The room size was perfect for a family of two, and it was quite spacious with two bathrooms. It was very close to Zhangqiu Station, just across the street. Mingshui Ancient Town was also very close, about 3 kilometers away. There was a slight hiccup upon arrival; we arrived at the normal time but were told the room's guests were members and didn't check out until 7 PM, so they needed to change our room. Later, we discovered another room had already checked out, so they cleaned it and let us check in. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future.

The only downside was the shower. Each room has a water heater, but the water flow is fixed. If you use a lot of water, you have to wait a long time for hot water. With so many people staying in the room, there simply wasn't enough hot water, especially on such a cold day. The children couldn't even take a bath. The bathtub was practically useless because of the lack of water; even the adults just took a quick shower.

The laundry room was opposite the room, and there was constant talking and slamming of the door throughout the afternoon. The soundproofing wasn't very good, so it wasn't ideal for a midday nap.

Breakfast was a standard buffet with limited portions.

Everything else was fine.

This hotel is great! My friend and I planned a trip to Jinan a while ago, and after reading reviews, we chose this place. It's really good, especially for two girls traveling alone. The elevator only works with a key card, and there's an extra security chain on the door, which made us feel very safe. The front desk staff was so warm and welcoming. They even gave us yogurt when we checked in. When we were checking out and weren't quite ready, they kindly extended our checkout time for free and even gave us a souvenir! I think the price is very reasonable for what you get; it's great value for money. Most importantly, the stay experience was excellent!

The room is big enough, the service is in place, the accommodation is very good, and I will book it next time.

This time I came to Jinan to do something, I chose to stay at the Ginza Jiayue Collection Hotel. I stayed for the first time. I didn’t know the room type of the hotel. The front desk patiently took me to visit the room. I saw that I brought the children to stay and gave the children a small gift. I also sent toiletries to the children. The service was really thoughtful and I was very satisfied. The room was very clean and tidy, and the sound insulation was good.

I'm a frequent visitor. It's very warm in winter with floor heating. The front desk lady is very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. There are plenty of parking spaces.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, their room was cleaned very clean, the front desk service was very good, a very good stay experience, it is recommended, recommend friends to come here in the future

This stay experience far exceeded expectations, and the five-star level is real! The hotel is in a great location and it is very convenient to travel for food. The lobby is elegantly decorated, the front desk staff is warm and courteous, the check-in is fast and efficient, and there is no delay in the whole process.
The rooms are clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding is soft and thick, and the sleep is particularly stable; the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the hot water supply is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is very good. The cleaning service is attentive and thoughtful, the facilities are brand new and intact, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the night is very quiet.
The breakfast category is rich and varied, with vegetarian, dessert, fresh fruit and authentic taste. The overall service is intimate and meticulous, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the price is very high, the next trip will give priority to this, I really recommend everyone to stay!
