A spacious and well maintained room with a comfortable king size bed, superb hotel location enables us to travel all major attractions by walking distance, highly recommended this hotel to travellers visiting Dublin.

We got the last availability so perhaps our downstair room wasn't the best but it has well renovated bathroom and overall the hotel is very well maintained and clean. Awesome room service. I wish there was a little fridge included. The bed cover was very hot and no thin linen available (just the big bed cover). No facecloth but I guess it's typical in Ireland? Coffee corner not always open and no coffee at night (after 10pm for exemple). But the staff is always friendly and very helpful. I would book again without hesitation.

This was my second stay. The last time I was here for a meeting at the central bank, and this time I came with friends. Overall, the location is great – close to the city center, but it's quiet because it's surrounded by office buildings, so you don't get any sketchy people around. The room was a bit small, and all the disposable toiletries were charged for.

The friend was uncomfortable, and he asked for water at the reception, gave a vomiting bag, and personally sent the ice up. Thanks for their care, we are all very fortunate to have a good care here! !

The room was quite big. I booked for three nights. There was no water for two days. I was depressed. The room did not have air conditioning. The customer service was simple. I would not consider it next time..

When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was amazing she couldn't do enough for us Marganila is credit to the hotel very helpful and made sure everything was in order she couldn't do enough.

Overall this hotel is good. Location is convenient. It took 15 mins from hotel to airport at 8am (I could see quite a lot of traffic by that time). Italian kitchen is delicious. Hotel room is quiet and clean. Check in process is fast and efficient.

We stayed here while filming a wedding in Ireland, and the location was very convenient. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the airport if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. The room is compact but well equipped, and having air conditioning in the summer was a huge plus. We used the hotel’s shuttle bus for our return trip, and it was well organised and very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone needing an airport hotel.

The room was next to the road, and traffic noise started as early as 5 AM. Make sure to request a room not facing the road when checking in. The windows were sealed shut and couldn't be opened, which made the room feel particularly stuffy and prevented air circulation. The bedsheets were yellowed and had small black spots. The phone cable wasn't plugged in properly, so the phone was out of order. The hotel staff were generally helpful; requests for toothbrushes and slippers were promptly fulfilled. However, the hotel bathroom didn't provide body lotion, which is quite unusual for a Western hotel. The hotel is located in a safe residential area in West London, but...

The Clayton Hotel City of London is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable base in the city. The hotel’s location near Aldgate East is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to the Underground while being just a short stroll from the vibrant energy of Shoreditch and Spitalfields.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was great, and the lady in the restaurant was absolutely lovely. The black gentleman at the front desk had a perfect London accent, which was a pleasure to listen to, and he was very polite. It feels more suited for business travel. The housekeeping ladies were also very good.
