The room size was perfect for a family of two, and it was quite spacious with two bathrooms. It was very close to Zhangqiu Station, just across the street. Mingshui Ancient Town was also very close, about 3 kilometers away. There was a slight hiccup upon arrival; we arrived at the normal time but were told the room's guests were members and didn't check out until 7 PM, so they needed to change our room. Later, we discovered another room had already checked out, so they cleaned it and let us check in. Hopefully, the service can be improved in the future.

The only downside was the shower. Each room has a water heater, but the water flow is fixed. If you use a lot of water, you have to wait a long time for hot water. With so many people staying in the room, there simply wasn't enough hot water, especially on such a cold day. The children couldn't even take a bath. The bathtub was practically useless because of the lack of water; even the adults just took a quick shower.

The laundry room was opposite the room, and there was constant talking and slamming of the door throughout the afternoon. The soundproofing wasn't very good, so it wasn't ideal for a midday nap.

Breakfast was a standard buffet with limited portions.

Everything else was fine.

前兩天因工作原因到萊蕪出差，我選擇入住了銀座佳悦精選酒店，因體驗感不錯，入住了兩次。
酒店位置極佳，處於萊蕪區中心，交通比較便利，附近有美食街。
辦理入住時，前台工作人員熱情又專業，不僅快速辦理好了手續，還貼心介紹了酒店的各項服務與設施。入住的房間簡約又乾淨，細節處理十分到位。房間裏配備了智能小度，燈光、窗簾等都能通過語音控制，特別方便。房間的隔音效果也很棒，完全聽不到外界的嘈雜聲，能安心休息。
酒店三樓的早餐自助區域讓我印象深刻，品種豐富多樣，中式的油條、豆漿、包子，西式的麪包、牛奶、煎蛋等應有盡有，滿足了不同人的口味需求。
這兩次在萊蕪銀座佳悦精選酒店的入住體驗非常棒 ，下次來萊蕪，我肯定還會選這兒！

The room was very clean, the service was good, and the processing was fast, because there was something to delay and it was free. The front desk person is also very good

The room is very satisfactory. There is also a large balcony, which will be more comfortable in summer.
You can check in early, which is very humane and makes you feel at home.
There are many young men and women who are candidates for art exams in the lobby, which is very pleasing to the eye, haha!

The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road. The front desk lady called ahead and upgraded the room for free. A fruit plate was prepared for the children. Washing clothes was also very convenient. The washing machine and dryer were very clean.

The hotel is generally quite satisfactory, the health is basically up to standard, and the facilities are normally available. Service attitude is acceptable, check-in efficiency is average. Location travel is fairly convenient, sound insulation and comfort performance is ordinary, there is no special highlight and no obvious dissatisfaction, the overall experience is general, in line with expectations, suitable for temporary transition stay.
