Good location in Dongmen pedestrian street and surrounded by good local street food. Easy to move around. Hotel staff are friendly. They even allowed me to check out at 2pm instead of 12 noon without me asking. Thank you.

I stayed here on a transit trip. The hotel was very clean and there were many delicious restaurants nearby, so I enjoyed it very much. The receptionist also spoke good English, so I felt at ease. I took the subway to get to the hotel, but it was a little difficult to access. It's more convenient to take a taxi. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, so it's a good idea to use it.

The environment in the hotel is cosy and comfortable. In addition, location is close to the Hong Kong custom, after having a nice time in Shenzhen maybe consider heading to Hong Kong and also. Enjoy your time and have a journey for whom decided to stay in this hotel.

A hotel with good hospitality that makes you feel very welcomed upon entering the lobby. The lobby has a nice tea smell and at the lobby the staff will serve you tea when you’re waiting at the lobby(you can also request yourself). The lobby is equipped with sockets for device charging. You can also store your baggage for free before & after checkup at their baggage room. They can also help you to receive and store parcels (e.g. from Taobao) up to 1 month. The room overall is very clean, all amenities are still very new as I heard they just renovated few months ago. The room is very much sound proof and you can only hear voices from outside when you are very near the room door. Room cleaning is top notch and the staff will refill the tea bags for you every day as there are tea sets in our room. The room has warm lighting and you can choose the level of brightness of the room. My room has 2 mirrors with lights. The sink is separate with the bathroom which is convenient when you are staying with more than 1 people. Would recommend to stay in this hotel as it has a strategic location which is super near to the metro station (less than 100m) There are also convenience shops and shops that sells food/breakfast at the same street. Check-in time is at 2pm and you can also delay check-out up to 2 hours upon request👍🏻 Mineral waters given every day after room cleaning is also more than enough, with 8 bottles of water every day (4 bottles in the fridge and another 4 beside the kettle). We can also get free smaller mineral waters at the lobby.

Good location, SEG market just cross the road. walking distance to metro Huaqiang South station & Huaqiang Road station. From airport direct train . Room spacious, comfy, clean. Wifi fast. Completed with all amenities. Staff are friendly & helpful. Most important thing, near to halal restaurant. Just Infront of the hotel. Easier for the Muslims.

We stay at the hotel for three nights. The staff are very nice what they upgraded our room to a much bigger and comfortable room even at Christmas. They also gave us a Christmas gift! We had three great nights here. It is near the shop but quiet. It is convenient to eat or play nearby. Even if we deliver food, it is fast to arrive with lot of choice! We will come again.

The location of the hotel is super convenient. Right next to Fumin mtr exit C. There are so many food options around the hotel. The hotel room is really clean and the design and layout is super pleasing. Definitely recommend anyone coming to SZ to try out this hotel

Always is the human touch that make me want to rate beyond 5 stars to the hotel. Vennie Chen (apologies if I didnt spell it right) learned about the hiccups that I had during my stay. She handle it professionally, the way she handle the situation makes me feel warm and welcome, the sincerity she shown is up and beyond, comparatively or even better than most of the 5 stars hotel out there. Xiao Long tong xue at frontdesk is smart and energetic. He understands how to service guests from different cultural background. The hotel room design is so special, most of the electronics items is controllable via ”xiao du”. Location is good. try this hotel to get a different staying experience. Overall a pleasant stay, and experience the beyond with Vennie and xiao long.

This is one of the best hotels that we stayed in. The room is so spacious and airy with a beautiful view outside. Inside, it’s very comfortable that you could lay back or stretch out on the sofa to watch movies. We really appreciated that there is a washing machine with liquid soap provided in the room. This place is centrally located near all the shops and restaurants. The cleaning ladies are super nice. They tidy up and replenished all the necessary items everyday. The front desk gentleman is also so nice to upgraded us to a higher floor. We had an outstanding stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you.

001 we stayed at the Fei before. We like it because it’s close to the mall and you have so much food options to choose from. Noise wise it’s ok even though it’s close to the street it’s not that noisy. Cleanliness it’s also average. But its location and friendly service with comfortable room sold me.

I would like to correct my entry below. The Gangxia subway station Exit E escalator is on the same side of Baofuyi Street as the hotel, but the lift is not. This lift is not marked on the trip.com map.

Room is fine, modern, clean and mostly silent. Location is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Checkin was smooth and fast. However, we mainly booked this stay because it promotes to have 1) a gym and 2) a huge video system. Turns out the gym is non existent or cannot be used yet (January 2025) and the video system can only be used by Chinese users - it does not offer any English speaking videos and can only connect to ”Asian” devices/ services; no Apple, nor Android, no Youtube, no Netflix. Apart from that there was a lot of noise from some constructions in the building during the day, but that was also clearly stated in the description and no issue for us. Finally, there was an awful sewage stink in the bathroom , probably from one of the sinks. Overall okay, but exactly what was promised.

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

Very good service and clean room. Provided Shuttle Bus going to hotel and back to the airport. Everything was very nice for the cheap price, there are many restaurants down the hotel. The room looked like it costs more than the price. The receptionists did their best to help us. 100% recommended.

My stay was pleasant, small decent boutique hotel. I like the location which is close to Wen Ming street with all the eateries cater for local which is more close to the local people. As for tourist you can go Beijing Street. MRT need to have a little walk but it was OK. Room was clean, I was assign at 6 floor which is very close to the Reception, Cafe and Washing Machine. Guest can use the washing machine for free, 2 in 1 (Wash + Dry) 60mins. Very convenient, throw the clothes to wash walk back to room shower blablabla then can collect the clothes already. So happy. They do provide free bottle water 500ml near the lift, just take if u need more. They do serve simple breakfast and supper, good enough.

Room is big and clean. Free flow water available at the lobby. Super sweet oranges are also available for you to take at the check in counter. Friendly staff. Robot was very efficient in sending the takeout to the room.

Everything abt this hotel are so good.. Location is so convenient. Abv train station and shopping malls and Beijing street with lots of food n shopping. Reception counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to check in early and slight late check out. The only problem i had was the shower head water pressure. But overall its acceptable. House keeping staff is also very prompt whenever we call to request for items. She's very attentive to the number of pax checked into the room and ensure we have sufficient towel n toiletries

Very clean, zen exterior and interior. Friendly , polite and helpful staff. Has every small details that makes our stay pleasant such as the room has prepared umbrella, nice tea set, fruits upon check in . Has a laundry room with updated washing machine and laundry dryer, steamer, recycled laundry tote bag which is convenient to use. Very pleasant and comfortable stay, worth for your every penny.

Awesome experience at orange hotel (Beijing Road). Very young but polite front desk staff who greets us with great smile and willing to spend more than 1 hour to match the taobao parcel and send to the hotel room (more than 30 parcels) thumbs up for this!!!! Overall hotel is very new, good location - easy to access to any attractions (within 5km) like Beijing road, Yong Qing Fang, ShaMian etc. will definitely come back next time for their good hospitality experience. By the way, drying and washing clothes service are free! This is very impressive

Room is clean with all the necessary amenities, eg, tooth brush,sandal it's is very near gong bei custom so, it's is very convenient to go to macau, overall I feel happy with the hotel

The room is big and comfortable to live in. It is also close to Chimelong Scenic Area. You can take a taxi or bus. The breakfast is very good. The overall service is average. I feel that the waiters are impatient when asking, but the cleaning lady is very nice. The room does not have children's slippers. When I asked the front desk, they told me that they were out of stock. I also failed to book the hotel's one-way shuttle bus. The limited seats are gone once they are booked. The hotel entertainment, stay for two days and get one adult and one child free. Only adults and children can enter, two children cannot enter, and they have to pay for one person separately. The opposite is Macau, which can be seen from a distance. Overall, the children like it.

There is free parking, which is convenient. After parking, go directly to the elevator. There are hot springs nearby, you can go there and have fun. The room is new and clean, and the decoration style is good. The interior is big enough. The beds are soft and comfortable. On a personal note, I feel that the only flaw is the bathroom. The design lacks privacy, and it would be a bit awkward to come with friends, but it's still acceptable. And there are no rubber slippers for bathing. I like to wear slippers to bathe and don't like to put my feet directly on the ground. The hair dryer is powerful enough to dry long hair quickly. Overall, there is still a next time👍🏻

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

The front desk provided warm service, the facilities were complete, the hotel was clean and tidy, and the location was very advantageous. There was a famous night market in Zhuhai downstairs, so it was very convenient to eat. There were many snack bars and supermarkets downstairs, making it an ideal choice for going to Macau and the beach. The room price was over 500 yuan during the Chinese New Year, which was also OK. It was a cost-effective hotel, and it was only a short walk from the Gongbei checkpoint. The laundry room was very clean and had a dryer, which was really good. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I loved the location convenient not far away from Gongbei gate easy to find taxi or even bus stationfront of the building 2 floor has massage shop , 1 floor also hot pot restaurant nearby the special thanks for staffs, all of them so helpful and active, I will be back to stay here . Hotel is so big and clean. It has separate the toilet ahd the bathroom. I love them very much. Staffs are so cute and service-minded. Location is near border, eazy to transportation. Near the hotel has more food, shop, salon, etc. We come from Thailand and go to China at the first time. We love this place so much.
