"The hotel's location isn't far from Nagoya Station, so it's convenient even with luggage. The service is very enthusiastic, and the public bath's temperature is just right, unlike some other hotels where it's scalding hot. They even offer popsicles after your bath! If you're not a fan of public baths, you can grab bath salts and even face masks, all provided free of charge.
Overall, the hygiene is quite good, but the toilet had a strong odor. It might be due to the wallpaper in the toilet, which makes it hard to get rid of smells. Although they provide air freshener spray, it wasn't very effective.
The bed was very comfortable, and if you don't like the pillows in the room, you can choose a different one.
My only, and I think significant, issue is with the room's curtains. Why can't they use regular curtains? The current ones let in far too much light, and I was woken up by the bright morning light, which really affected my sleep."

"The place is one block away from the bus terminal and also near to different train station. You can ride the bus directly to Chubu International airport and Nagashima without hassle. The room is clean and big compared to other hotels. They provided me new sets of towels everyday and they also provide sleepwear which is a plus cause you dont need to do the laundry for your clothes. The only downside that i can say is that the room is not sound proof. I can practically hear the opening and closing of the door of the next room.. but overall this is a very nice place to stay."

"The hotel was very conveniently located, close to the live house we were visiting that weekend. The facilities were very clean, including the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. We slept well. The staff was efficient and helpful, and they kindly stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
The only downside is that the hotel is located in a very lively area of Nagoya, and it was quite noisy outside until late at night. We personally didn’t have any trouble sleeping, and there was no noise from neighboring rooms, but it’s something worth keeping in mind."

"Room is clean although small, hotel located close to subway station which is just one station away from Nagoya station, making moving around very easy. Hotel provided 3 separate beds for us, 3 travelers, which is very nice and rare to find in Nagoya. Breakfast was good and service nice. Yes, air conditioner and heating are centrally controlled, but temperature setting was quite nice for us. If you feel too hot or cold, you can turn off heating or air conditioner in your room by yourself."

"Our group of three females arrived and was denied check-in because the rooms were for ”Males Only.”
This restriction was not clearly stated during the selection process. On the Trip.com interface, several room options were explicitly labeled [Male Only]. However, the rooms we selected had no gender label in the title. As a consumer, it is logical to assume that if one option is marked ”Male Only” and another is not, the unlabeled option is for females or unisex. This critical information was omitted from the main room title and only found deep in the reservation details after booking. This is misleading UI design for a gender-restricted property.
We were stranded at the airport without accommodation due to this lack of transparency, without refund, and told that it was solely our fault.
However, despite sudden show up, Toyoko inn welcome us with cheaper price, better room and free breakfast. I highly recommended Toyoko inn.
Thank you TUBE Sq for your kind support, but please response to our cancellation request due to this whole nonsense error.

"The room is too small or the bed is to large. There was no chair or table to put things away. It was cold and humid and the bathroom was smelly when we came so we had to have the windows opened, which you can not do yourself. We could smell smoke even if they say it's a non smoking hotel. The beds were comfortable though and we slept well. We didn't stay much at the hotel but having a chair and a table to put things away is a must. The staff was welcoming and very helpful."

Plexus27Location is superb at Sakae area, with 24hr Donki just opposite and a Family Mart at the ground floor. Stores around include Uniqlo, GU, Daiso, ABC Mart, 3 Coins +, drug stores etc. It's walking distance around 10mins to Oasis 21 bus terminal for the direct bus to and fro airport, which I find is more convenient than taking the train as would need to exchange subway line at Nagoya station. Front desk service is good and friendly. We love the free Miso soup and drinks provided, and also amenities like facial wash, moisturiser, mask, very thoughtful gesture. They also help to store my luggage when i went for Takayama for a few days before coming back to check in again for another few days. Queen size bed room is considered spacious, bed is comfy. Just that the pillow that they provided is some kind of special functional pillow but is too thin and flat for my liking. Overall a great stay :)

Guest UserParking is on the street at the back, not hotel's own. Thankfully no rain, or unloading/loading of luggages would be a hassle as you cannot stop at the front of the hotel.
Super near Omicho market which is great!
No smoking room in hotel, need to walk to nearest kombini for smokers.
Cleanliness is good, no issues.
Spacious enough for 4 luggages to open in the room.
Enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

RuguoyunzhidaoThe room size was decent for a solo traveler. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the free breakfast was just okay. The biggest plus of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. It's a 30-minute walk to Nagoya Castle, and all the main shopping areas are within a 7-15 minute walk. Don Quijote is only a 7-minute walk away, and I think the Daikoku Drugstore on the third floor across the street had cheaper items. Overall, it was good value for the price! On the way back, to avoid the hassle of carrying my luggage, I took the airport express for 2000 yen. The hotel is only a 7-minute walk to the bus terminal, which was incredibly convenient.

The breakfast is decent, but it gets incredibly crowded, with queues extending all the way to the elevators. The environment is chaotic and the management needs to improve to avoid such long lines.

This hotel boasts an excellent location. From Central Japan International Airport, you can take the Meitetsu Line directly to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is just about 600 meters from the exit. There are three major convenience stores nearby – 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Lawson – and a large Aeon supermarket about 800 meters away, making dining, living, and getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels, a 19-square-meter room is considered quite spacious here, and it's clean and tidy. Check-in was very easy, and for check-out, you just insert your card into the machine. Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

Guest UserThis is the nth time I've stayed at a hotel from this brand. The room size and design are pretty much the same everywhere – not huge, but perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is standard; it feels like the food is identical in every location, with the exception of one local specialty. It's much cheaper than hotels near Nagoya Station. Walking to Fushimi Station is also convenient. I later discovered that taking exit E from the underground shopping area is the shortest route, but be warned, there are only stairs, no elevators or escalators.

TiantianzhuizhumaqidaThe location is excellent, right in front of Nagoya Station. I specifically chose it for its proximity to the bus center since I was taking a highway bus. It's super convenient with izakayas and the station nearby, and I even discovered a theater. The breakfast was also plentiful and delicious. The room size wasn't small at all, and while double beds are usually 1.4 meters wide, this one was 1.6 meters, which felt very spacious. Plus, they had a great selection of amenities downstairs.
