The white buildings and deep blue sea visible through the bus window, and every moment I sped along the cliffs, I couldn't help but exclaim, "This is Greece!" The village of Oia, upon arriving, was quiet yet vibrant. Walking through the white alleys, I was captivated by charming shops, small cafes, and blue-domed churches. Under the daytime sunlight, the sea was as clear as glass, and the white buildings sparkled in the light. As I walked along the alleys and sat by the window of a cafe, sipping coffee and gazing out at the sea, time seemed to stand still. The fatigue of travel vanished, leaving only the breeze and sunshine. As evening approached, people naturally headed to the hills. Everyone awaited one thing: the Santorini sunset.
