Regal Airport Hotel

The hotel's decor is quite dated, typical of older Hong Kong hotels. While the decor is a minor issue, what was most perplexing was the lack of basic amenities like bottled water, and there was no shower cap or comb. However, a major plus is its incredible convenience, just a 2-minute walk from Terminal 1. As for the breakfast quality, it was just so-so.

Honestly, it's hard to put into words. A five-diamond hotel without drinking water? And it was dusty everywhere, worse than even a budget hotel. The exhaust fan was broken, so the steam from the shower made the whole room damp.

❤️ Super convenient! This is my favorite hotel in Hong Kong. All the front desk staff I encountered were warm and polite! The service attitude was excellent. Special thanks to the two concierge staff members who helped me with my luggage, resolved issues like the vending machine getting stuck, and to Jet for patiently helping me print documents! They added so much warmth to my tiring international trip. 💙 As a solo female traveler with three 30kg suitcases, this was an incredibly valuable choice for me! I didn't have to take my luggage off the airport trolley at all, and could even push it directly to my hotel room! 🏨 Although the facilities and decor are a bit dated, the design is well-thought-out, with a large workspace! There were few hidden dirty corners, and overall, compared to other hotels in Hong Kong at a similar price point, it was very clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable! The only minor drawbacks were a musty smell indoors, air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted, and some mold marks on the bed frame. However, the service and location are impeccable, offering excellent value for money compared to other hotels near the airport!

We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next day. It was easy to find the signs at the airport, and we just followed them straight to the hotel. The room was clean and the front desk service was excellent. Definitely worth booking.

Because I had an early flight, I chose to stay here the night before. You can walk directly to Hong Kong Airport from here. The hotel is very large, and I upgraded to a queen-sized twin room for an extra 200. The room was spacious and my child loved it. The air conditioning was so cold that I woke up the next day with a sore throat, headache, and a cold 🤣. Breakfast wasn't very good. I couldn't find the air conditioning control panel. Overall, the hotel is grand and impressive. I liked it.

The hotel's location is convenient; it was easy to find by following the airport signs. The hotel is a bit old, but the service was decent. Perhaps it's because it's at the airport, but good service like this is rare in Hong Kong. The hotel gym is good, and luggage storage was very convenient. A big shout-out to the young, handsome guy with glasses at the front desk! Excellent service.
