Today, I went to a highly popular restaurant in Lee Tung Avenue, Wan Chai with a friend. [ Edomae Tendon $138 ] Includes a large and long eel (anago) tempura that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a fresh and sweet taste that is not greasy at all. The bouncy shrimp tempura has a delightful texture, and the small squid tempura cake has a subtle salty flavor. The seaweed and snow peas add a refreshing touch to the bowl, and the runny onsen egg makes it perfect! It leaves you feeling satisfied without being greasy. For dessert, we had [ Earl Grey Pudding with Vanilla Ice Cream $42 ] The smooth texture of the pudding has a subtle tea aroma that doesn't overpower, and the vanilla ice cream is a perfect match.
