The only drawback is that the map positioning is not accurate, the first time to find it a bit detour, but fortunately met an enthusiastic local brother to guide

We stayed in this apartment for 12 nights and it was amazing. The key was electrical and was like magic. When we first opened our door, everything was clean and tidy. We were on 14th floor and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was cozy and we felt at home. Because of the facilities they provided, we could cook our own meals. The service was good. When you need something, just make a free internet call and they will respond you shortly. Transportation is convenient. It’s only several minutes again from the tubes and there are three lines around. Supermarkets are all around. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed a lot staying here. We will definitely come back again.

Check-in was incredibly complicated and completely self-service. I doubt the average tourist would even be able to get through the main door. How do you manage the self-service access control? The logic doesn't make sense! My friend, who lives here, came to my rescue at lightning speed. The receptionist I met was a property manager. He didn't care how you booked the room, nor did he even check your check-in receipt. He simply said, ”We don't care. We haven't received any updates. We won't give you a key.” We called Charles Hope ourselves, and the Indian English operator would have easily outmaneuvered 90% of our compatriots.

I suggest Ctrip conduct a stricter review. This isn't a hotel, it's a secondary rental agency. It's better to book with Airbnb, where the questions and answers are quicker. There were other people's hair in the bathtub and sticky food residue on the plate.

The male receptionist at the door was extremely volatile. He started complaining the moment I approached, before I even started talking... If I hadn't been in a hurry, I would have complained!

The apartment is amazing and very well equipped with excellent amenities, making the stay extremely comfortable. The location is a big plus, especially with its proximity to Heathrow. Although the entrance can be a little hidden and slightly tricky to find at night, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I stayed on the 3rd floor, so carrying heavy luggage required a bit of effort, but it was manageable. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartments ! Beautiful views, clean, friendly staff and lots of space ! The only thing I could call out is that when I needed help closing a window that I managed to get stuck somehow, no one answered the Charles Hope help- line and I ended up walking down to reception and seeking help myself. Other that that, I’d highly recommend.
