Shanghai | The cosy bakery near Fuxing Park

Over the weekend, I went to Fuxing Park for a spring outing and stumbled upon a very special bakery. The weather was lovely with plenty of sunshine, and many people were enjoying the outdoor seating. Mentaiko Baguette – The baguette was toasted to a perfectly crispy crust and sliced into pieces. Paired with black tea, it wasn’t dry at all. Fig Cheese Tart – The figs were delicately sliced, sweet but not overwhelming, and the tart base was wonderfully fragrant!
