for the lamp near to the bed was blocked by the bed and the room was so dark that I could not do my work, but they provided another lamp for me and moved the bed out for the first lamp to have its power point, so, it fixed the problem. The room door could not lock when I left the room before it was fixed later. There are some ants on the table. The floor is a bit run down, but the hotel has started renovating some rooms already. The bathtub had some hairs, but they offered to send the cleaner to do a deep clean. It's not a very smooth stay, but all in all, I think this hotel worths the money. Maybe it's not perfect, but I feel the staff has service mind. Maybe I can come back here again after they finish all the renovations. In summary, I am satisfied."

"Excellent hotel in every respect. We really enjoyed our 3-week stay here. There's a 7-Eleven just 10 meters from the hotel, and plenty of local eateries nearby. A laundromat is only 5 minutes away. The staff is 10/10; they always clean the rooms, which are spotless, fresh, and bright. Everything is new. There's also a great swimming pool. They respond instantly to any issues. "I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For a short stay, it's generally a decent hotel. I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but my room didn't have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry clothes. The clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't dry anything at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had everything needed: a kettle, hairdryer, robe, and slippers. The only downside was the reusable shampoo, gel, and soap, which was unpleasant as you don't know who used them before you.
Another thing that bothered me was that the hotel asks guests not to leave valuables in the room. Is that a hint about dishonest housekeepers?!
Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. It's good, and you won't go hungry. However, if you arrive closer to 10 am, you might not find a table and will have to wait. At 6 am, though, it's empty.
The pool is good, but part of it was cordoned off with construction netting, and it was noisy due to ongoing construction work.
The hotel faces a lively street with cafes and bars. There's a 7/11 and a currency exchange nearby."

dawinnnI was very impressed with this accommodation. The room was clean and a good size, and the bed was incredibly soft – I slept so comfortably. The room had all the amenities needed, and the bedding smelled fresh and clean. The service from all departments was excellent; everyone was attentive, smiling, and welcoming. I really want to commend them:
* The security guards were very good at directing and allocating parking spots.
* The staff at the front desk assigned rooms exactly as requested and provided excellent details.
* The restaurant staff, both male and female, were adorable. They constantly refilled food and were quick to assist with anything we needed.
* The housekeeping staff were very polite, greeted us with a smile, and were always willing to clean the room every morning.
However, I would suggest improving the water pressure a bit, as it was a little weak.
Overall, I've decided this will be my regular place to stay. It's quiet, the service is great, and there are smiles from staff in every department. I'll definitely be back to stay again! ♥️♥️

Breakfast is highly recommended: a la carte main course + self-service buffet.
The location is ideal: it's moderate for those traveling by taxi, in central Pattaya, with Big C shopping center within walking distance.
The rooftop pool offers sea views, which my children loved.
The room has a washing machine, but no dryer function, and laundry detergent is not provided.
The towel art (little animals...) was a very thoughtful and delightful touch!
It's a great place to stay that I would choose again next time.

Nattiya N.I stayed at the TJ Hotel and the experience was truly excellent in every way. The location is one of its strong points: easily accessible from the city's main attractions, it allows for easy travel.
The room deserves a special mention: a huge, extremely comfortable double bed ensures perfect rest after a busy day. The bathroom is modern and well-designed, featuring a bathtub and shower, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very clean, with an above-average level of comfort. You can clearly sense the attentive and professional management, and the staff is always available.
I would also like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. The team members at both check-in and check-out were very warm and welcoming. The pool staff and housekeeping team were always smiling, greeting guests in a genuinely friendly manner throughout the stay.
Although the hotel is not directly on the beachfront, it is only a short walk to Jomtien Beach. There are plenty of food options along the beach, and it is also conveniently located near several well-known restaurants.
One unforgettable highlight was the birthday room decoration arranged for my husband. The hotel did a wonderful job decorating the room in a cute, beautiful, and romantic style, especially with the candles placed on the bed. What exceeded our expectations even more was the cake prepared on the table and a plate of fruit arranged in the refrigerator. It was a truly thoughtful and memorable touch.
The common areas, including the pool and relaxation area, are also pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent balance of quality, location, and price. A reliable and highly recommended choice for a stay in Jomtien, Pattaya. I would definitely love to come back again.

Plus, there's a large shopping mall directly opposite with a food court and supermarket, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities include a swimming pool that's perfect for both children and adults. It's an ideal place to stay for families or couples.

Guest UserExcellent hotel, highly recommend it to everyone. The location is not bad; the beach is a bit far, but it's dirty there anyway, so you wouldn't swim. The area is quiet, but there are bars and restaurants around – life is bustling in the evenings, but not so much that it disturbs sleep. We stayed in a family room in the new building, and everything matched the photos – clean and fresh. Breakfasts were decent and tasty.

I stay here every single time I am in Pattaya. The deluxe rooms and suites have ultra-comfortable king beds, relaxing bathtubs, and spacious balconies overlooking the pool. Daily housekeeping is top-notch. Plus, the location is unbeatable, and low-season rates are excellen

While the rooms have a stove, no pots or frying pans are provided, so you will need to bring your own if you plan to cook. There is also no washer or laundry service on-site and smart TV. Breakfast runs until 10:00 AM, which feels a bit early and there are rarely any fish.

✔️Do not leave any trash, dirty dishes, or food on the table, especially overnight. While there are no cockroaches in the units, I guarantee they will show up if you leave any waste out.
although the unit had a king bed and a single bed for three people, it only had one bedside table. We had to move the room's only chair between the beds just to have a place to put things.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is great, and the room is bright and clean, but there's a strong drain smell. It's convenient having a 7-Eleven and Best Mart right next to the hotel. Also, with Siam Commercial Bank right beside it, it should be handy for those who use Woori Bank. I stayed on the second floor, so I'm not sure if the drain smell is an issue on higher floors. Because of the drain smell, I'd probably think twice about staying here again.

Friendly staff who responded quickly to all requests. A big request to the hotel owner: please replace the worn tablecloths in the dining area and get rid of the ants in the rooms 🙏 Overall, everything was good. นักล่าท่องโลกI've been here before and even stayed overnight. The price is reasonable, but there's no mini-fridge for water since there's a 'Tao Bin' (vending machine) downstairs. The amenities are decent, not bad at all, and the location is quite good, actually. It's close to home, there's a terminal nearby, and Central isn't far either, plus it's close to the beach, which is no problem for us. My boyfriend slept comfortably, so it's all good. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always smiling – no drama. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel is in North Pattaya, right next to a hotpot buffet, which I never got a chance to try. The prices can be a bit inconsistent though; I managed to snag a great deal for my three-night stay. Pattaya is a lovely place. I only realized there was a gym on the first floor when I was checking out today – I hardly spent any time at the hotel, to be honest.
