Hotels in Yongdingmen and South Railway Station Area, Beijing

It was great to stay in the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. There was also a cross talk show. The facilities and equipment were very good. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. The Wanfangyuan International Hotel is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. If you are from the west and plan to travel by train throughout China and the Beijing South Railway Station is one you may use, then look no further and choose to stay here and to have breakfast included. The hotel is competitively priced, comfortable, clean, safe, and welcoming. The environment has all of the amenities you seek when traveling away from home. The water pressure is strong, the beds are more comfortable than what you sleep on nightly, and the location provides you with the ease of traveling throughout Beijing by train, car, and bicycle. The hotel provides breakfast if you pay for it and the food is authentic and of the highest quality. The staff is lovely, communicative, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's the best hotel you will find for the cost.

Only stayed for 1 night as it was convenient for me to get to the airport. Enough options of foods etc around and easy transport to the airport. Can't say anything about transport to other interesting parts of Beijing. Room was small but okay for the price. Noise on the hallway was however quite noticeable in my case (for example meituan delivery guy). Had a little chat with the receptionist, which is always nice!

Overall hotel was good. I arrived late night and I told them about my arrival time at mid night but no one was there at reception. On calling by their phone lady she came downstairs and give us. First look was good. The only problem I faced there, towel was bit dirty and had some smell. There was small hole in bedsheet . Other then these things everything was good.

The room was very quiet at night, and the bed was moderately hard and soft, just like home. It was close to the subway, which was convenient. Beijing was so tired from walking, so it was really nice to be close to the subway. The front desk staff Xuanyuan Yu, Qingnian, Zhuo Yi and other colleagues were very enthusiastic and helped the kids print their homework. I have to give them a thumbs up. The hotel is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. The service attitude was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were foreign tourists visiting Beijing, they also gave us small gifts and Beijing specialties, which was very considerate.

The location of the hotel is very good and it is easy to find by the road, more than ten minutes by taxi from Beijing South Railway Station, the room is clean, the bed is very comfortable and quiet, the buffet breakfast is good, the porridge is delicious [呲牙] and free snacks are available I took it away. I also gave a mask and disinfectant wipes before I left. It was very considerate. The luggage was delivered to the station for free. It was convenient and I would stay again.

Because foreign brands cannot enter the Second Ring Road, parking in this hotel is super convenient. At first, the interior felt old, but after staying in the room, the room was clean, the mattress was comfortable, and I felt like I had a good sleep. The price is also good. I will choose it again.

Fantastic service, everyone was so friendly and respectful and professional. Room is well kept and cleaned everyday. Everything was fantastic except location. Its a little bit far away from central Beijing and takes around 50min of taxi to travel to the central areas. However on good traffic its 20min to central so is good. Would visit again!

I forgot to upgrade the room when I checked in, and there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. When I asked the front desk, they only cared about whether I had moved the bed in the room, which was really outrageous. Fortunately, the manager on duty later expressed his apology and stopped giving the negative review. The room size and location are both good, and the price is not expensive. There is also a washing machine and refrigerator, which is convenient for working. It is still worth recommending. I just hope that the training of front desk staff can be strengthened.
