I went to "Iro-Hana Cafe Shokudo" in Isokamidori, Chuo-ku, Kobe for lunch. This restaurant is a casual Japanese restaurant with a concept of balanced Japanese cuisine, including multigrain rice, meat, and tofu dishes. This time I ordered the standard menu item, the Chicken Nanban set meal (1,100 yen). On the tray that was brought to me were a variety of dishes that looked well-balanced in nutrition. Miso soup with plenty of vegetables, multigrain rice, three small bowls of vegetables, and homemade bonito furikake. And the main dish was chicken nanban! Chicken coated in sweet and sour sauce and plenty of my favorite tartar sauce. It was delicious! The interior of the restaurant is clean and bright.
