Sunworld Dynasty Beijing Wangfujing Hotel (The Forbidden City)

Close proximity to Wangfujing street. Convenience at the lobby of hotel. Would recommend a change of hairdryer though as the air wasn’t that great. Customer service was great.

The hotel is in the best location and easy to access. The staff are helpful and the room is very clean with Japanese style toilet! Will definitely come back to stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was outstanding, including the clean and comfortable rooms, the great location, and the high level of service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we checked out. A very special thanks to Concierge Manager Boyd Fan for his exceptional hospitality and support. He went above and beyond to assist us with every request, always with patience, kindness, and a genuine smile. His dedication made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the entire hotel team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I visit Beijing. My only suggestion for improvement is to include more breakfast options suitable for Arab and Muslim guests. I believe this would make the hotel even more welcoming for international visitors.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—situated right on the vibrant Wangfujing Street, with the iconic Tiananmen Square just down the road. While it sits on the higher end of the price spectrum, every penny was unequivocally well spent. Our suite was a true sanctuary—immaculately appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need, alongside several luxurious touches we didn’t even know we wanted. Beyond the physical comforts of the room, what truly set this experience apart was the phenomenal service. The staff were unfailingly attentive, radiating genuine warmth and professionalism. They consistently anticipated our needs and were always on hand to assist, making our entire stay feel effortless. I cannot recommend this property highly enough; it is a masterclass in hospitality.
