The hotel quite small but they got the best service so far. They even got bathtub. The location was 2 minutes walk from Inaricho train station and 7 minutes walk from Ueno JR train station. Plenty of groceries shop as well.

I think this is a strategic hotel for first timers. The bus from Haneda airport drops passengers off to this hotel, no walking, trains or taxis required. To Shinjuku Station is roughly 7 minutes on foot. There is 1 Family Mart in front of the Shinjuku Washington Hotel & other nearby Konbinis. Room is small but bigger than APA, got 2 rooms for the family as the had no rooms to accommodate 4 pax. The receptionist was really helpful, provided umbrellas for us to use as it was raining. Rooms are clean, amenities available at the lobby. Love this place & really miss Japan. Planning another trip for 2025 & this will be on our list.

We had a nice stay at Washington Hotel Akihabara. The hotel is well located, nearby metro lines and local trains which allow us to easily move around Tokyo. Although the room is small, it is well designed and it big enough for few nights. The bed is not very large but comfortable. We managed to sleep with our 2 yo kid. You can also choose between soft or hard pillow. The bathroom was quite big with a nice bathtub. Around the hotel, you have plenty of restaurant and convenient stores. The buffet breakfast was great and everything we try tastes really good ! There is a large choice between Japanese food and wester food. Finally, there is a laundry area which was really convenient.

Good location - close to Sensoji Temple, Donki, and shopping street. Asakusa Station is also about 300 meters away. The staff are mostly foreign and speak English. We appreciated the spacious bed, seamless check-out process, early check-in for hotel members (you'll need to sign up), and the complimentary coffee and bread for breakfast. There's also a view of Tokyo Skytree from our window. Ma-kun, one of the staff, also played the piano for us which was nice. Now, for the cons - the air conditioning fan did not work properly which affected my husband's sleep quality. There was also no bathtub in the room. Overall, it's good for budget travelers if you can book early since it's cheaper that way. We booked 3 months beforehand and didn't get the best rates. Not bad, just not the best. Thank you. 🙏

It was so very noisy when I was trying to sleep in the hotel given that the windows are open for you to experience the cold Tokyo Weather What I didn’t like about my stay is the pillows are only 1x and the room is very small so if you pack with 2 30kgs luggage be ready to squeeze in that luggage of yours What I liked about the hotel is it is only 1min away walk to the train station that connects to JR Line and Tokyo Metro Station. Another is the feeling of being served like a 3 star service is average because I was able to leave my luggage after I checked out and tour the city before I return and leave for Yokohama.

I recently stayed at the Premier Cabin Hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations for a budget-friendly option. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between value and comfort. Room & Amenities The room was compact but cleverly designed to maximize space, offering everything I needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, a clean, modern bathroom, and essential amenities like free Wi-Fi and a TV. While the space was on the smaller side, it was cozy and well-maintained. The minimalist décor added to the relaxing atmosphere. Service The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Pretty close to kinshicho JR stn, abt 5mins walk. But realised that there're some dodgy restaurants along the way fr stn to hotel. Felt a bit unsafe during the night. Staff speaks good English, helpful in checking in n out. Hotel able to receive luggage via yamato delivery. Able to store luggage overnight if having future stay with them. Lots of amenities at the lobby including bath salts n ladies amenities. Room is really small, barely have space to walk (this is the smallest room I've stayed out of the 10hotels I've stayed in JP). Very hard to pack luggage in this tiny rm. Rm is not very clean as well, visible dust found. Like their pyjamas (top n bottom instd of overall in other biz hotel). No bottled water provided, though the hotel lift have posters stating that the tap water is safe for drinking. There're only 2 washing machine and 2 dryers, and there's no way of checking the availability of these virtually. U've to go all the way to the room to check, very inconvenient to do so especially if u're unlucky and the washer n dryer are occupied.

We stayed here as we had an early flight and needed to check our luggage in at 3am. Hotel was really clean, shower was hot, bed was hard but ok. Easy access to the airport and trains, lots of restaurants nearby. You can hear the metro passing underneath the hotel but it's really not a problem. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

It’s a bit difficult to find the hotel because it’s located in the high book building. The noise insulation is poor. You can easily hear people next door talking. Some residents also speak loudly in the corridor and constantly bang the doors. These are all uncontrollable but I can’t believe I heard the staff playing music loudly while cleaning other rooms. The hotel itself is noisy enough. Really disappointing. The upside is it provides clean drinking water so I don’t have to buy bottled water.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sleeping Lion Suites during my trip to Malaysia, and it was an exceptional experience. This is a decent budget hotel with clean room & bathroom to sleep after all day out visiting/shopping. Front desk is informative. If your back facing the hotel, on your left walk straight down on the main road for 10-12 mins until you see to landmark of Panda crawling backside on the top of IFS, Chengdu. Cross the road if go IFS; dont cross the road if you want to shop at Chunxi Street. Taiko Li is behind IFS or Silver Building. The streets are bustling with people, shops/merchandise, buildings with wonderful neon lightings that surely worth your social media posts. Opposite Panda landmark is the 24hrs shuttle bus stop that goes to Tianfu Airport, vice versa at RMB15 one way. Alternatively if you have heavy luggages you can take a 1 hr cab ride to Tianfu via highway around RMB210. Plan 3 hours ahead your flight if you plan to shop in duty free. There are convenient store on your left, boutique and fruit store on right. There is a local tour shop at the hotel lobby. Any day trip arrangements to Panda Research Center, Sanxingdui Museum, Leshan, Jiuzhaigao, Er Mei Shan, Pingle Ancient Town/Tiantai Mountain, etc are available, reasonably priced, accommodating and friendly to foreign tourists. Suggestion: Extra portable heater to be available as the heater can blow and reach bed area only ya; the corner room is big and spacious. Bathroom and sofa area were cold at night.

I originally checked the reviews and didn't have high expectations, but when I arrived, I found it was better than I imagined. The property rights of this hotel should be divided into three hotels, and there will be different stickers on the doors of each room to distinguish them. There are also three counters in the lobby on the first floor, but Jackson's is probably the most important. The appearance of the building says Jackson's. The hotel is in a good location next to the park. Although there may be many guests because we checked in on a Saturday, parking spaces are not guaranteed. However, the front desk was able to communicate in basic English and guided us to a nearby free parking area. Thank you very much! Although the room is not big, it is well cleaned and very clean. The bedding, sheets and pillowcases are very nice to the touch.

Next to Gangxia Metro Station, take the Link City exit C. Across the road from One Avenue. The lobby is on level 6 of building A2. The reception is just a small desk around the corner from the lift. The location is amazing, and the reception was friendly, efficient and helpful, but the room was less so. We got a 2 bedroom residence and it felt like it a bit run down. There was duct tape on the ceiling, exposed pipes in the kitchen. They provided a kettle with tea, coffee and bottled water. The bathroom had packaged toothbrushes and paste. It served its purpose as a convenient place to stay for the night. Easily fit 4 people, maybe 5 on the couch. The projector for TV was misaligned and needed adjustment. 10/10 for location but 5/10 for the state of the room.

The hotel has a very convenient location on several metro lines so it’s very easy to get anywhere in the city. Since it’s a central location, the area can be a bit loud sometimes. There are many restaurants of different types in the area, HQ mart - a massive electronics shopping mall and other shopping malls. There is no storage area in the room which was a bit annoying for me since I stayed for a little over a week and didn’t really have anywhere to put my things. You’re kind of forced to leave things on the floor so it’s difficult to keep the room clean. Otherwise, it’s very comfortable and clean. I slept very well there. Towels are change every day and for once, the shower floor is separated from the rest of the bathroom so the floor is not all wet - relatively uncommon in China. Breakfast is very cheap so for its price, it’s very good. One of my favourite things is that there is a beautiful rooftop on the roof. There are a bunch of plants there which makes for a very nice ambience. This is also where you can do your laundry and leave your clothes to dry in the sun. It’s a very nice place to hang out or work - even though unfortunately there is no WiFi there. The staff at the reception is available 24/7 and very nice and helpful, even though most of them don’t speak English so make sure to have a translator app ready if you don’t speak Chinese. Overall, my stay was very nice and convenient!

Booked my stay for 8 nights and below are my reviews. ISSUE 1 We were given the room facing the railway station and true to other traveller’s review, it IS NOISY! The constant honks of the vehicles can start at 7am till 12midnight everyday. When we entered the room on the first day, we tried to on the air-con for better ventilation but instead of cool air, warm air came out. Tried to adjust the settings but there was no change. Went to the reception to enquire but they mentioned they were not able to on the central aircon as it’s winter season and they would need to get management’s approval to activate it. what they could offer us was to open the one and only small window in our room. We told them we already opened it but it’s still warm so the other alternative is to provide us with standing fans which they did. Imagine us sleeping for 5 nights with the window open and the fans on, hearing the cars honks from 7am-12midnight. IT WAS TORTURE. Luckily on the 6th day, we enquired again and they finally activated the central air-con. Mind you the winter season in Guangzhou is totally different temperature than Shanghai or Beijing. There’s no need to off the central aircon at all. ISSUE 2 There were 20 floors in this hotel but there were only three lifts in this building. The lift space was small, could only fit 9 adults max in my opinion. The speed the lifts were going was also slow. Plus, you’re sharing the space with the service robots. So if you’re staying here, kindly cater extra waiting time. ISSUE 3 The rooms are not labeled non-smoking/ smoking room. So you could be staying in a non-smoking room but the room around you could be a smoking room. There were days where we could smell cigarette smoke in our toilet and unable to find the source. And there were days when we came out of our room to walk to the lift, the whole corridor smelled of cigarettes. I pity the cleaners having to use the humidifier everyday while cleaning the rooms. PLUS side - the room I booked was spacious. Could fit in four medium sized luggages with loads of space to walk around. - toilet was clean and spacious - there’s free bottled water provided and could ask for more - metro station is just below us. Conclusion, this would be my first and last visit to this hotel. Will probably stay somewhere away from the railway station in the future and will make sure to check with the hotels if their air-con is working. Not worth the price I’m paying for.

I stayed here on a transit trip. The hotel was very clean and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed it very much. The receptionist also spoke good English, so I felt at ease. I took the subway to get to the hotel, but it was a little difficult to access. It's more convenient to take a taxi. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, so it's a good idea to use it.

Located within walking distance from Taipei train station, exit 5. Lotsa convenience stores nearby. Lotsa eateries within walking distance too. Hotel lobby is very simple, just a reception counter. My “charm room” is spacious, very comfortable for me alone. Mattress is comfortable, the kind that I like, very firm mattress. Pillows are too soft for my liking. They do not have tea pot for you to boil water but they have water dispenser (warm, cold & hot) on each floor, a real plus point. They provide a flask in the room so that you can fill it up from the dispenser. Unfortunately they do not have hanger or enough hook for me to hang my clothes. They also mentioned that they do not provide room slippers so I brought mine from home but found out they have two pairs of disposable ones in the room. Definitely staying at this hotel again the next time I visit Taipei.

The Silka Far East Hotel is in an excellent location. There is a bus stop in front of the building and the subway station is a 7 minute walk. There are several banks all nearby as well as an assortment of restaurants. There is also a department store, bakery and other stores including a 711. The rooms are clean, small and comfortable. There is a wonderful park behind the hotel that is worth a visit for it's charm and relaxation.
