1. Value: For pricing its highly not recommend. Although location is great, there are others around cheaper and about this quality like atour or for a lower spec those in nanjing road. Heck even crown is just slightly more. 2. Hotel: Room is great but the lobby is lousy of riff raff due to the locations proximity. Also i do love the staff butperhaps not have the security guard sleep in the lobby snoring. Please provide the staff with a place to rest and recover. They are humans after all. 3. Sound: sound proofing is needed. My neighbours came back late, made noise , showered and than talked thru the night. While i am happy for them, i could hear everything. Every medanese slang. Please sound proof the hotel better in the toilet section which i suspect the sound originates from.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They respond quickly via Wechat even at night. They upgraded our room to one with balcony which can view the city gate at night. Location is close to Pingjiang street and humble administration garden. Grateful for the free laundry services they provided. Saved me a lot of time. They also help deliver ******* to room. Only downside is mosquito which seems to be a Suzhou problem in general during summer.

Awesome service.. lobby has free bottled water, coffee machine and good door gift when leaving the hotel (hand cream). Our rooms were clean and spacious. Helpful front desk team. Good job Hotel Chalet 👍🏻👏🏻 walking distance to Nanjing Lu. Mr. Jiang was helpful !🙂

The hotel is conveniently located just within 100 meters of Nanjing Pedestrian Street, easy access to shopping and dining. However, the entrance on Level 1 is right along a busy road, making drop-off and pickup inconvenient due to frequent traffic congestion. There is only a single elevator that goes up to the main lobby on Level 4, which can be a bottleneck during peak times. The hotel itself feels dated, with rooms and facilities showing signs of age. The breakfast was below average, offering limited variety and lacking in quality.

Overall the hotel was clean, however some of the issues were only due to wear and tear. The room was very spacious and was implemented with the smart home feature. There was a McDonald’s downstairs and it was right opposite 2 shopping malls. Additionally it was located a 5 mins walk from the Train Station.

The room is really clean and service by the service crew is great. All of them are really helpful in all the queries that we might have. In general, the whole hotel is clean and room is spacious enough for us to fully open up our luggage. At the same time, basic amenities such as hair dryer and free wifi is also available to all.

Exceptional Stay - Outstanding Service! We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment i arrived, the staffs were incredibly helpful, attentive and professional. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly made our stay feel comfortable. Breakfast perfectly fine for elderly and provided late porridge. Laundry service is good too! Location is also perfect, walking distance to major attractions. Though the room size is slightly smaller than kthers, it does not affect our stay. Understand it located at golden area. Overall, we would stay again if go shanghai, and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and convenience.

Underrated Hotel! Came here with low expectation since its a budget hotel, but the service and room is really great! The checkin was fast considering we are foreigners who arrive midnight, and got upgraded into bigger room Staff gave us some gifts before check out and its really kind of them. Location is good enough, we got familymart next to our hotel and walking distance to nanjing road/ the bund area

The hotel and its rooms are classy, modern and hi-tech. Check-in was smooth and we got an upgrade to a room with windows. Toothbrush set and kids bedroom slippers were provided at check-in. We were lucky to have the view of Oriental Pearl Tower from our room. Love the thick and fluffy toilet floor mat. Our food deliveries were sent to the room by a robot waiter. The room phone will ring, a recorded message will inform you that the robot is waiting outside your room. Tap on the blue icon and wait for the compartment to open. After collecting your items, tap the blue icon to close and wave bye to the robot. The hotel is located 1 street away from Nanjing Pedestrian Street and train station. There is a Starbucks at level 1 and a convenience store opposite. Would stay here again 😊

Hotel is good and there is a supermarket and the Starbucks near here. Location is also good near metro station and they have free bus to Disneyland really really good hotel really recommend
