This is a decent budget hotel with clean room & bathroom to sleep after all day out visiting/shopping. Front desk is informative. If your back facing the hotel, on your left walk straight down on the main road for 10-12 mins until you see to landmark of Panda crawling backside on the top of IFS, Chengdu. Cross the road if go IFS; dont cross the road if you want to shop at Chunxi Street. Taiko Li is behind IFS or Silver Building. The streets are bustling with people, shops/merchandise, buildings with wonderful neon lightings that surely worth your social media posts. Opposite Panda landmark is the 24hrs shuttle bus stop that goes to Tianfu Airport, vice versa at RMB15 one way. Alternatively if you have heavy luggages you can take a 1 hr cab ride to Tianfu via highway around RMB210. Plan 3 hours ahead your flight if you plan to shop in duty free. There are convenient store on your left, boutique and fruit store on right. There is a local tour shop at the hotel lobby. Any day trip arrangements to Panda Research Center, Sanxingdui Museum, Leshan, Jiuzhaigao, Er Mei Shan, Pingle Ancient Town/Tiantai Mountain, etc are available, reasonably priced, accommodating and friendly to foreign tourists. Suggestion: Extra portable heater to be available as the heater can blow and reach bed area only ya; the corner room is big and spacious. Bathroom and sofa area were cold at night.

We have been staying here each time we transit from Chengdu to other sichuan scenic areas, all these while it has been pleasant and we like this hotel very much, however not this time. After we checked in yesterday we were informed that hotel will shut off power ENTIRELY from 12.30am to 5.30am for it’s maintenance/repair, means no heating aircon, no hot water , no light, lift not working basically no electricity for 5 hours. What frustrated me was hotel should notify us prior to booking or check in and offer refund as we are so tired from our back packing and all we want is to sleep in the warm comforting room. Instead we were notified after we have checked in. At least hotel should have offer some compensation like a free breakfast which I believe it won’t cost them much… disappointing big disappointment with the management. I must say that the staff are good with their service but not the management

Excellent stay, clean, big rooms. Front desk staff is so helpful they went all the way to retrieve our lost package. Front desk lady is very enthusiastic. Location is great as well as it is right at the entrance of Chunxi Road. Would definitely stay here again.

hotel is very near to chunxi road and taikoo li. a convenient location with lots of food options. hotel rooms are a little complicated to locate as it seems to be sharing the same floor as another hotel. however the room is spacious. there are washing machines to use for free at level 3 from 10am to 10pm.

We had a room with 2 beds and stayed for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and nice. The room is spacious. The location is not too far from the famous IFS and Taikoo Li and there are restaurants outside the hotel. The rooms are automated by a smart AI tool too but not really sure if it’s working well. Though the hallway’s carpet needs cleaning / replacement because it’s dark and unhygienic to see. Overall, we had a good stay 😊

Don’t underestimate how big Chengdu is. While searching for hotels around chunxi road I noticed a few hotels appear to be close to chunxi road/Taikoo li, but if I use the walking distance feature, it could show up to take 20 mins walk! Ji hotel location is unbeatable. There is very few hotel within the proximity that cost similar and with such room size. The hotel/room is a bit older, and there is a little bit of traffic noise seeping through a window. It doesn’t bother me at all but if you are the type that needs absolute silence, this hotel is not for you.

We arrived around 1am in the morning. The reception process fast to let us rest ASAP The breakfast charges about RM15 is quite worth to pay for. Advise to settle upon check in. Else the following morning will need to go recept to pay the bill only can enjoy breakfast. We checkout around 8am just few hours rest so nothing much of comment but overall worth to stay. This hotel is near to Chunxi Road and taikoli. Oposite got a small 7-11

I highly recommend the Ji Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area Branch) for its fantastic location and excellent amenities. Here are the key highlights: 1. Great Location: The hotel is extremely convenient, with the shuttle bus terminal to/from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station or Songpan Railway Station/Ancient Town just a 1-minute walk away. 2. A KFC is located on the ground floor next to the hotel lobby, and the area is surrounded by many local restaurants offering a variety of options. 3. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the Jiuzhaigou National Park ticket checkpoint. You can even leave your luggage at the hotel, explore the park, and return to pick it up afterward. 4. The hotel is very new, modern, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou. The reasonable price makes it an even better deal. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is super convenient, about 15mins by their shuttle bus - you should really make sure that you can take it though because it’s difficult to reach by public transport and not exactly walking distance. It’s really easy to use so don’t worry. You can contact the hotel easily via WeChat and they send you all the info you might need. The room is massive, clean and modern. They offer some small gifts - a panda keychain, earplugs and hand cream. I really loved the room. The only issue was that the lock wasn’t working - you still need a card to get in so I guess it was fine but it made me a little uncomfortable. On their page, they say that they have English translation service but nobody spoke English when I arrived so I’m not sure about how that one works.

Room and toilet area were clean, heater in the room working really well while outside was minus degrees but inside so warm. Shower head water pressure was good enough, provided enough hot water. Surrounded with restaurant and near panda bus. Walk around 1km to Jiuzhaigou main entrance. Projector remote control not provided as hotel mentioned it was lost and the proceed to get the new one soon, I have to claim up to the machine to control it. Btw movie can watch it for free and wifi also working well. Please noted reception cannot speak English only Chinese. Highly recommend this place to all travelers 😊

I have travelled extensively throughout Southeast Asia and China, staying from low budget hotels to luxury big names. But this is the first time I actually felt the warmth from the service provided by a hotel! The bed is super comfortable, the design is beautiful, and the room is super clean. Breakfast is extremely affordable and delicious, with the server keep on asking about our needs. We even got a handwritten note on the second day of our stay, asking about how our stay was! Mandarin is not my first language, but I still tried to write back to express my thanks to them. Thank you so much Nostalgia Hotel Chengdu. My family absolutely loved it here and will return when we are here again! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The service guy is excellent. He helped to upgrade my previous booking of 1 queen bed room to a room with two single bed room for free. The location of the hotel is very convennient, near Chengdu East Railway Station and a lot of delicous food. Thanks a lot for the very good service.

The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

The hotel is very good, exactly as advertised Clean room, complete facilities Warm toilet, warm room, and bed warmer Near restaurants, can walk around the city, near Dagu Park The view behind the room is very beautiful, next to the stream, sleep and listen to the sound of flowing water, happy

Just in walking distance to Changpinggou gate  which is great who will have a plan for Changpinggou. The room is big and warm. The floor comes with heater so it is very good to warm your body in freezing temperature outside.  The hotel staff helps you to call the local taxi, 15 yuan per ride/person to Shuanquigou gate. The hotel also provide a simple local breakfast with a goos taste.

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

The boss is very nice. If you stay at his hotel, you can be picked up from the scenic spot for free. The hotel environment and hygiene are very good. The yak hot pot in the restaurant is delicious. The location was quite great. We choose this one based on on the heating floor and oxygen generator availability however, may be i miss the part where it say that i have to pay to use the oxygen generator, i mean i really didnt read it they mentioned it and if they not i wish they were anyhow the room was clean and all.the plce have a cat, once again didnt read if it not state there i wish it was since we have someone who allergic to cat traveled with us. The heating floor wasn’t consistant as in some part were not heat and some are not heating properly and may be also out fault that we left our luggage lay on the floor, one of my friend skincare tube poped luckily it was in the ziplock bag.the surroundinf area were nice. The room take sometime to warm up.the bathroom is super cold!

Location is great. So near the bus station kiosk. And it’s in the Pengfeng village where there are many eateries. It’s only a twenty minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou. Hotel itself is clean but heating is not so warm in winter. Hot water is good. Breakfast was mediocre. There is no meat dishes mainly buns and corns eggs and vegetables. There was coffee and soya bean drink which is ok with us.

The service is very good, the location is easy to find, and it is relatively close to Jiuzhaigou Valley. The room environment is also good. ”Little Me” will be released on 12.31. It is a youth family drama starring Qian Xi. Everyone is welcome to go to the cinema to watch it.

The sanitation is very good and clean. The location is about 20 minutes walk to the right of the scenic spot. The service is very good. You can store your luggage for free. The buffet breakfast is also rich and has many varieties. But! Why is it cold all night when the air conditioner is turned on? The hot water temperature is lower than body temperature. Although I didn't plan to take a shower because I was afraid of altitude sickness, the water temperature was so low that it was equivalent to no hot water. It was inconvenient to wash my feet! I don't know why, the experience in this regard is very bad. The room rate during the Spring Festival is twice the usual price. I understand, but the experience makes people feel that it is not worth it.

Environment: The room is great! I booked a twin bed for myself, and there is a sofa area. The toilet and shower area are quite large. It is also very clean. The hotel is also newly renovated, and the design is very good and new, and it is super photogenic! Service: After arriving, two young ladies checked me in. They also gave me snacks! Love it😍 Two days before I arrived, the young lady contacted me and added WeChat, and sent me the hotel address, etc. Then the room was also locked with a password, and the young lady gave me the password directly, which was very convenient! Carpooling to Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center and High-speed Railway Direct Station: Because I saw a comment saying that pick-up was available when booking the room, I called in advance to communicate, and the pick-up at the bus drop-off point after arrival and the pick-up at the entrance of the scenic spot are both available! This is great! It is equivalent to the hotel having a dedicated pick-up master! Just one phone call to pick you up! Very convenient! This is a hotel that I will stay at next time and will recommend to my friends!

Amazing services from the front desk staff. All of them were very friendly and helpful. They always had smiles on their faces and greeted us when we walked past the reception. We stayed on the second floor facing the mountain. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is a bit of a walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. It’s about 15-20 min walk or 5 min drive. You can take a taxi from the hotel to the park entrance for ¥15. We took a taxi in the morning and walked back along the river after we visited the park. The laundry facility is free and well equipped with both washing machines, dryers and iron. Very convenient. Breakfast was also good. A decent food options. Our favorite was the noodle. Staff at the breakfast hall were also very friendly and provided great services.

The front desk staff provided smiling service with a very good attitude. The environment was quite nice and quiet. The room was clean and tidy. I only redeemed one day's breakfast, but the front desk also gave me two days' breakfast. It was delivered to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area from 8 to 9 in the morning, which was quite good. The towels and bath towels used in the room were disposable, which was relatively hygienic. I will consider this hotel again when I go to Jiuzhaigou next time.

Hanting Hotel, a great value choice for a warm journey On my most recent trip, I chose to stay at Hanting Hotel, and this stay experience really exceeded my expectations, making me feel the comfort and warmth of home during my trip. The layout of the lobby is simple but stylish. The bright lights, clean environment, and several potted plants with lush greenery create a fresh and relaxing atmosphere that makes people feel happy. Entering the room is even more surprising. The bed is neat and clean, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and it fits the body curve just right when you lie on it, as if all the pressure is gently accepted by this bed, and you can fall asleep every night. Although the room is not very large, the layout is exquisite and reasonable, with sufficient storage space, and luggage and clothes can be properly placed. The tables and chairs are neatly arranged, which is very convenient for office and leisure. The design of the bathroom is also very user-friendly. The hot water in the shower area comes quickly and the water temperature is stable. The toiletries are placed in an orderly manner. The quality is far higher than the level of hotels of the same price, and it is refreshing and comfortable to use. Hanting's breakfast also adds a lot of points to this stay. Although the food is not extremely luxurious, it is nutritionally balanced and rich in variety. From steaming buns and rice porridge to fresh fruits, yogurt, and freshly ground coffee, it is enough to start a day full of vitality.
