Friendly staff, good breakfast, quite good location near Kunming Station, very nice room size and facilities, especially the toiletries. Enjoyed our stay. Value for money.

The hotel receptionist provides excellent service. She helped me with my luggage while I was outside walking in to the hotel!! Normal check out time is 2pm! And helped us with luggage, how to use app to book taxi. How comfortable and easy. Boutique hotel. Lovely lounge. I like one of the books and wanted to have it. They are not for sell. I requested the receptionist to put up request with her manager and she willingly helped me and got the approval to buy the book.

Pros: bed and shower room were clean, jasmine tea was the best that I have tasted, scent of the shower cream and shampoo made me wanted to keep them for myself, the location was good ,breakfast has more variety than the others. Cons: no closet to hang my clothes or tower Conclusion: I was really satisfied and enjoyed the stay and would surely recommend it to all of my friends.

Location was great: Within Lijiang Ancient City and just a 5-min walk to the main road. Stayed during winter season and was glad to know that hot water was consistent. Room was cleaned up daily in the 4 days we stayed there to explore Lijiang and the surrounding areas. Breakfast provided was hearty with a good variety. Reception area is also conveniently located beside a cafe so you can also enjoy a cuppa over breakfast. Shoutout to the staff who were friendly and responded to our queries in a timely manner. They also helped to link us up to a local tour agency that helped us out with a Jade Dragon Snow Mountain day-trip which we thoroughly enjoyed. This was despite us not having a local Chinese number and only having WeChat as the only communication tool. All in all, really enjoyed our stay here at Songzhuju (松竹居) and will recommend it to my friends and family who are looking to explore Lijiang.

Traveled and used hotels in many places. But I've never been as impressed as I was at ibis Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street. The receptionist who took care of me on the afternoon of December 11th took very good care of me. I walked up to the room and inquired about it myself. Does the room smell? Is it comfortable to stay? We just gave a little feedback and the staff offered to change rooms immediately. Make every service easy. The welcome fruit was wonderful.

Only stayed here for a night but chose it cos it was near the metro and the railway station. They had the smart xiao du xiao du system so it was essentially a smart room. Just let Xiao du know to turn on the lights, open the curtains, play songs, turn on the TV etc. Guess what, they have a laundry room and it is complimentary! So feel free to wash and dry your clothes there. Staff was helpful. We were initially issued a smoking room and requested for change and the staff came up to show us other rooms that we could change to. Service is good. Will definitely stay here again next time!

The room is very spacious, the check-in experience is very good, the service is very attentive, and it is very close to the train station. You can get there if you can't. There is Ruixing Coffee downstairs of the hotel, and you can buy local flower cakes. You can reach the hotel in five minutes' walk. Yuecheng, the transportation is particularly convenient.

A big part of a good holiday experience is the hotel you stay in. This is one of the best hotels we have experienced whilst travelling through Yunnan. From the customer relations girls at reception to the cleaning ladies, Mengjin group staff excels in providing warm, friendly service to all their guests. Location is perfect for first time visitors to Kunming, you get to experience the old and the new just a short walk away. The hotel has exceptional standards with quality furnishings and bedding. Rooms are well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the soundproofing is fantastic. Breakfast is a limited choice of noodles but it is sumptuous and fulfilling. I especially like the coffee machine where you can get unlimited quality coffee anytime you want. We stayed at Moon Shine when we arrived and at this hotel Moon Shy before departing. Will definitely look out for this group's other outlets and will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the service staff for being so helpful, kind and caring. Special mention to housekeeping auntie who washed my socks ❤️. No 6 star hotel will ever give you that warmth.

Stayed here as I had an early morning flight. The hotel is about a 20min walk from the airport's arrival floor, but there's also a free shuttle bus. The earliest bus was at 5am, and took about 5min to reach the departure area. Room was spacious and clean, and I had a view of the airport from my room. Had a great stay!

Facilities: all available Health: good Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent The room is large, and membership provides breakfast, which is enough to fill you up. The location is excellent. For people like me who are traveling with young and old, my favorite hotel is at the subway entrance. Directly in front of it is the Shuncheng Twin Towers. When you go out, turn left and cross the street from the subway station to Kunming Old Street - Victory Hall - Green Lake. On the right Turn to Nanqiang Night Market, behind Jinbi Plaza. You can get there from Metro Line 5 or Line 3 to the Wuyi intersection from Exit A or B.

The hotel is located a short walk (~10 minutes with luggage) from the Kunming Railway Station and was easy to find. The staff are very sweet and friendly, especially the breakfast service staff. The breakfast buffet selection was extensive and delicious! Although we stayed on a non-smoking floor, the corridors do smell of smoke unfortunately. However once you get inside the room it is smoke-free. The hotel is a bit dated and the pool was under renovation during our stay. The shower includes shower gel and shampoo, but the conditioner is tucked away in a drawer which was a bit confusing to us as we almost didn't find it. The toilet was leaking so there was a constant puddle in the bathroom (thankfully it was clean water). They charged for the water bottles in the room, which was disappointing as we did not experience this in any other hotel in Yunnan during our stay.

The room is very clean and environment is very good, front desk Service is very nice and efficient，concierge department was also very responsible and make a call to remind us need to take right time shuttle to Airport, and one more important item we want to really much appreciated for the driver whom picked us from Airport, our flight delayed one hour and we almost cannot catch up 22：20 shuttle, he was so well trained and politly to answer my call let us no rush, take our time! For sure we will book this Hilton hotel again if we transfer from Kunming Airport need one night Close to Airport during incoming trips. Facilities: The facilities are very new and everything is complete Hygiene: Very clean. It feels very refreshing when you enter. The location of the hotel is also relatively easy to find. It is right opposite Kunming Commercial South Asia. It is super convenient to go around the street and so on. I highly recommend staying at his hotel and trying out their breakfast, which tastes great. Service: The lady at the front desk was kind and kind. The hotel location is perfect. It's right next to the Green Lake Park. Transport is easy with lots of options. There are many shops nearby. The hotel room is spacious, with everything I want. The breakfast is great with decent selections. I will choose this hotel again.

The Hotel is located in the center of Kunming. Two metro lines just nearly. One line direct deserve the airport and the other one direct rich the south railway station. By foot one can go to the historical city center. We booked the suite 2026 which is very spacious with big windows, overview the city. The decoration is outdated. The bed is pretty old. Sometimes the AC doesn’t work well. Breakfast is very good. All the stuff are very helpful and friendly. Overall is not a real 5 stars hotel but the price is very fair for what you get.

The experience was great. The breakfasts were very complete, perhaps lacking a little more pastries. The room was very comfortable and easy to access. The exterior surroundings of the rooms are beautiful. The service coordinated by Cathy was very friendly and the attention was in English, which is appreciated by those of us who do not speak Chinese yet.

The hotel is classic ancient architecture and very nice for photo taking. The hotel is 20 mins from Lijiang ancient town. The hotel manager Eason and receptionist April (Ms Hou)are very helpful handling my check in. Eason support very well and upgrade my 2 night stay to Snow Mountain View in continuity with my first day booking. The Yulong Snow Mountain View is just awesome. The staffs made my 3 night stay in Lijiang was memorable and left me a great impression of their hospitality and Lijiang city.

Stayed here for 3 nights with 3 rooms booked. Hotel located in a main road and short walking distance (10min) to ancient town. Staffs were helpful & friendy. All rooms was clean and spacious for 2. Breakfast was nice and have a few choices between western and chinese dishes. Magnificent snow mountain view on the rooftop.

We had a very pleasant stay here, room was amazing, clean and spacious with a lot of privacy. The resort was beautiful, a destination on its own. Location was great, within walking distance to the nearest old town, Shuhe, and reasonable distances by car to other attractions. Service was very good too, majority of staff we met were all friendly and helpful, including but not limited to our assigned butler Rosa Wang who advised us on many matters through WeChat even while she was on leave, the boutique manager who was very attentive to my 2 toddlers and helped keep them entertained, the gardener who helped correct the way my daughter wore her traditional costume when he saw her while passing by. In general, the staff here tend to go above and beyond. Would highly recommend this resort and would definitely return.

Strongly recommend staying here. The hotel staff was all particularly helpful, even with gather some trail food for the tiger leaping gorge. Shout out to Sunny 何小慧in the kitchen for that and Angela at the front desk for the fruit. They provided me a fixed review that I’ll copy below but the suggestion wasn’t need since my stay really was great. This hotel is a perfect location to closely enjoy Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenery right on the spot. Hotel room view of the mountain is right in front of you. Nightly starry sky is right ahead of you. There’s no need to travel to see the beautiful mountain because it is nestled near the snow mountain. Every hotel staff is so helpful and welcoming, we feel so warm and happy every where we go - front desk staff, managers, restaurant staff, shuttle drivers so pleasantly take you around the hotel facilities (though we prefer to walk most of the time to enjoy every single step. We’re well taken cared of even getting complimentary rides to and from the visitors center. All staff , every one, treats us so warmly and happily. After you paid for the hotel room price - which we think is well worth it, all other expenses like dinners, room service are very reasonably priced. The only downside is the photo package included, professional photographer does a very good job but don’t get trapped in being talked into purchasing photos at 80 Yuen each which can become the most expensive add on during your trip. On the other hand, if you really like taking and keeping glamorous pictures it is your call.

The location is good because it is in the city but also close to the old town. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and comfortable. The problem was the coldness, everywhere in the hotel was cold during our stay in February. We had to have breakfast with our jackets on and next to the heater. The staff does not speak English but we were able to communicate with the translator and wechat. Overall it is a good hotel and good value for money.

Easy to find as is the tallest building in the town. The hotel has two parts to it- the International main building and a smaller 'local' style Which is where is stayed. Really lovely setting Just wasn't too impressed by the room Which had obviously seen better days. Pool on roof with a great view was a nice touch and breakfast had me set off for my journey in a good mood. Would come again, Just Hope for a better room. PS: Collins at reception speaks English Really well and has been working at the hotel since it was built twenty years ago and is a great Welcome host

The overall service of the hotel is very attentive. After checking in, I found out that the staff who called us in advance were from the executive lounge to understand our approximate arrival time and needs in advance. There are two options for breakfast, you can go to Indigo for a la carte, or you can go to InterContinental for a buffet. Because I stayed for two nights, I ate a la carte at Indigo on the first day, and ate at InterContinental on the second day. I could see the snow-capped mountains and the beautiful scenery! The most worth mentioning is that although the Intercontinental Time Bar is just a lobby bar, open from morning to night, they can make great classic cocktails, drink in front of the snow-capped mountains, and chat with interesting people, which is very happy. Manager Will is very professional and the whole experience is great. There is one detail that I will never forget. I sing highly of your service. First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it. Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning. It's wonderful here. I can't believe it that I must leave. I want to live here again if I come to this city again.

The hotel's own parking lot is really convenient. Luxurious hotel with all the comforts one would expect from a Hilton Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Situated on a hill with a spectacular view of Lake Erhai. If you feel like a spoil, this hotel is worth it. Also, a shuttle taking you to the gate of the old town leaves at regular times through the day.

First, location is 2nd to none. Our room faceed directly to the lake, and can see the sun rise unobstructed. Many seasonal birds are stopping (prob part of migration), so the scene is very lively. The room/hotel has modern simplistic cement decor, pretty good design. Our butler/drive (大壯r） picked up at a nearby parking lot (costs around RMB50/day) and also help with luggage to our room, a great guy. Breakfast is pretty good with good amount of food and variety. Night time the hotel offers some desert Hotel is a short walk to the ancient town (I recommend just walk as u can find many shops and restaurants and a lot of stylish coffee shops with great lake view).

It was the first time for the whole family to come to Dali. I was thinking about finding a hotel to stay in Shuanglang for the last two days. I searched around on Ctrip and chose Akai, which has a very high rating. It really lived up to expectations and was very satisfying! Thank you to the housekeeper Xiao Du, the handsome guy is very warm and friendly🤝 The room is also very clean and hygienic. It is well-equipped. The projector is a XGIMI, the stereo is a Marshall, and there are smart gadgets throughout the house! The living environment is very comfortable! The ground in the ancient town can only be walked by people, not cars. Traveling with the elderly and children generally requires a taxi, so we are very grateful to the hotel employees for riding tricycles to carry our luggage! The last two corridors are really beautiful and very local! Five-star praise, I will stay at Akai next time I come here😘

It’s a quiet beautiful hotel conveniently located at the old town. The non-smoking room is modern with Japanese toilet/bidet with adequate heating. Good wifi. Wide spread of breakfast. Service is good. We celebrated our friend’s birthday and the kitchen prepared longevity noodles for the birthday girl. Nice spacious environment, too. Check in & check out is fast. Highly recommendable hotel.
