Hotel for an amazing price I choose this place and I’ve been here twice already and like the location. Right around the corner is the park and going down Soi 22 has a lot of “exciting” things to look at. Love how convenient it is to everything

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The moment I walked through the doors, I felt the warm and attentive service. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and professional. They also gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, I never wanted to get out of it. The room decor was also very cozy, and all the amenities were well-stocked and of high quality. The hotel's dining was excellent too; the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the taste was simply incredible – every dish was memorable. The hotel environment was also very quiet, ensuring a peaceful rest without any disturbances. Plus, the gym and swimming pool facilities were new and well-equipped; it felt great to work out there in my free time. In short, this hotel excels in every aspect. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

Only things that miss here it is NO washing machine and no balcony, also I didn’t found no one pan, they have a stove here but no one pan, maybe they provide and need to ask not sure, also microwave not in a all types of rooms here. 

About cleanliness the wood have a lot of dust need to better clean, all other no questions.

Hey everyone, especially my single friends out there, this is the perfect spot for you! The location next door is exactly what you're looking for – lots of massages and beautiful women, haha! There are two rows of them! Plus, the hotel itself is excellent. I've stayed in Bangkok hotels for 1000 baht a night that weren't much better. For around 300 baht, this place is fantastic.

Aspira Skkye hotel is always my choice when traveling to Bangkok for medical care at Bumrungrad. They have a complimentary shuttle to the hospital which was very important to me after my surgery. They are also Conveniently located to Sukhumvit and to the BTS. When I went into tge hospital, they stored my luggage which was very convenient for me.

Excellent stay!
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The reception and all staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful at all times. The hotel was spotlessly clean and extremely hygienic, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. On top of that, the location is absolutely perfect — convenient and ideal for exploring the area. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location, service, and amenities here were excellent. The staff was attentive and the facilities were top-notch. However, a significant drawback was the noise level late at night, which was quite hearable from the room. Additionally, note that the road access is narrow, making it difficult for taxis/Grabs to enter, which can be an inconvenience. We stayed at this hotel for two nights.

Cons

The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.

The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.

A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.

There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.

The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.

There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.

The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.

The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.

Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

Pros

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

Clean bed linen.

The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure.

The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery.

There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed.

The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly.

The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls.

The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Overall

Suitable for a short stay of one night.
The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos.
The location and staff are the hotel’s strongest points.

Минусы

Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.

Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.

В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.

В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.

Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.

В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.

Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.

Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.

Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

Плюсы

Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека.

Чистое постельное бельё.

Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды.

В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы.

Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить.

Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление.

Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров.

Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля.

Итог

Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь.
Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям.
Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.

The room was very clean. 
I didn't use it, but apparently there is a shuttle service to the station. 
Central World and other attractions are also nearby.

At first impression we were disappointed, however given free ipgrade to family room. Lovely big room with dressing gowns kitchenette microwave,balcony. However bathroom is often smelly,definitely needs upgrading to a modern wet room. Please leave plugs for bath and one that doesn't leak in kitchenette, could fo with dishcloth,t towel and washing liquid to keep area clean. 
Whole hotel seemed to be in process of upgrade,the hotel pool was disappointing, I expected bigger by the photos ,we booked for my regular swims however once a child was in due to the size it wasn't doable. The building next door has a big empty pool,im not sure in the plan of things this could be made of use?
Excellent location next yo great restaurants and fantastic beach

Location is good, close to where we wanted to climb. Quite a few nice restaurants nearby. There was power/water outage for 1 hour or so, when we were there, it wasn't so bad. The view was amazing (my photo looked exactly like the same photo), great value for our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.
Facilities: 
1. Note that there's no breakfast provided, though breakfast can be found nearby.
Tip: ”Smiling Buffalo Krabi” is nearby (＜5min walk, opens at 8am), it's affiliated to Aspira Escape so you'll get to enjoy 10% off. We knew of this from the Smiling Buffalo staff, would appreciate if the hotel staff have told guests.
2. Aspira Escape has fancy water controls for their bathroom (see photo), I was very amused, do note that the hot water takes quite awhile to kick in.

Good value for money.  Proximity to everything in Ao Nang, this hotel is brand new and gives a very modern hotel vibe. Love the shower especially the selection of pressure and temperature, but didnt like the shower floor as water becomes stagnant due to poor leveling of tiles. Wifi should be improved, strong signal but most of the time internet either down or congested. Tip, the restaurant in front (rosetta) is soooo good, you should try their brunch and some shots of tequila at night while listening to the band. This was one of my relaxing trips in Krabi, thank you Aspira.

This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are quite new, and I really liked the design. Since I traveled during Chinese New Year, the price was several times higher. I stayed for 5 days, and the price increased daily, from over 400 to over 600. However, if a suite is normally around 400, I'd definitely go for it. The location is also great, only 500 meters from Banzaan Seafood Market, Jungceylon Shopping Center, and a Muay Thai gym. It's also quite close to Patong's Bangla Road, so it's convenient to get anywhere. The cleanliness was just okay, especially for extended stays. The housekeeper actually threw the duvet inner on the floor in front of me. Although I tipped the staff in the end, I hope they improve on that! Also, the room has a balcony, which is great for smokers – even though smoking isn't allowed in the room, if you know, you know! The service was average and a bit rigid. There's a pool and gym on the top floor. Overall, it's pretty good.

Great location.  Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.  Roof top pool. They are currently doing renovations but this was clearly stated by email when booking.  It is close to the party streets so may be a little loud at Night. And if your room is on the back side it has a lot of pigeon activity outside.  Over all solid place
