The service here is amazing and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel location is very near to dong men with lots of food and shops and it is super convenient. The rooms are big and considerably clean. Overall this hotel is very worth the price and I recommend staying here. Mr Ho who works at the front desk is especially helpful to us.

The location is great because is right beside the high speed trail and there are many restaurants close to it. But I have to change the room, because the first one was smelling very bad, but they could change me. The room could be cleaner. Another thing, it’s a very big city, I went during Canton Fair, that is a very big event, but they weren’t prepared enough to accommodate tourists that don’t speak Chinese. The communication was very difficult!!

My booking stated that I could check in at 2pm but my room wasn't ready even I checked in 7+pm. They couldn't offer a replacement and just asked me to wait for another 30 mins... I was a tired traveller and just wanted a proper shower and break... What's the use of offering 2pm to check out in the following date? I needed to catch another transportations that I booked... A bit disappointed even their facilities are more ”high tech” by comparing with other hotels...

Hotel is at great location which offers wonderful stunning views. Staff is cooperative and helpful. Totally maintained hygiene and cleanliness. Rooms are spacious with big balcony and large windows . There is projector for watching movie approx 150” I guess. So if you love watching movies; you can watch at night. I got a private pool. I was disappointed with two things first they offers pure Chinese breakfast which is not my cup of tea and second there is no room dial service. If you need something you have to message them; they do respond. Highly recommend.

The room has an independent WiFi signal and is good. The front desk will send you a WeChat message to inform you and also send you the takeaway address (੭ •_•)📍When you check in, you will also be reminded that if there is any problem with your check-in, there will be someone on WeChat 24 hours a day. Yes, just for service, I must give full marks. In the future, when traveling to Shenzhen for business or other matters, he must be his first choice.

If you are looking to explore the pedestrian street , enjoy the different kind of street food and restaurants, shops etc…. RANZ hotel has the best location, it’s only about 5 min walk away . My room is very spacious, AC is excellent. We will choose to stay here again . Choose the middle level and up for your room .

We did a short 2 night stay for my big family of 7. As there are limited rooms, we split into 4 different rooms. However, we were in different levels as there were no availability, and I found It strange as I booked It online really really early before my trip. It caused some difficulty in planning for my family but not too tough. We were not used to people smoking indoors and hotel rooms. The smoke smell was too strong for it me such that I went to buy air freshener to spray in my room. The hotel staff was able to help me change to another room for my children but I was not able to as there's no availability. The hotel's location is really convenient. It's situated at a major rail interchange. However, it is often crowded and traffic is heavy. As such, the honking from the cars is almost unending. So if you are a light sleeper, you may have difficulty adjusting. The hotel room itself is a bit jaded and it's non carpeted. The toilet is split into the WC and shower room, and there's only 1 door. So at any point in time, you can only close one side of it, and the door cannot be locked. You can only close it. WC and shower room do have mould growing. So do consider this if you are highly particular about it. The hotel has self service chargeable laundry services. They even have portable dryer for drying clothes that can be brought to your room. It's really convenient. Thus, I believe this hotel is good for transient passengers who are looking at like, one night stay for business purposes, or travelling in transit. But it may not be so suitable for families.

It was my first trip to Guangzhou and I surveyed all the apartments within the distance to Guangzhou South Railway station. I am happy and glad to made the choice to stay at this apartment. Great location, not too crowded and quiet environment. There are restaurants and shops nearby, convenient. Room is the same as advertised, modern and cozy. Clean room, clean bed and clean bathroom. All necessity essentials and amenities are provided. Great service, the beautiful lady Ms. Chen was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend to stay

Location is very good! It was just 2 minutes walk a block after Shipaiqiao subway exit D. Taiko hui, just next door, grand view malls, festival walk is not far away from the hotel. There are many restaurant around the hotel. Food court just before Exit D. We booked non smoking room but the room have cigarette smell heavily. We tried to get rid of the smell by opening the window and sprayed perfume but the smell didn’t go away. The hotel has free Laundry and dryer facility that was located at 8th floor. Detergent is also provided for free. Clean towels are provided everyday. Rooms are also cleaned everyday. After all it is a pleasant stay, room size is quite big. If you are looking for a economical place to stay at CBD area. This place is highly recommended. I will surely come back and stay at this place again in the future.

The location is excellent. It is very conveniently close to the Huangsha subway station. There are large shopping malls nearby with everything for food, clothing, and just walking distance from Yongqingfang. It's just that the decoration of the hotel is a bit old. The superior twin room only has one electric plug, which is not enough. The service is okay, recommended to stay.

Top notch hotel!! Excellent location, rooms are clean and spacious, and 5-star service!! All staff are willing to take extra steps to make our accomodation more comfortable, give useful tourist information, help us out with the apps, recommendations for eateries/massage places. It's the best hotel experience I ever had. The snow park / amusement park /metro are just across the street. There are local eateries just at the door step. There's not more I can ask for!! Good location. But air con is not so well functioning (room 26) although outside weather is 16-17 degrees. Water leaking from the air con vent for the 2 days. More suitable for young couple rather than family

I was very satisfied with my three-night stay. First, the National Orange Hotel has an unlimited supply of oranges, which are very fresh and sweet, making people feel like going home. Second, the hotel is very new and has complete facilities. There is a laundry room on the fourth floor and a restaurant on the first floor. Although the gym is a new hotel, there is no smell left over from the renovation. The third room is very clean and cozy. The toilet flushes automatically and has a heating function. The shower head in the shower room is 14 inches the size of a laptop and has a very large amount of water. Friends joked that the amount of water is very large. It's enough to wash people away. Auntie cleans the house carefully every day. I recommend everyone to stay here.

As a frequent traveller, my highest priority will be location and cleanliness. I was in the room when she was cleaning and she didn't need her to clean. She gave me some daily necessities and clean towels. All daily necessities are available: shaver, toothbrush, cotton swab, cotton, nail polisher, mineral water The only drawback: It takes a long time to wait for the elevator. There are 4 elevators but two of them are often locked. All in all, much better than expected. Recommended

The location of the hotel is easy to find, and it is very convenient to go to Zhuhai Station and Gongbei Port. I came here in advance to store my luggage, and I was able to check in early if there was an unexpected event. It was quiet and comfortable to sleep around at night.

After playing in Zhuhai for 3 days, this hotel is the most satisfied. Although it is not close to the couple road, it is near the most prosperous shopping malls. The focus is on the facilities. The refrigerator and washing machine are available. The area is also large. The window is the river view. Very comfortable, breakfast on the 12th floor is simple but you can eat enough. I will set it again next time, clean and comfortable.

The surrounding environment is the commercial city, which is crowded with people at night. When I stayed in Room 03 on the 11th floor, I couldn't hear the noise and car noise downstairs. The room was clean and suitable for business trips. It had kitchenware for cooking.

The overall room layout, cleanliness and location are acceptable. The triple room is very spacious, the double bed is 1.8m big enough. The whole room has laminate countertops from the bar to the end, which is great. What is worse is that the bathroom and the beds outside are only made of dark glass and cannot be completely covered. It will be awkward and inconvenient for family members to check in. There is also no place to hang clothes in the entire bathroom. It is recommended to add clothes hooks behind the door. There are water stains on the floor that I don't know whether it was cleaned or not, but it's not a big problem.
