Extremely satisfied with my stay. There are many bus stops nearby and a convenient taxi stand right outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful, and the food was good too.

This was my second stay. The last time I was here for a meeting at the central bank, and this time I came with friends. Overall, the location is great – close to the city center, but it's quiet because it's surrounded by office buildings, so you don't get any sketchy people around. The room was a bit small, and all the disposable toiletries were charged for.

Great hotel and helpful staff on the check in desk. The room was spacious and the bed comfy, earning a relatively good nights sleep for my one-night stay. The room has the basics you need to get by. Location is great as it’s in the heart of the city, although being situated right at the top of the Liffy there will be some walking to get to the fun spots. However, you can get the tram right outside the hotel, which is super consonant. Would stay again for sure.

The hotel was very nice bed was comfortable it was like a home and room was very big ,even tho our king size bed was very big.i went to  before then normal check out time ,but the receptionist checked me earlier then there time . receptionists are very helpful,the area is beautiful,tram station is about four minutes walk .thanks trips,com

The hotel is like a historical site with a beautiful appearance. The rooms are also European-style. It doesn't feel hot even without air conditioning. The lobby public area is also spacious and beautiful. The breakfast is rich. The bathroom has a shower curtain rod that is very suitable for hanging cool clothes. Although the hotel is not in the city center, the transportation is also very convenient. A taxi in and out is about 16 euros, and a taxi to the airport is about 50 euros.

We stayed overnight, arriving late, no problem the hotel picked us up and we got to the hotel easily.  Great facilities, just a shame that we had to leave early in the morning.

Fantastic hotel . Very close to the airport with excellent free shuttle bus to and from the airport . Lovely friendly staff and fabulous meal in the restaurant

We stayed here while filming a wedding in Ireland, and the location was very convenient. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the airport if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. The room is compact but well equipped, and having air conditioning in the summer was a huge plus. We used the hotel’s shuttle bus for our return trip, and it was well organised and very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone needing an airport hotel.

Another excellent visit to this well located, great customer service orientated hotel. We only booked last minute so knew allocation of our room was limited and perhaps not the best had we booked earlier. Nevertheless it was spacious, clean, relatively quiet despite facing High Road. Good choice at breakfast . Parking o/night is best pre po sid at £15 as early bird . Highly recommended given Gunnersbury tube only a few minutes walk plus bus stops right outside.

I have stayed at Clayton Hotel several times and have a wonderful stay every time. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel comfortable right away. A special shout out to Raj who goes above and beyond every time and nothing is too big of an ask. 

The room was very clean and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt fresh and comfortable.

One of the biggest highlights was the location - Aldgate East tube station is across the road from the hotel, Tower Bridge is in walking distance and there are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and a cinema close by.

Breakfast was another plus. There was a great variety of options, everything was fresh and it was a great way to start the day without needing to go elsewhere.

Overall, Clayton Hotel offers a great combination of cleanliness, friendly service, a convenient location and a satisfying breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great, and the lady in the restaurant was absolutely lovely. The black gentleman at the front desk had a perfect London accent, which was a pleasure to listen to, and he was very polite. It feels more suited for business travel. The housekeeping ladies were also very good.
