Today, I came to this beautiful and yummy hot pot restaurant in Tsuen Wan again. Of course, the soup base is a limited-time choice🤭 I ordered the Dragon Emperor Sour and Fragrant Soup, blooming with prosperity, perfect for sharing on social media. It features fresh giant grouper slices as the main ingredient, boneless and tender with every bite, smooth and delicious. It also includes pickled vegetables; the soup is rich but not greasy, sour and spicy with a fresh taste, truly outstanding👍🏻. Da Gun Yau Beef Platter (Small) The Beef King says this is just right😽, it has everything: hand-cut ribeye, local hand-cut beef neck, Australian Wagyu brisket, premium US marbled beef, beef tripe, beef cubes, and beef tongue slices—all very high quality. For seafood, I ordered Japanese Hiroshima oysters and white clams. The oysters are huge and plump, very fresh and don’t shrink when cooked, very satisfying. Also had handmade crab roe shrimp balls and chive pork dumplings, both quite good. Meat and veggies make it healthy🫶, so I ordered oil lettuce, choy sum sprouts, and soaked up the soup essence.
