"Excellent service and a fantastic location. The room size is a real advantage for its price point in Hong Kong. Standard rooms are around 22㎡, while duplex suites are 36㎡, both featuring a sofa, a separate bathtub, and a wet/dry partitioned bathroom. You can fully open your large luggage without feeling cramped, which is a significant plus as most Hong Kong hotels at this price are only 10-14㎡. Bonus: a free mini-bar with complimentary refills of bottled water, Coke, and soda – no extra charges! The hotel is directly connected to a 6-story shopping mall downstairs, offering everything from sneaker stores and beauty shops to sushi and a food court, so you're covered for food and shopping 24/7. Plus, it has direct access to MTR Exit E. Truly great! The room also has plenty of charging outlets, as shown in pictures one and two."

Guests can walk directly from the hotel onto the beach and feel the sand on their toes, take a stroll through the Nature Garden to discover beautiful botanical delights, or visit the Heritage Center to explore Ma Wan Island’s amazing heritage. Two restaurants in hotel serving different cuisines. Harvest Restaurant serves international cuisines and Noah’s Kitchen serves light snacks, desserts and drinks. Ma Wan is an eco-island and vehicles have restricted access. Guest can take bus of Park Island from Airport, Tsing Yi, Kwai Fong and Tsuen Wan, ferry from Central and Tsuen Wan and Taxi to Noah's Ark.

"This is a great place for a family vacation with kids. We took a taxi from West Kowloon. The hotel room was spacious, with two large 1.8-meter beds. The beach was right next to us, and there were lots of small fish in the sea. We even caught one with a small bucket and played with it for a while, which made the kids very happy, but we released it back into the sea when we left. The hotel is on the third floor. If you have luggage or a stroller, remember to contact the hotel staff to open the side entrance. We didn't know this on our first visit and had to carry everything up the stairs from the beach entrance, then walk a short distance to the hotel. There are activities on the first and second floors, and the breakfast is very good. It's very family-friendly for those with children. There are also restaurants nearby, but their prices are just okay. The hotel offers better value for money. It was a great experience, and we'll definitely come back again."

After a multi-million dollar renovation, the Nathan Hotel reopened with a fresh, new image. Located among the hustle and bustle of one of Hong Kong's major shopping, entertainment and nightlife districts in Kowloon's Jordan area, this Hong Kong hotel is also conveniently accessed by an array of transportation networks, including the nearby Jordan MTR Station, giving guests access to Hong Kong's rapid transit rail network.The Penthouse Restaurant serves up Chinese cuisine and guests can enjoy their favorite drinks along with an Indonesian ambiance at the Bali or explore Old and New World wines in the Nathan Cellar.A business center is on-site and available to guests for any type of conference or event.Guests looking to keep fit can visit the state-of-the-art fitness center free of charge.

"I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this Nathan hotel. The overall experience was far below my expectations. First, the front desk female staff were impolite and unprofessional during the check-in process. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome from the moment I arrived. To make matters even more disappointing, the day of my check-in was my birthday, and I had hoped to enjoy a pleasant stay. Instead, it turned into a very frustrating experience. After entering my room, I noticed that the air conditioning was not working properly. The room remained uncomfortably warm despite adjusting the temperature. I contacted the hotel, and an engineer came to inspect the air conditioner. He turned off the main power and restarted the system, but the problem remained unresolved. Rather than offering to change my room or provide an effective solution, the hotel simply gave us a fan. Providing a fan is not an acceptable solution to a faulty air conditioning system. The room remained hot and uncomfortable throughout the stay, which seriously affected my comfort, sleep quality, and overall experience. Given the poor service, the lack of professionalism, and the unresolved air conditioning issue, I believe the hotel failed to provide the standard of accommodation that guests should reasonably expect. Another male front desk staff member escorted us to Room 1004 on the Executive Floor. However, the room only had one king-size bed, and the hotel informed us that they could only provide a foldaway bed. This was completely different from the room type I had booked. My reservation was clearly for a room with two double beds, so I do not understand why the hotel failed to provide the room type that I had reserved and confirmed. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and added to my disappointment with the overall stay. The next day, the Duty Assistant Manager offered us two alternative rooms. However, neither of them was satisfactory. The first room was on the 10th floor, but it still had only one king-size bed, which did not match my original reservation. The second room was on the 5th floor and contained four twin beds in the form of two bunk beds. This room was clearly not comparable to the Executive Floor room that I had originally booked and was not suitable for our needs. I made my booking based on the expectation that the hotel would provide the room type that was confirmed in my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel failed to do so, which significantly affected our stay. In addition to the issues mentioned above, the hair dryer in our room was also defective because the power plug had come loose and could not be used safely. I contacted the front desk to request a replacement hair dryer, but I was informed that the Housekeeping team first needed to come to the room to verify the issue before a replacement could be provided. This unnecessary process caused further inconvenience during our stay. I would, however, like to recognize the professionalism and excellent service provided by the Housekeeping staff and the bellboy. They were polite, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay, and they deserve to be commended for their efforts. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Their attitude was consistently disappointing from check-in to check-out. The male staff member who assisted us during check-out was also unfriendly and unprofessional. I believe the front desk team requires further customer service training to improve their attitude and the way they communicate with guests. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. I will not stay at Nathan Hotel again, nor will I recommend it to others. I sincerely hope that Trip.com and the hotel will take this complaint seriously and provide a fair resolution to this matter."

Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui,Hong Kong
Welcome to Page148, a 197-room hotel, located in the vibrant heart of Tsim Sha Tsui on the Kowloon Peninsula in Hong Kong. The hotel, formerly occupied by an old tenement block, now resembles one of New York’s most iconic masterpieces, the Flatiron Building. At Page148, you can start your day at Page Common, our renowned coffee house on the ground floor, where specialty coffee and pastries await. Page Common Coffee House is a vibrant spot for both locals and travellers. Page Common is more than just a coffee house; it is a community hub. With comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of books and magazines, it is perfect for socialising, working, and relaxing. The hotel is designed with the modern urban explorer in mind, offering a harmonious blend of comfort and contemporary amenities. The rooms are thoughtfully crafted to maximise natural light, creating a serene environment with views of lush greenery—an uncommon luxury in the bustling cityscape of Hong Kong. To ensure a comfortable stay, we provide blackout curtains, comfortable beds with optional mattress toppers, and a choice of hard and soft pillows, catering to the diverse preferences of our guests. Our commitment to sustainability is also evident through our eco-friendly practices, such as providing water dispensers on every floor to reduce plastic waste. The combination of its prime location, modern amenities, and commitment to sustainability makes Page148 a standout choice for travellers seeking a unique and enjoyable stay in Hong Kong.

"The hotel has a very artistic and modern design, with new facilities. The faucets and flooring have a luxurious feel. It's about a seven to eight-minute walk to Jordan MTR station, up and down a slope. There's a well-stocked Market Place supermarket very close by downstairs, which has everything 7-Eleven might miss, and many items are discounted when you buy two. There's also a fantastic Bing Sutt (Hong Kong-style cafe) nearby. My only minor complaints are that the room lacks an exhaust fan, so the bedding can feel damp and uncomfortable after a shower. Also, the bedding seems a bit old; I felt itchy while sleeping, possibly from dust mites, but I didn't get any rashes, so it's probably not as bad as some negative reviews suggest. The male receptionist was a bit stern but very helpful, which seems to be common in Hong Kong – people might appear tough but are actually very nice. The female staff at checkout also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage. The service was absolutely excellent."

"The front desk kindly upgraded us to a suite for free, which even came with a separate bedroom and living room! Both rooms had their own TVs, and the air conditioning could be adjusted independently. It was a fantastic room! Very spacious and clean, with two bathrooms. The washer/dryer combo was in the bathroom, but you need to bring your own detergent, which you can buy at a small shop on Chun Yuen Street downstairs. The mini-fridge and microwave in the room were also very useful. You can ask the front desk for Hong Kong adapter plugs; just return them at check-out. The hotel also offers different pillow options. Both the gym and outdoor pool are quite large. During our stay, on Thursday, the pool and exterior windows were being cleaned, which shows how much the hotel values hygiene. We could also store our luggage for free on the day of check-out. There are plenty of restaurants, 'bing sutt' (local diners), and 'cha chaan teng' (Hong Kong-style cafes) inside and around the Hopewell Centre, offering options for every budget. There are also several brand stores for shopping. 'My Cup of Tea' and 'Beef King' are both on Chun Yuen Street. During our stay, the staff at Sasa in the building even proactively gave us discounts when we shopped there. The lobby is on the 19th floor. We entered through the Hopewell Gourmet Street and just had to go to the 3rd floor, then transfer to the elevator for the 19th floor. It was a bit confusing the first time because of the split-flow elevators, but just follow the clear and prominent signs when looking for the elevator, and once you get your bearings, it's very convenient. The hotel is close to Wan Chai MTR station, making transportation very easy. You can walk all the way to Causeway Bay in just 20-30 minutes, or take the 'ding ding' tram back and forth."

Please be informed that the hotel will be conducting an upgrading renovation program on our guest floors from 0900hrs to 1800hrs, in order to enhance the stay experience and room facilities. During this period, there might be intermittent noise occurs. Please be assured that we will make every effort to minimize the noise disruption. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we do appreciate your understanding in this matter. The Kimberley Hotel is centrally located in the bustling shopping and entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui in Kowloon with few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, within an hour from the airport and 20 minutes from the Hung Hom Train Station & Kowloon Station. The MTR station, Star Ferry, Avenue of Star, Hong Kong Space Museum, Cultural Center and major corporate offices are within walking distance. At the Kimberley Hotel, the three elegant restaurants and Bar are on offer to guest, as well as business center, gym and health spa for your recreation.

"The location is convenient. If you're taking a cross-border bus, you can get off at K11 MUSEA and walk for about 15 minutes to reach the hotel. It's also very easy to get around by MTR or bus, and there's a direct bus to the Hong Kong Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. I booked a triple room, and Ctrip's description stated three single beds. However, the hotel initially assigned us a standard room with an extra bed. So, I went to the front desk, and they promptly switched us to a newly renovated triple room on the 21st floor. I initially thought it was the top floor, but it turned out there was another floor above that required climbing stairs from the 21st floor. The facilities in the newly renovated room were significantly better, although the renovation itself seemed a bit rushed and couldn't withstand close inspection. The cleanliness was acceptable, but I did spot a few strands of hair left by previous guests in the bathroom. One of the hotel's four elevators was under maintenance, leading to longer waiting times for going up and down. Also, the hotel doesn't have a designated smoking area, so smokers need to find a spot outside."

The hotel facilities are noticeably dated and showing their age. The air conditioning in the room was particularly loud at night, it made a restful sleep nearly impossible. However the front desk staff was attentive and genuinely helpful. At check-in, she proactively flagged that 10–11am tends to get hectic, and only two lifts were running for the whole building, guests on higher floors should allow at least 20 minutes before checkout to get down. A thoughtful heads up, given my room was on the 31st floor. Checkout the next morning was a bit of a slog. It took nearly 10 minutes just to get a lift down to the lobby.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem with excellent value for money, especially for Hong Kong. The room size isn't small, and while the facilities are a bit dated, they are fully functional and clean. The best part is its superb location! Airport buses, the MTR (subway), and the Ding Ding tram are all nearby. There are also plenty of convenience stores and cha chaan tengs (local cafes) in the vicinity, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The front desk service was also very good, they even gave us coffee vouchers and breakfast. Highly recommended!

the room was beautiful, tho its not as clean as i expected it to be... there's blood stain in the couch and window nooks. a lot of long hair strands in the carpet. i know they can do better. i still like the hotel, the shuttle service from hotel to train station is big help for guests. since there is no free bottled water on rooms, at least have a water dispenser on some floors. the breakfast is buffet but... sorry but its so bland. im not a picky eater but... its really disappointing. if you gonna ask me, if i will stay again on this hotel, probably not. 1000+ rmb for family room and the experience is just so so... sorry. ✌

The hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

My go-to hotel for my many trips to Hong Kong, this 5-star standard in the heart of Mong Kok is simply unbeatable. The transportation is second to none, with seamless access to MOKO mall directly from Mong Kok East Station on the East Rail Line. Dining, entertainment, and shopping are all just downstairs, making getting around incredibly efficient. The rooms are significantly larger than the average Hong Kong hotel, with warm, elegant decor. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic city views, and all in-room facilities are well-maintained, with meticulous housekeeping. The recreational facilities are comprehensive; the high-altitude pool allows you to swim while enjoying panoramic city street views, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The front desk service is personalized, and they go above and beyond to accommodate any requests, showing great attention to detail. It's rare to find such tranquility within a bustling commercial district, balancing convenience and comfort perfectly. The overall value for money is exceptional; for accommodation in Hong Kong, look no further than Royal Plaza Hotel.

We stayed in a double room with an extra single bed. Since we didn't have much luggage, the space was acceptable, and the environment was generally clean. However, being on a lower floor and right next to an elevated road, and with it being a weekend, the traffic noise was quite loud, so we all slept with earplugs! The hotel's shuttle service was excellent; they dropped us directly at the Airport Express station on our checkout day, which was super convenient!

I stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and I'm genuinely writing this review to recommend it to all my friends visiting Hong Kong! I'd seen reviews mentioning it was close to the MTR station, but I didn't expect it to be literally ten steps away. Plus, the shops across and next door are all fantastic noodle places. Turn right outside and walk about 30 meters, and you're on a bustling main street with all sorts of food, shopping, and sights – no need to even search for guides... The room was also quite spacious, and the air conditioning stayed on even when we left, so coming back to a cool room every day was pure bliss. Disposable amenities were also provided!... It's a shame I didn't take pictures of the room, but I did capture all the delicious, homestyle meals I ate within 1-10 minutes of the hotel. Please book with confidence!! Everyone I met in Hong Kong was incredibly warm and polite. My trip to Hong Kong was perfect.

The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong is truly a top choice for a vacation! The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, boasting unparalleled, breathtaking sea views (a perfect 10/10!). The staff service is also incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making you feel right at home. The room comfort is excellent, and the facilities are very new and clean. The biggest surprise was the pool, which is practically a mini water park with two large slides – the kids didn't want to leave! The infinity pool perfectly blends with the beautiful ocean and sky, creating a truly unforgettable experience for both adults and children. It's definitely worth a stay!
