Bathrooms were spotless with no water stains, and toiletries were neatly available for self-service outside the room. In-store Service: The service was full of warmth and personal touch. Staff proactively suggested nearby popular spots. Robot delivery for meals saved time and effort, and healthy herbal tea was available for free. Breakfast ingredients were plentiful. Surrounding Area: Within a few steps, you could find various local snacks and proper meals. The Wetland Park offered fresh air and lush greenery, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing walk after dinner."

"Location was convenient. It's right by Tiananmen Station. A short walk from Tiananmen Square. About 30min walk to the Forbidden City and 40min walk to Jingshan Park. Very nice hotel, too bad it was under renovation and the garden was not accessible. Windows in my room were blocked by constructions so there were nothing to see. They do have a laundry room with two dryers and two washers."
