The environment is good. I couldn't find a parking space when it was too late. The security guard would help me. There was also free breakfast, late night snacks and afternoon tea. It was convenient for business trips. There was also a laundry room. I would like to book a designated location for business trips in the future.

I went to Wuma Street, Jiangxin Island and other places in Wenzhou. I looked around the hotels in Lucheng District and felt that the price-performance ratio was average. Finally, I saw this five-star hotel in Yongjia next door. It was affordable and I decided to stay there. Location: The hotel is a bit remote, and the surrounding area is very dilapidated and demolished. It feels that it is still to be developed, but it is convenient if you drive by yourself. It is less than 20 minutes away from Jiangxin Island, and it is easy to drive without traffic. Facilities: It is relatively complete according to the five-star standard. There are sufficient parking spaces in the underground parking garage and charging piles. The lobby has a high ceiling, but the front desk is set on one side and is a little bit inconsistent with the lobby style. The front desk checked in quickly and upgraded the room type. The room style is simple and spacious, with complete facilities in the room. The toiletries in the bathtub are L'Occitane. Service: Fruit plate and Tremella soup were delivered on the first night, and Starbucks was also delivered. Breakfast: The room includes breakfast, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor, 23 floors. It should be good to have a good view by the window, but unfortunately the outside is being demolished and renovated, and the view is not good. The dishes have many local characteristics of Wenzhou, but the taste needs to be improved. In general, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will stay here again if I have the chance next time I go to Wenzhou.

Staff didn’t know correct details about foreigner visas. This can be easily remedied. No toothbrush or toothpaste in room but apart from that the room was great. The breakfast was good but not really half western which makes sense as I don’t think many westerners go there. The main problem was the noise on a night. There were semi-professional boxer teenagers practising their fighting right outside my room at 11pm. I had to go down to reception to tell the person there as they have zero English skills over the telephone. He didn’t seem that bothered. Not same five star as Shanghai but it makes sense as it’s the countryside. I enjoyed staying there but definitely need to make some improvements.

This stay experience was absolutely amazing! I must give it a five-star rating! The breakfast options were extremely diverse, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, which helped me start the day with great energy. The room was spotlessly clean, with all kinds of facilities in good condition and fully equipped,L making everything super convenient from the equipment to the daily necessities. The hotel lobby also has a coffee bar for guests to enjoy. The staff were friendly and attentive, patiently answering questions and providing a truly heartwarming service throughout. I will definitely choose this place again when I come to Yiwu next time.

This was a very satisfying stay! After booking, the hotel contacted us in advance to ask about the estimated check-in time. It takes about 20 minutes to get there by taxi from the high-speed rail station. The hotel is located in Yaohan, the new city area, which is quite lively. The 4th floor of the hotel can be directly connected to Yaohan, which is very convenient. After checking in to the room, there was a welcome decoration. The baby likes the bunny stacked in the guest room very much. When playing in Jiande, the bunny basically never leaves his hand. Hahahaha 😆 He gave it to us when he left. The baby was very happy! The hotel has a very good sanitary environment, and the towels and bathrobes are sealed in disposable bags. It makes people feel at ease to use it 😌 Special thanks to Alina Lu~ Careful reception and kind service. Helped upgrade the river view room for the elderly, and also shared local food and attractions information in advance, making our trip more convenient~ There is also the room manager, Manager Lu, who wrote a handwritten welcome card. Many details make people feel the service and care of the hotel. Btw, the breakfast is delicious and the bedding is very comfortable~ It is worth staying in Jiande. The small gift bag given before leaving is so beautiful😻

During my stay at Haoyi Hotel, I was truly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They consistently went above and beyond their duties to ensure my comfort and satisfaction — not just within the usual expectations of hotel service, but with a genuine warmth and attentiveness that made me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is another big plus — it’s perfectly situated near many of Hangzhou’s most popular tourist attractions. With Ding'an Road Metro Station just a short walk away, it was incredibly convenient to explore places like West Lake, Qinghefang Ancient Street, and Hangzhou Museum. Whether you're traveling for leisure or culture, Haoyi Hotel offers an ideal base in the heart of the city. I wholeheartedly recommend Haoyi Hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. Thank you again to the incredible team — your dedication and kindness made my trip truly memorable.

I traveled to Qiandao Lake in late August and chose two hotels that were highly recommended. I had high expectations for Minghao and specially arranged to stay in the second one. The result was quite different from what I imagined. First of all, I was very satisfied with the room hygiene and facilities. It is a newly opened hotel. The sanitary napkins and shower room are separated, and the constant temperature shower is good. What I was not satisfied with was that the balcony of the third-floor room was blocked by a half-person-high wall, and the lake could not be seen from the house. Even now, the balcony is not high enough and is blocked by trees, so the view is not wide. It is recommended to choose rooms on the fourth floor and above. On the morning of the check-in day, the housekeeper called and added WeChat, and sent the arrangement of special summer activities and the business hours of various facilities. The content looked rich and colorful, but it was actually very special. Most of the parent-child activities were set up in a booth in the lobby. No one organized it, and no children participated. The form was greater than the content. The outdoor swimming pool that I was looking forward to was far away from the hotel lobby and could not be accessed indoors. It took a long time to walk under the scorching sun. The road was not separated by people and cars, which was very inconvenient, and it was only open in the afternoon. Some vouchers were given upon check-in, but they all have thresholds. The two free ice cream coupons also have a time limit. I didn't have time to use them in the end. I blame myself for not seeing the activity time clearly. The main playground is not as big as I imagined. I personally think it is less than 3,000 square meters, but it is enough to play. Many areas in it have empty shelves, the carousel is not always open, and the ground in the overall walking area is really hard. Five apples were given as souvenirs when I checked out. The attitude of the hotel staff is also very good, but there is always a feeling of being forced to operate, and I can't feel it from the heart. The overall feeling is that they want to build a high-end hotel, but they only achieve the form, not the spirit. It is not recommended for vacation.

The room was upgraded to a lake view room, with a panoramic view of the Fuchun River. The service was also very satisfactory. The room was clean and sanitary, the breakfast was quite rich, and I felt particularly happy while drinking coffee while watching the beautiful scenery of the Fuchun River in the rain and mist. It was worth the trip!

NNicolaGreat overnight stay. Check-in was quick and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. English was spoken and I was impressed by their whole approach. The room was beautiful with a small balcony - it was quite big too. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of choices. Again, the staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that Trip took the room payment but I then had to pay again at the hotel- apparently Trip just hold the payment until you check out. I was refunded the money but I was unaware this would happen. I’ll def stay in this hotel again.

SShane CanadianA very nice and spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great open view of the park and the mountains. The rooms have modern controls for the lights as well as motorized curtains, which made for convenience both when going to sleep and waking up in the morning. It was also nice that a phone charging cable with the three different adapters was provided. The bathroom is spacious and has a large sink and shower. It is nice that the shower has a choice of rainfall or regular nozzle. The shower controls were also very modern and you merely pushed the button for your preferred shower method. It seemed that the guest before me was unaware of this and had broken the temperature control and not reported it to the hotel. The front desk was quick to send a repair person who was very thorough in fixing the control. While the shower had good water pressure, it seemed at peak times that there was not enough hot water as the shower temperature was just slightly warm. To get a hot shower, I had to wait until late in the afternoon or late at night. The checkin was fast and the attendant was kind enough to honour my request for a non-smoking room on a high floor. The lobby is spacious with a nice tea area. It is also convenient to have a Starbucks inside the hotel. However, it was a bit noisy as other guests were not always mindful of the calibre of hotel they were in, which ranks in the 5 star category. It was difficult to try to get some work done with people playing videos loudly on their phones, talking on speaker phone or kids running around. This really took away from what should be a calming space. While the hotel attendants tried to maintain order, it really was a losing battle for them. The location is really dependent on what you are looking for. I found it nice to have the open park view but there are not many interesting restaurants around. For the middle eastern food, you need to bike about 1.5km. This was fine when the weather was good, but it was not convenient during the latter part of my stay when it rained all day. A few things to be aware of when booking. The breakfast was large with a lot of options but it really is a Chinese style breakfast. To call it Western and Chinese is quite misleading as there were only a few Western options, such as omelets. There is a great large screen television in the room, but only 2 or 3 English channels with the others in Chinese. There is a shuttle bus to the market, but it was a bit disappointing to learn that it only runs twice per day. The main area for the hotel to work on is its consistency of service. Some of the employees were outstanding but there seems to be a need for additional training. For example, the room came with a complimentary daily minibar, but I had to ask each day for it to be refilled. This was quite embarrassing to do, especially when the stocking was just some soft drinks with a single Tsingtao beer. Also, when I was in the toilet, one of the chefs walked out without washing his hands. While he may have washed them (hopefully) when he returned to the kitchen, he should be sure to wash them in front of guests. Lastly, the pool and fitness area seemed to require special access and the people working at the desk for the pool made me feel very uncomfortable when I wanted to see the facilities, so I just left and did not return. This was particularly disappointing because one of the reasons I booked the hotel was for these facilities. Overall it is a very nice hotel and I would book it again. But additional employee training would be appropriate so the service does not take away from what is a high quality hotel.

UUntamedFootprintsThe hotel is located quite close to subway station, about 5-10 min walk. The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read. The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly. The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold. The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours. Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice. The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well. The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

ZZhejiang-junWell, I came to Jinhua for tourism, and I saw that this hotel was very close to the ancient city and Shuanglong Cave, so I chose to stay in this hotel. When I entered the lobby, the design of this lobby was also very simple, and it was very bright. The songs played were also very nice. I listened to Qintai novels in the room where I could store my luggage for free. There was Xiaodu smart guest control, and the rain shower was also very good. There was also a robot to deliver things. The main thing was that it was very convenient. There were still many choices for breakfast, and the food was very good. If you come to Jinhua to visit the osteophyte layer and Shuanglong Cave, I still recommend staying in this hotel. I will continue to stay in this hotel next time I come.

GGuest UserSincerely recommend the concierge service of Pan Pacific Ningbo! During my stay, I was impressed by the attentiveness of the concierge Astin. From helping to organize scattered luggage and wiping the coffee spilled from the box upon arrival, to delivering it to the room and patiently guiding me to connect to WiFi, every detail made me feel at ease. Knowing that I wanted to try local food, he not only recommended authentic restaurants in the surrounding area, but also coordinated with the concierge Peter to make reservations in advance. Peter's professional suggestions were also excellent. Whether it was travel route planning or special dishes, he could quickly give practical solutions. When checking out, Astin also handed over a book with a guide to surrounding specialties. This kind of care is really rare. Thank you for your sincere service, which made this trip worry-free and warm!

GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget. Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment. The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious! Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration! After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice. To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel: 1. Attentive and caring service 2. Nature and beautiful surroundings 3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages. 4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation 5. Amazing tea Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

SStanley The Travel ManThe check in process was quite smooth. No one was in line. I arrived early and the receptionist let me have the room. Sometimes the receptionist will give us information like coffee and tea are free of charge. If you need more , we can provide it. In this case. She just handed me the key card. I wouldn’t say she was all that welcoming. She was just doing her job .  I am thankful that I have free coffee and tea. Each day new ones were provided. I was there for 4 days. The location is the best and only minutes from West Lake as well as a lively nearby shopping street to the south and a street fall of street food to the north. There is a bus stop outside that takes you around the lake . The metro station is only 10 minutes walk . It is deceiving though even though the entrance C6 is nearby less than 10 minutes away . After you entered it, you still need to walk another 8 to 10 minutes more underground.  I stayed on 7 floor I think and the view was great. The building is not enough so it is not worth paying extra for lake view because you only see a sliver of the lake . The daily cleaning is adequate. Towels were replaced, garbages disposed daily. The room is quite big with space to place my carry on luggage. It has a desk to eat. There are enough electrical sockets to charge my devices. There is a small coffee table and a sofa which I love.  There are several things that I don’t like. One : the room is bit dark. There is no ceiling lights . The lightbulbs are not bright enough. Two : No microwaves in the building. Three : No laundry room. Four : The room door slams shut. In the morning, one can hear  a lot of slamming of the door. The people didn’t slam it shut. The only way the door can be closed is to slam it so it created a lot of noise.Five : anyone can enter the building and to my floor. You don’t need a key card to reach your floor.  Six. The use of single use shampoo, bathing gel. This is not environmentally friendly. If they have a large liquid bath gel and shampoo, it would be much better.  The air conditioner has no digital temperature reading. It shares the same ventilation with the other rooms. If there are smokers in the other room, you can smell it.  The room wall is not well insulated and if anyone talked a bit louder, one can hear it easily.  The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in my trip in China. I stayed in one near Shanghai Hongquiao metro /airport. It was cheaper, fruit was served in the afternoon and through the evening and breakfast was great. Coffee was available and the person in charge was warm and friendly. My room reservation didn’t include breakfast.  The building is quite dated(aka. a bit old ). This , being a 4 stars hotel, I did have a higher expectation .  I would give it a 3.0 to 3.5 stars at best.
