Had an amazing dining experience at Xiao Nan Guo this time—the service was excellent! Coix seed tea was great for reducing dampness and tasted really good. Claypot-baked yellow croaker had a layer of yellow pepper sauce, giving it a spicy kick, while a bed of garlic underneath added a rich aroma. The fish was incredibly tender and flavorful! Nan Guo-style poached chicken was super tender, and when paired with the sauce, it was simply divine. Claypot pork neck was stir-fried to perfection—juicy but not greasy, with just the right amount of veggies. Loved it! Stone-ground handmade tofu absorbed all the umami flavors from the broth, shrimp, and mushrooms—every bite was packed with flavor. Seasonal greens stir-fried with pork lard were incredibly tasty!
