I went to Optics Valley for a concert, and this hotel offers round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. The room itself was large, clean, and spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus! 

They have a gym and a laundry room, which is great. It's also close to Optics Valley Joy City, so there are tons of food delivery options. Plus, it's near the Optics Valley elevated rail and there are shared bikes everywhere – I could get to Joy City in about 5 minutes on a bike. 

The service was very friendly and good. It’s perfect for a quick trip, and I even managed to see some cherry blossoms while I was there!

Whether for a business trip, a vacation, or a short stopover, this hotel comes highly recommended. Its location is absolutely superb, with easy access to surrounding shopping areas and restaurants. Getting around is a breeze, whether by taxi or on foot, saving both time and effort. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, tucked away from noisy street traffic, so you never have to worry about planning your routes for daily excursions.

The front desk staff are warm and professional. Check-in and check-out processes are efficient and seamless, with no unnecessary waiting. They are patient and gentle in their demeanor, proactively explaining room features, breakfast times, and hotel amenities. They even offered thoughtful recommendations for delicious local restaurants. Any requests or needs were met with quick responses and genuine, friendly attitudes, making me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived.

The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner thoroughly cleaned. There was not a speck of dust or stain on tabletops, wall corners, or under the bed. The bedding was smooth and soft, the mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a truly restful sleep. The room itself was spacious and bright with excellent natural light. The soundproofing was outstanding; once the door was closed, I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or outside, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom featured a wet-dry separation, with a stable and abundant hot water supply. The toiletries were complete and clean, and the towels were dry and odor-free. The in-room TV, lighting, power outlets, and other facilities were all in perfect working order and thoughtfully arranged, meeting all my daily living needs.

The self-service breakfast offered a rich variety, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. Noodles, congee, cold dishes, and fresh fruits were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were delicious and homely, ensuring I was well-fed and satisfied. Housekeeping service was prompt and regular, with timely replenishment of tissues and drinking water. Whenever I had any extra requests and called the front desk, the staff quickly came to my room to assist.

Overall, the value for money is excellent. The service is warm and caring, the environment feels safe and secure, and the attention to detail is truly considerate. There's no impersonal, production-line service here; the living atmosphere is top-notch. My stay was incredibly relaxing and reassuring. I will definitely choose this hotel first when I return to the area in the future, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

This hotel deserves a perfect five-star rating! The room view was absolutely stunning, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and fantastic natural light. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support – after a long day, lying down felt instantly relaxing, and I slept soundly until morning. The room decor was minimalist yet luxurious, with new and clean facilities and thoughtful touches everywhere, making for a truly comfortable stay.

I especially have to commend the gym! It's fully equipped with treadmills, multi-functional trainers, and more. The environment is clean and bright. Being able to fit in a run or a workout between business meetings instantly relieved my travel fatigue – it's incredibly convenient for business travelers.

The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient for transportation. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

They also proactively offered helpful travel tips, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with excellent attention to hygiene details. The mattress was comfortable and the soundproofing was great. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. Every staff member we encountered was polite and professional, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be returning here for my next stay!

Overall, a perfect stay. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly professional, actively helping to resolve issues, and was very friendly and polite. The biggest surprise was the hotel's online reservation system for the laundry facilities; you can book a slot online without having to go there and wait in line. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also good.

The location is excellent, right next to Exit 4 of the subway station. It's super convenient to reach all the popular spots on Metro Line 2. Plus, when heading to Orange Isle, you're going against the crowds, which is a huge bonus! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist guests. When I was leaving with my luggage to catch a ride-share, they even helped guide the car to the lobby entrance and loaded my bags for me – I really appreciate that! The room layout is well-designed and practical, and the hotel is quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep!

The old five-star standard, the service is very good, that is, from the entrance to the hotel door to the room, there is always a musty smell, the pillow also has a sweat smell, but the parking is convenient, the travel is also very convenient, next to the pedestrian street. The room is relatively large, and the marble on the bathroom wall is a small surprise.

I stayed at the Wyndham Garden Shanghai Pudong for a business trip, and it perfectly met my business needs. The room was well-organized with a spacious work area, and the internet was stable and fast, making it easy to handle documents and online meetings. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring an undisturbed rest.

The front desk was very efficient with check-in and check-out, and the staff were responsive. They were quick to help when I needed office supplies. The buffet breakfast offered a good variety of Chinese and Western simple meals, all clean and hygienic. The breakfast hours were generous, allowing me to eat even when heading out early.

The ample parking was convenient for commuting by car. The hotel is a moderate drive from major industrial parks and the airport in Pudong. The gym was a nice bonus for a quick workout. Overall, it's a top choice for business travel with great value for money, and I'll definitely rebook for future trips.

The soundproofing was excellent; I barely heard any noise from the hallway. Hot water was readily available and maintained a consistent temperature. The location is super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money, making it ideal for both short trips and longer stays.
