Lunch at Ocean Love in Tsuen Wan

Before heading to Ma Wan for a day trip, we stopped by Tsuen Wan for lunch. To our surprise, the environment at "Ocean Love" Western restaurant was very comfortable, the food quality was excellent, and the prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. Highly recommended! This restaurant is actually a fusion of Japanese and Western-style café. The three of us chose three different Japanese-style lunch sets. Appetizer: Crab Cream Croquette ~ Delicious! The creamy filling inside was very flavorful 😋 Appetizer: Aloe Yogurt Shrimp and Fruit Salad ~ A refreshing starter with plenty of fruits to whet the appetite 👍🏻 Main Course: Grilled Cod with Miso Sauce and Pearl Rice The cod was perfectly pan-fried to a golden crisp without being overly greasy. Paired with pearl rice, it was a perfect match! Main Course: Crispy Cheese-filled Breaded Pork Cutlet with Udon in Bonito Broth The breaded pork cutlet was quite standard, nothing too surprising. Main Course: Scallop and Mentaiko Spaghetti The pink mentaiko sauce topped with shiny orange crab roe made for an appealing presentation. The taste was excellent, and the spaghetti was cooked to the right texture—not too soft or too firm. Highly recommended 😋😋 Side dishes: Tomato Cheese Bread and Mushroom Soup ~ The bread was a pleasant surprise, slightly warm with a fragrant tomato flavor 😋 ~ The mushroom soup was rich and flavorful The total for three people was $534. Considering the pleasant atmosphere and reasonable prices, it’s definitely worth revisiting to try other dishes.
