I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb.

Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language.

Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel.
I would recommend it, good value!

Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.

There was no parking left at the hotel when we left, however the check in process was very good as the receptionist guided us to free parking

This hotel is conveniently located near Salzburg's main train station, just a 7-8 minute walk away. Major attractions like Mirabell Gardens, Mozart's Birthplace, and Salzburg Cathedral are all within walking distance. Check-in and check-out are self-service online. They offer a welcome drink and chocolate, and there's a kettle in the room.

The hotel is quite out of expectation.  Everything is good.  And I would like to use the microwave, reception was kindly assist to arrange the hearing of personal food. They are so nice to do their best to help the guest.

The listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel.
I want to thank the evening reception team, especially Sami, Dominik, and the young lady whose name I didn’t catch. They were very kind and made my stay amazing.

The Hotel itself is clean and fully enough to have some sleep. There is a direct line from Main station that is not so far away. We were there just for a weekend, for this it is fully fine. Breakfast you can book extra, cannot say it is not enough, for me it was ok but I guess, there are better places, we got the same for all the days, sadly coffee beans were added to the wrong places so it was not cer tasty in the beginning. All service personal in this hotel was very friendly and always willing to help. In the end I can say it was a nice stay and if I need a not so costly stay in Karlsruhe I would choose this hotel again

Very satisfied, two stays completely different experience, the opportunity will be set again, breakfast is also satisfied, the location is very good, the service is not bad, the front desk lady also gave two chocolates, brought back to China, haha

The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel

At the end of breakfast at 10:00, I wanted to take some more food. The waiter was very bad and didn't let it be. When the time was up, they were going to get off work, and they were in a hurry to put away the food. After a while, a few waiters had breakfast in the corner of the restaurant. They were afraid that customers would eat too much and leave them too little! There are not many breakfast options, next to LiDL, you can buy some bread in the supermarket, so there are very few people who use breakfast in the restaurant.
