We had the pleasure of staying at Portom International Hokkaido, conveniently located within the New Chitose Airport International Passenger Terminal. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the attentive staff, who offered a refreshing welcome drink, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room was a harmonious blend of modern technology and comfort. Amenities provided were plentiful and of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is its proximity to a variety of shopping and entertainment options within the airport. Overall, Portom International Hokkaido exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay.

Great location right next to the station and fish market. Very nice breakfast and amenities. I will come back again to the same hotel in my next visit.

We booked two rooms—Superior Twin Room and Family Twin Room—and both were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The Superior Twin Room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the room offered a nice view of the city. The Family Twin Room was perfect for our group, providing plenty of space and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is located in a fantastic spot, just a short walk from Odori Park and other popular attractions, which made exploring Sapporo really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring we had everything we needed. However, one downside was that the hotel did not provide a water dispenser in the hallway, which would have been a convenient touch. Overall, despite that small inconvenience, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Odysis Sapporo Odori Koen Hotel for anyone visiting Sapporo. It's a great choice for both families and solo travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Hotel location was pretty good, walkable from the train station (about 10 to 15 minutes away). Facilities were fairly basic, including two shared coin-operated washing machines + dryer and vending machines for drinks. The room was small but clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. The bathroom was a little too small for me (182 cm male) but still decent enough. Overall it's a good value for money hotel for what I paid.

Less than 10 min walk from JR station in one straight direction. Booked Junior Suite Japanese-Western style room with bathtub 1 Room for 3 Nights. Big room with nice Sea view. Cozy and comfortable. Good breakfast ! Big dining table .. kitchen with all simple things you need for cooking. We cooked noodles and fried beef / veggies. There was a washing machine and the small clothes hanger ! The onsen is good. Don’t choose expensive small room less than 16 square meter without breakfast near JR. Just walk for 10 plus min since travelling always over eating. We walked to all places of interest from hotel since we have 3 days here. No problem for us .. there was a ramen restaurant near by in 3 min walk.

The hotel is close to Asahikawa JR station, which is very convenient. It is also close to AEON mall, making life convenient. Going directly to the central area of ​​Asahikawa, there are all kinds of food and bars. The hotel itself also has hot spring facilities, and the sightseeing restaurant on the top floor is very comfortable and worth booking again.

While the service at this hotel was very good (as was the complimentary breakfast) it must be said that this hotel is really showing it's age All of this would be fine as it is on the cheap side, but the whole hotel had a bad smell, with our bathroom absolutely reeking of mildew Also, for some strange reason there was tissue stuck in the peephole - this may have been from the previous guest, but if so it's curious that the cleaning staff didn't remove it Its a shame because I would have really enjoyed my stay here otherwise - they provide free bath salts for the bath but I didn't use them because of the awful smell. Thankfully we only stayed one night

The hotel location was perfect. Just in front of Hakodate station. You can walk to hotel just around 200mtrs. And since it is near station it also near the famous morning fish market too. So,it easy for you to explore. Staff was supportive. You can rent some stuff such as Humidifier,Dryer at front desk too.

Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

I booked a month in advance and noted that I wanted a room on the third floor or above, but they still arranged a room on the third floor. I asked why! Answer: It was fully booked for several months, so I was skeptical! The service is really good. They even arranged a car to take me to the station this morning. The breakfast and dinner are also very nice! The room has a private hot spring bath, as well as a stereo and CD. The overall feeling is quite good! There is a coffee machine next to the smoking room downstairs. I take a few puffs of coffee every day after brewing it, which is great!
