"This time, I didn't plan ahead. My return trip was suddenly delayed, and I needed to switch hotels last minute, so I just booked one nearby. I was genuinely amazed by this place! For around 1100, the room was incredibly spacious, completely unlike the 'every inch of land is precious' small rooms I always hear about. It had two bathrooms, a huge bed, two TVs, and a large bathtub with a separate shower. The amenities were also super comprehensive, including a universal adapter and complimentary bottled water in the room. I truly recommend room 1042! They also have all the disposable items for children, which you can ask for at the front desk. Highly recommended! It's also quite close to the MTR station. Just across the road is Kowloon Park, which is definitely worth a visit. Miramar Place is diagonally opposite, as well as Muji, and there's a Don Quijote import supermarket downstairs. Highly, highly recommend!"

"I chose this hotel because I was attending a concert.
**Transportation:** From the airport, I took the Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station (exited there), then the Tung Chung Line from Tsing Yi to Nam Cheong, and finally the Tuen Ma Line from Nam Cheong to Sung Wong Toi. The whole journey took about 40 minutes, which was comfortable and convenient. The hotel is within walking distance of the station.
**Accommodation:** Although the room wasn't huge, it was quite comfortable and had everything I needed. Just a heads up, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush!
**Dining:** There are plenty of food options nearby. If you head south from the hotel, you'll find lots of restaurants and even two large supermarkets, making it easy to dine and shop."

"Our rooms were upgraded as the rooms that we booked weren't ready, so they decided to upgrade for us, which was so kind. Rooms are big for Hong Kong's standard, beds are comfortable, transportation is very convenient as all types of transport such as tram, bus and mtr are just a short walking distance, all worked out well. Just a little advice for those who booked, please remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as the hotel doesn't provide. Other than that, everything was fine with us."

"🌼 A hotel that's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. I stayed during the peak summer family season, and with a large number of international guests, the lobby was incredibly lively.
🌸 One of the housekeeping staff quickly met my request, cleaned efficiently, and was very friendly – kudos to her! 👍 I also encountered several male staff members in the lobby who proactively offered assistance, which was great! 😎 The hairdryer and kettle in the room were of much better quality than before. The bath towels were nice and thick, but the lack of a dirty towel basket was a minor drawback. The duvet and pillows were decent, though not the most comfortable. No complimentary bottled water in the room, which is typical for Hong Kong. The view outside the window was still of that construction site – Hong Kong's building speed is really... quite slow~
⚠️ Areas for improvement that weren't ideal. The hotel can take these as constructive criticism or as encouragement, no AI response needed:
1. Front Desk: The young man who checked me in was neither proactive nor warm; his cold attitude isn't really suited for the service industry, especially for direct customer interaction.
2. The air conditioning in the room was noisy. The hotel doesn't need to give the standard 'machine check showed no fault' reply; if a customer perceives it as loud, that's their personal experience.
3. All four elevators were stuffy and hot, with neither air conditioning nor ventilation."

"The family twin room had two large beds, which was spacious enough for four people and we could open all four suitcases simultaneously. For breakfast, they offered freshly made wontons, Hong Kong-style milk tea, and a good variety of both Western and Chinese options. My kids especially loved the dim sum. We could borrow swimming rings and children's slippers for free from the front desk, which shows great attention to detail."

She even upgraded my room without me asking, which I only found out when I received the room card. It was a pleasant surprise! AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient! It's less than a 10-minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Plus, it's really close to Wan Chai Station. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the snacks in the room; I forgot to take a picture, but the staff specifically looked them up and brought me more, which was incredibly thoughtful. I highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserIts nice place , 1 hour away from airport, but take bus A38 from airport right in front of hotel, it was easy, no Restaurant near by walkable, food was s good at resort but in room they have sign of $80 brunch, when I went down they give me for $129 +1% , so when I told them, they said it’s only three day price hike due to Mother’s Day , in room it says 7 days $80, any way it’s your call, and the second sign says water , tooth brush, are purchasable, which good if you know in advance, so you will be prepared, luckily I always carry my, rest is good

LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The hotel beds were spacious, with two 1.5-meter beds, perfectly fine for 3-4 people. The room rate was very reasonable. The hotel's location is also excellent, right above Mong Kok East MTR station, and it's connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. From the airport, take the A21 bus to Mong Kok, then walk through a covered walkway directly to the hotel, which takes about 10 minutes if you walk fast. No need to worry about rain, it's fantastic. Plus, the walkway itself is a popular spot for influencers, with many people taking great photos of Mong Kok's street views.

PpjasiaI’ve stayed at Dorsett WC 2 weeks in a row and was pleasantly surprised by the overall professional standard. All employees I interacted with assisted and sorted out issues in a quiet competent manner. A problem with the TV was resolved by pulling together people from IT dpt, housekeeping and a Gen Z employee who spotted the remaining problem immediately. Room rates are well priced and I upgraded myself to a premier (larger room) with great view of the Happy Valley race course for a marginal amount. Both rooms I stayed in had spacious walk in showers with premium shower gel, shampoo etc. Overall extremely pleasant stay with great breakfast buffet.

HHa Kok ChoyThis is a brand new hotel, located less than a minute from Yau Ma Tei MTR Exit C1. The young staff at the front desk were incredibly polite and patient. There are plenty of great food options nearby to try, plus large shopping malls and cinemas. It's very convenient and safe to get around.

RRosana YipFor my birthday staycation, I chose the Fullerton, and it was my second time staying here. The front desk staff saw me and immediately offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room, which I was incredibly touched by. From the room, you could see an endless sea view and Ocean Park. We dropped off our luggage and immediately headed to the infinity pool, which my son loved because there was also a slide. The room package included breakfast for two adults, and we added breakfast for one child and dinner for two adults and one child. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, and after eating, we could take a walk in the garden outside. Perhaps because it wasn't yet the peak summer season, the room price was very affordable. The most expensive part was the overnight parking, which cost $500 – that's really pricey. I suggest they reduce the fee to make it more appealing.

AAnonymous UserThis stay at the Harbour Grand Hong Kong's Deluxe Twin Room was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and for Hong Kong standards, quite spacious. The beds were comfortable. Although it wasn't a newly renovated room, it didn't impact the stay at all.
The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's location. It's incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel.
I especially want to commend Michael, the Sales Director. He was enthusiastic and polite, actively helping me resolve issues and providing practical dining recommendations. He also thoroughly explained all the discounts available with the hotel room key card, which was very thoughtful.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay with excellent service. Next time, I'll definitely try one of their newly renovated signature rooms, looking forward to an even more upgraded experience. Five stars!
