The lobby is gorgeous and feels very secure. The service is also excellent. The rooms are a bit old but have everything you need and are very clean, with daily housekeeping.
The location is fantastic, with a 7-Eleven, Circle K, and Mannings nearby. The tram and bus stops are right downstairs, and the MTR station is a straight walk away, no complicated turns.
There are plenty of dining options around, with发达叉烧 (Fattat Char Siu) and Coco Espresso both very close.
I arrived at noon, thinking I could only check in but not yet enter the room. However, the front desk saw there were available rooms and kindly upgraded me for free, allowing me to check in immediately. The service was excellent and very human-centered, not stiff or formal at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. The hotel staff were attentive and welcoming. They even offered Hong Kong-style afternoon tea. Luggage storage was safe and thoughtfully handled. Plus, it's within walking distance to Victoria Harbour.

The city-view superior room is quite spacious, which offers good value for money in a city like Hong Kong where every inch counts. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Tin Hau MTR station and similar distance to the 'ding-ding' tram stop, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby, and it's also easy to walk to the seaside promenade. The room was very clean, and the shower water pressure was particularly good and comfortable.
The main drawback is definitely the air conditioning; it's too noisy to sleep with it on. The bed is also quite short; if you're 180cm tall, your feet will definitely hang off. However, the hotel can extend it, likely by adding a board, though this might restrict the aisle space. Another point is the breakfast – it's the same every single day 😒.
Overall, for the price I paid with the voucher, it was good value for money.

The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was quick. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, and the location is close to the airport, which is perfect for those catching an early flight or who have just landed. Thanks also to Trip.com for the promotion; this room type offers great value for money.

Perfect location with easy access to variety of food within 10 minutes radius, Tin Hau is famous for food which local Hong Kongers hangout. Take a walk across Victoria Park and reach centre of Causeway Bay. I love the neighbourhood which is less crowded compared to other areas in Hong Kong.
The room is modern with good showers and fair size bathroom. There is no room for chair to sit down as my room has a king bed with luggage storage space under the bed. They provide a small table for breakfast in bed.
The WiFi is a big issue for me in a corner room the interruption of the WiFi won’t allow me to watch IG smoothly. I later discovered that the next room’s WiFi is a bit better,as it’s a shared public WiFi the security is minimal. Think twice if you plan to work from your room using the WiFi.
The staff onsite are all polite and helpful (they can’t do anything with the WiFi though).

The first room I got was unpleasant. The hallway at the floor and inside the room was had a cigarette smokes. I was stay up for a whole day. Inside the room was shocked me! A lot of mirrors surrounding inside the room. On the next day I spoke with front desk and they changed the room to me as what I booked originally. Better view and cleanliness.
More options and convenience to take the public transits. More selections for the restaurants and shops.

A convenient hotel situated next to Hong Kong International Airport. The Regal Airport Hotel is a 10-15 min walk from the arrivals hall A to the airport hotel.
For some travellers who are on a long layover or on a business trip it is very convenient.
If you have a very early departure from HKIA I would also recommend as you wont have the burden of having to wake up early to commute to the airport as you'd just be a walking distance.
For those looking to travel into the city its not so convenient as you will need to take the MTR or a bus ride out each time. I'd recommend choosing a hotel in the city or closer to the main attractions

The location isn't the best, situated in the middle of an aging industrial district, but you can tell that there are major revitalization efforts with the beautiful seawall walk to a large park. We lived on the 27th floor with a great harbour view (as the name suggests). Only 5 minutes away from the Metro, it's easy to quickly get to HK's Central and Kowloon districts! I already have a second booking at this hotel.

I booked two rooms this time and specified that two couples would be staying. The front desk gave us two king-size rooms, which we were very happy with. The young man at the front desk was also very helpful. Hong Kong is a place where every inch of land is precious, so the hotel rooms are genuinely small. However, the rooms were very clean, the decor was new, and the air conditioning was very cold – I had to turn it off at night for fear of catching a cold. Overall, apart from the small size, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Hong Kong for my son's graduation ceremony.
Overall, this hotel is a great fit for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenient transportation and plan to spend most of their time out exploring. If you're looking for a high-quality accommodation experience, a very comfortable resting environment, or are traveling with family, you might want to consider other options.
I hope these reviews from actual guests help you make a better decision. If you're interested in specific local cuisine or attractions around the hotel, I'd be happy to provide more information.

DDxnxxlWonderful stay! I booked Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong through Trip.com and the process was seamless — instant confirmation, easy check-in and everything matched the listing perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, and the location was excellent for exploring Causeway Bay and getting around the city. Great value for money and a stress-free booking experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
ZZongxiangConvenient location and good value for money. The room was relatively clean, and the size is quite decent for Hong Kong. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant's front desk this morning. I had a complimentary coffee voucher from the hotel and asked for a takeaway. The staff asked me to wait five minutes, but when I returned, it hadn't even been prepared yet. She wasn't busy with anything at all during those five minutes, so I had to stand there and wait for her to make it from scratch. This is the only negative point.
AAnonymous UserFirst off, we tried to cancel our reservation because our child was unwell, but the hotel wouldn't budge. Luckily, our child recovered, so we came to Hong Kong. After checking in, we had a lot of luggage, and no concierge offered to help. The hotel also doesn't provide complimentary bottled water; you have to buy it yourself. Even extra toiletries cost money. They do have a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and Tsuen Wan West Station, which is very convenient. We booked a sea view suite, and the view was indeed lovely. I've stayed here a few times before, but this was definitely my worst experience.
MMeiyouqianbaodeyuganI visit Hong Kong frequently, and this hotel has offered the best experience by far. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were incredibly polite and could all communicate in Mandarin. They were also genuinely warm and welcoming. For breakfast, there was a great variety of set menus, and everything was delicious!
SSuchengdourongdingThe room was absolutely fantastic – clean and comfortable, and it's rare to find such a spacious sofa and a proper desk in a prime location like Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. The shower had multiple heads and came with Jurlique toiletries. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfy, the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows offered great support! My sleep quality definitely improved by more than a few notches. The hotel's soundproofing was excellent too; I hardly heard any noise!
AAnonymous Userexcellent location and renovated rooms. Rather small for 2 people though but that's not unusual in Hong Kong. Recommended.
To get to the hotel you take the N1 exit from the brown line. Like in the photo. There's an elevator and is a great help if you carry luggage. From there you'll walk 3 minutes to the hotel.

ZZhuanqianyangzhuzhu810For Hong Kong, the room is quite spacious, and the window seat is a corner one. Check-in was relatively convenient. If you're driving, it's a bit roundabout to get there. The breakfast was decent, ordered from a set menu. No bottled water was provided.
__M1392778****Great location, very close to the MTR and tram stops. There's a large shopping mall directly downstairs, which is convenient for shopping, but dining options are quite limited. The room was very spacious, and the breakfast spread was generous. The outdoor pool was a bit windy on a rainy day, which slightly detracted from the experience. Overall, the service was excellent, especially the pool attendant. She proactively offered water and towels when I got out of the water, and even helped me retrieve my bag when it blew away, securing it for me. Thumbs up!
MMaxyneStayed at Dorsett Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong and had a great experience overall.
The hotel is a bit of a walking distance from the nearest MTR station, but they offer a free shuttle service which is very convenient. I chose to walk instead, and it was actually quite pleasant thanks to the cool, breezy weather.
The room is surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, clean, and comfortable. There’s also a 7-Eleven right under the hotel, which makes it super easy to grab snacks, drinks, or any last-minute essentials.
Friendly staff and good value for money — would recommend if you don’t mind a short walk or plan to use the shuttle!
