Very cost-effective, there is a cable car in the Disney park, which the children like very much, free parking in the park, the overall room is quite clean, the atmosphere is very strong, suitable for staying with children

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! 

Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..

Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.

Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.

We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶

This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

Good value and location for staying  on Disney property.  I stayed one night and got early access into  Disney parks on Check in day and Check out day.  The Walt Disney All Star hotels are priced the lowest of all Disney hotels and although they are not as fancy as the Floridian or as Coronado Springs, they are well with the stay.  Clean room, great amenities

This hotel has incredible character. Its Native American-inspired design, featuring a striking, high-ceilinged lobby with a rustic wood and rope structure, truly permeates the entire property. The service was excellent, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. I was very satisfied.

Recently got upgraded—room was very clean and great value for the price. The location is excellent, with easy access to multiple parks. Really loved staying at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn.

Club Level was amazing!  I wish I could afford it more.  Great service. We had a them park view. It was nice to walk to Magic Kingdom in 10 mins. Hopefully some day I can go back!

房間兩天打掃一次衞生，設施老舊了，空調是8 0年代老式窗式空調，主機在室內，噪音大，怕吵的人會影響休息，這裏主要體驗自助式服務，全靠自己了，頭天入住拉着行李箱滿院子找了半天，很狼狽。乘坐覽車去玩要走很遠的路，建議坐班車。總體感覺一般般。

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

I stayed at the Explorer's Lodge for two days, and overall, my experience with the attractions, accommodation, and food was quite good. However, on May 16th, the day I checked out, I encountered a driver at the hotel entrance who was providing shuttle bus service. His attitude was extremely poor. I politely asked him, 'Hello, should I put my luggage in the cargo hold or bring it onto the bus with me?' The driver didn't respond verbally at all, didn't even look at me, and just gave me an impatient look while saying, 'Hurry up and get on the bus.' The otherwise excellent and dedicated service from other Hong Kong Disneyland staff was completely ruined on my departure day by this arrogant and rude driver. The reputation of Hong Kong service staff among tourists is severely damaged by individuals like him, even though most staff are actually very kind and friendly. I hope Disney Explorer's Lodge can investigate this incident. My room number was 6406, and you can contact me anytime.

The ongoing renovations at Hollywood Hotel were a bit of a bummer; it didn't look great for photos outside, and the view from the window wasn't ideal. The three hotels are conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of each other. The room was larger than expected, perfect for one person to really spread out. The only issue was figuring out how to use the showerhead (there was a bathtub); I actually had to search on Xiaohongshu to find instructions. There was a lovely, slightly shorter, round-faced, and a bit tanned young lady at the concierge desk who was incredibly helpful. I had breakfast at the Disney Hotel and then rushed back, worried I wouldn't have enough time to pack. She told me I could check out anytime before noon. (My room card actually stopped working at 11 AM, but when I returned, a staff member in the hallway confirmed my name and helped me swipe back in.) Overall, I was quite satisfied with the room, but when I went to bed, I noticed tiny little particles on the bedsheet, and there was a strand of hair left on the showerhead.

🛏️ The room was spacious, and the two double beds were huge! One bed could easily fit an adult and a child. This would be incredibly cost-effective for a family of four.
🏰 I absolutely loved the decor! The hallways, the garden – every angle was beautiful! In the mornings, you'd wake up to the pleasant sound of birdsong! And stepping out of the garden, you're right by the sea! 🌊
Though the hotel is a bit older, it's certainly not run-down. The public areas are quite new, but the bathroom felt a bit dated with an old-fashioned bathtub and shower curtain. The hallways are carpeted, which made pulling luggage a bit difficult.
