Здравствуйте! Проживали в данном отеле с 25 июля по 5 августа 2025 года! Отель расположен очень удобно и к пляжу и к автобусной остановке Bus Plana! Очень удобно добираться в парк развлечений и аэропорт! Сервис тоже хороший! Весь персонал приветлив и быстро решает вопрос! Все очень стараются! Однозначно рекомендую! Крепкая 4-ка

La habitación estaba lista temprano, la comida estaba muy buena y había variedad, opciones saludables de comidas . La piscina muy buena, aire acondicionado estupendo en la habitación. Nos sentimos muy a gusto. Esta la playa al lado. Y 11 min en coche para ir al paseo san Jaume donde están las tiendas.

40 minutos antes de la hora de salida entró una limpiadora en nuestra habitación sin preguntar si había nadie ni llamar a la puerta. Me parece una falta de respeto total, yo aún estaba a medio vestir. Por lo demás perfecto, comida bien, instalaciones también, limpieza bien aunque si había algunas manchas naranjas en el bidet que frotando con el dedo salían, cosa que indica que no lo han limpiado muy a fondo... También, es un hotel familiar, lleno de niños. La piscina obviamente llena de niños también, si tienes hijos es buen sitio, si no puede agobiar un poco.

The room is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

Fui a pasar el fin de semana a Salou a este Hotel. La habitación es amplia, baño bien equipao, terraza con dos sillas y tendedero para las toallas o bañadores. La atención recibida fue cordial.
Desayuno y cena tipo buffet gran variedad de comida.
La piscina y las zonas comunes estaban limpias y bien atendidas por el personal del Hotel.
El Hotel está situado en la zona alta de Salou, cerca de una cala.

We found a hotel on the way to drive, the price is very high! The front desk staff was very welcoming and the hotel facilities were a bit old. The breakfast was very rich and the fruit was fresh! We were in Barcelona for about 18 hours. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the Sagreda Cathedral. The hotel is nicely situated in a neighbourhood that allows you to walk to the cathedral or out for dinner. Our room was very clean and extremely quiet. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast has a wide variety of choice. There is a rooftop terrace that provides a really neat view of the streets below, something you don’t appreciate when you are walking along them. My only negative-ish comment is the outside of the hotel - it looks a bit dirty and neglected, which didn’t set a great first impression. But I would still highly recommended this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and great location.

Room was small but as a solo traveller it met my needs. 
Starting to get ever so slightly tired in places so hopefully they keep on top of it.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The room was large and clean. We didn't try the breakfast so can't say if it's good or not.

The day we arrived it was very late at night and we were exhausted, and the person at the front desk instead of continuing with the check-in and showing us to the room started asking us if we took a taxi because apparently someone else staying there needed a taxi too. So we had to wait at the front desk while they sorted out someone else's problem first, which was frustrating.

The hotel is okay, so are the rooms. The ac made a really irritating noice, which made it hard to fell asleep. There was a nasty smell in the hallway on the first floor. The staff was very friendly though and the breakfast was also okay.

We were given a room with sea view and the right, clean and spacious room. We stayed in a complete and very good pension, varied food and more than enough to choose.
