The floor tiles just outside the toilet were cracked, and the floor looked stained. During our 3-day stay, no one cleaned our room at all. We also asked the management if they could prepare breakfast earlier since we had to leave early, but they simply said breakfast starts at 7 AM with no flexibility, negotiation, or refund offered. Honestly, it would have been better to just order from GrabFood instead of paying for a room with breakfast included — cheaper and with more food choices. There were also drilling works happening in the nearby building, which was quite disturbing.

On the positive side, the location is convenient, with nearby schools, malls, Jollibee, Puregold, and sidewalk canteens, making it easy to find food and avoid traffic.

Reception very accomodating. Loved that women also work at the entrance. Elevator not so friendly. As a companion of 3, Im the last guy to leave, and I experienced getting shut in between elevator doors twice. Not so painful but enough to shake my soul for a bit. Room was great, beds are okay. The floor is made out of wood so expect some creaking and crunch as you step. Some of the switches won't work until you press hard on it. Overall, it's a nice old hotel.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air! The classic design aesthetic is executed perfectly – from the vintage light fixtures to the polished hardwood floors, everything feels carefully preserved and beautifully maintained. It’s clean, orderly, and has that wonderful nostalgic feel of staying in a well-loved family hotel.
 
I was traveling for work and was worried about getting rest, but the bed is so comfy I slept like a baby every single night. The pillows were just right, and the bed frame was sturdy with no squeaks or sagging spots.
 
The location is fantastic – easy to reach from major roads and within walking distance of some great local spots.
 
There are no smart TVs or cable channels, and the internet is the older kind that works fine for emails but not much else. For me, that was actually a plus – it helped me focus during the day and unwind fully at night. Highly recommend for anyone who values comfort and character over modern gadgets!

We stayed in the suite. We were pleasantly surprised and i think we have found our go to hotel in Cebu! And will try to book their Baguio branch too when we go back there. However, the bathroom plumbing might be better with refurbishing coz after using the tub, the floor really gets wet. But the suite itself was well designed, and spacious. Oh and the breakfast buffet was very good too! The lobby and other parts of the hotel looked posh too. Really nice place. We will definitely come back and will recommend this place to other families too

We had another wonderful stay at Hotel Elizabeth, this was actually our second time here, and the experience was still excellent. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. They consistently greeted us warmly whenever they saw us, which made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and comfortable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which had a satisfying selection of food every morning. Our room was clean, cozy, and complete with amenities, making our stay relaxing and convenient.
It’s nice to come back to a hotel that maintains its quality and service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio.
