Nice hotel to stay. Convenient to access most attractions. But the areas more none Spanish and foods. Overall nice hotel and staffs.  Single woman not really recommended.

Was surprised by how good the hotel was. Found similar prices of hotels in barcelona but none of them looks great, clean, and accessible like Hotel Balmoral. Walking distance from Casa Mila, Casa Vicen, and all other main tourist spots. With bus stop right infront. Very accessible, nice staffs, breakfast included as well. They only have few options for breakfast though, mostly breads and eggs. But overall, will definitely stay in this Hotel again when I come back

The hotel is just a five-minute walk from the train station, and there's a subway station right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! Plus, there are three supermarkets nearby, so you can find anything you need!

We stayed at the hotel for one night. It's conveniently located, an 8-minute drive from the Consulado de Rusia, but you can also walk there. Dinner is available at the hotel. Parking is available for a fee, and the family room is quite large.

A nice hotel just opposite the San Mames stadium. Very quiet (unless there's a game of course), really friendly staff at the reception and elsewhere. 5 minutes walk to subway and tram stations, or great walk through the park to the Guggenheim. Greatly recommended

Suite-style hotel, beautiful interior decoration, spacious and comfortable mattresses, high-end spare parts, close to the location, close to the Guggenheim Museum, the service staff is attentive and friendly, the price is reasonable, and the value for money is excellent.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

Good location to old town and city.
Clean apartment hotel with good amenities.
Staffs are friendly but with limited working time in reception. You might need to call staff to checkout/in.
