Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing

We booked the hotel because it is very close to the airport and our flight was leaving at 3 am. We didn't realise how close - our plane was parked on a fence about 100 metres away. (The photo is the front of the hotel from our seat on the plane). That said we didn't hear any plane noise during our stay because of very effective windows. All the bed linen and towels were very clean and the room was pleasant with a kettle, bottles of water and plenty of room with a large comfortable bed. There was mould around the grouting at the base of the toilet and it w9as tricky to get the toilet to flush without sitting on the seat and standing up. The shower seemed clean with good water pressure but you needed to be careful that water didn't leak out onto the floor outside the cubicle. Some shared areas of the hotel seemed quite dirty. There were some communication issues but staff worked really hard to help us. We wanted to visit the summer palace and one of the women reception helped with booking tickets and advice about getting there. We took a taxi (executive car booked through didi) which cost about £16 for a one hour trip. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle pick up and drop off. It wasn't really possible to walk anywhere from the hotel. We ate at the hotel on arrival and the food was good. We also had breakfast (photo) which was ok for the price and convenience, not great. We would stay again for a quick stop but wouldn't choose to stay there for a longer visit.

I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a great value hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to the subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, so you'll never have to worry about dining or shopping. A big thanks to the front desk for the thoughtful complimentary room upgrade – it really made my experience perfect! What impressed me the most was the room size. In a city where space is at a premium, this room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!
The hotel's overall quality is excellent, with a clean, quiet, and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spotless, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable, showing great attention to detail. The staff are professional, polite, and responsive, making the entire stay pleasant and comfortable. It's a top choice for a short trip.

The hotel was quite clean, with smart curtains and an excellent shower head that made for a very comfortable shower. Although it's near the airport, the design is clever, so it was relatively quiet. There's also a spacious parking lot, making parking very convenient.
My only minor complaint is that the front desk staff could have been a bit more enthusiastic and proactive during check-in. Currently, they're just average.
Overall, five-star rating to encourage them!
This hotel in the airport is very close and easy to find! The staff are also very professional, and the exterior of the hotel is very pleasant – I really love their corridor design! The room is also very clean. To find a room like this in Beijing, at the airport, makes me super happy!

Location is King: It’s a 5-minute walk from Beijing Railway Station. If you’re catching an early train, this is a lifesaver.
Vibe: It’s an old courtyard house (former home of Edgar Snow). It feels authentic and ”Old Beijing” rather than a sterile corporate box.
Price: Very hard to beat for this part of the city. You get a lot of character for a budget price.
Quiet: Even though it’s near the station, the courtyard setting keeps the street noise out.
Cons
Tight Squeeze: The rooms are not too big. If you're traveling with huge suitcases, you’ll be playing Tetris to move around.
Finding It: It’s in a hutong. It’s charming, but your first time finding it with bags can be a bit of a hunt.
Basic Bathrooms: They’re clean and functional, but don’t expect a spa-like setup.
The Bottom Line
It’s perfect for backpackers or solo travelers who want a cool, historic home base in Beijing

This hotel was the perfect choice for my Beijing trip! The location is absolutely fantastic – right in the middle of a lively district, making it super easy to explore and find great food. Yet, the moment you're back at the hotel, it's wonderfully quiet, ensuring a really restful sleep. The family room was spacious, more than enough for a family of three. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough, keeping the room spotless every day. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and proactively recommended sightseeing routes and a delicious Peking duck restaurant – so thoughtful! It's also very close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, with excellent transport links. Overall, an amazing experience; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing! The newly opened Vienna Hotel is very close to my workplace, and overall it's not bad, except for the rather noisy central air conditioning. The repeated starting and stopping of the air conditioner after setting the temperature is a bit disruptive, which might be inconvenient for someone like me who is a light sleeper. As for the service, it was generally good. So why only two stars? The receptionist didn't recognize the characters in my name and mispronounced it the first time. I corrected him, and he glanced at me and asked if the mispronunciation was acceptable. At that moment, I really wanted to explode. Seriously? Putting aside the fact that he works in the service industry, respect for names is the most basic principle between people. How could he so brazenly ask me if the mispronunciation was acceptable (probably because he wanted to write down my name and was too lazy to write it correctly)? As a receptionist at such a nice hotel, and as someone working in the service industry, he was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to his guests. I felt inexplicably humiliated. In short, I suggest he get proper training. Two wonderful days were completely ruined by this one little incident.

I rarely leave reviews for hotels, but I absolutely have to give this one a great rating. Every single staff member was wonderful, the service was excellent, and the hotel environment was really nice too. Anything I needed was brought to my room very quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends who are visiting. It's clean and tidy!!!!

The location is quite close to the airport and offers free parking. The room is spacious, but the window faces indoors, looking out onto a wall. It feels stuffy and dark with poor ventilation. The upside is that the price is quite affordable.

TThree BamboosI love this hotel for its location, if you have time you can walk from the subway or take a taxi for 10-15 rmb. The location also has many eateries and malls nearby. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very delicious both western and Chinese. The room was clean and everything was just perfect. I recommend to solo travellers. It's far from the main city center but subway is available.

Aallaine___I came via the HSR at Beijing West and decided to just stay around the area. It looks very unassuming outside much like the area around the railway station but the room inside is very clean and feels new!
The location is just a bit hard to find, but this is mostly due to how the whole Beijing West is. You have to walk across the parking lot at the north side of Beijin West to locate the hotel.
Close also to the metro line and there’s an airport bus also that goes straight to PEK nearby or the train going to PKX.

GGuest UserClose to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The room was clean, and I liked the separated shower and toilet. The only thing was that the water pressure in the shower was quite strong; it sounded like a high-pressure washer when I was showering.

MMaiThuThe hotel was clean, centrally located and easy to get around. In addition, the restaurant owned by the same person served delicious food, and the atmosphere while having lunch there was very impressive. If I have the chance, I will definitely come back.

Kk f lohThe location is superb, just a few steps from Qianmen Subway Station Exit G. Qianmen Street, Xianyukou, Dashilar, and Tiananmen Checkpoint 7 are all within a 10-minute walk – super convenient! The front desk staff were also very polite and patient. They even upgraded my room, giving us a view of the Arrow Tower and Zhengyangmen from our window. There's an elevator, and a robot delivers food orders to the rooms. The room itself was spacious, bright, and clean. They also replenish free water and soft drinks daily. The only downside is that some of the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

QQisetianyuanThis stay was really great, I definitely have to leave a good review! The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get around. There are restaurants right downstairs, which makes eating super convenient – no need to go far, and the food tastes good too. It offers great value for money.
The room I stayed in was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept very soundly. All the facilities were new; the air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly and were easy to use. The overall soundproofing was also good, so it was quiet at night and I wasn't disturbed.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; check-in and check-out were both quick. What I liked most was the 'eat and stay' integrated concept – dining downstairs and accommodation upstairs. This is incredibly convenient for travelers like us, saving both time and effort.
The overall environment is clean and comfortable, and the price is reasonable. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit. Highly recommended!

ZZoubianqianshanwanshui, chibianqianxinwanku, shuojinqianyanwanyuBooked this hotel for a friend, chose the Orange Crystal Hotel near Sanlitun Workers' Stadium. They ended up extending their stay for another night. It's really lively with all the shops and bars nearby. The only downside is that the room is a bit small.

GGuest UserI stayed in a different branch last year which was amazing. And based on that experience, this year I chose this branch for convenience as it was the closest to my friends residence. Comparing the two branches, the room size felt very small. Also there was no window in my room which made it a bit claustrophobic for me. I had to turn on the AC on a cold night as it felt cramped up for me. There was a lot of noise too outside my room at 11.30pm with some kids running around and speaking loudly which was very easily heard and it disturbed my sleep. You need to take a few stairs to take the lift and with heavy bags it can become a bit tricky. I had 2 big bags and it was a little inconvenient. Overall it was ok as I only had to be there for one night. I personally wouldn’t stay here if it was any longer than 1 night. As an international business traveller, I would pay a little extra and stay in Hampton by Hilton which is a 5 min walk away. This is my honest opinion.
