We use special chopsticks to grill each bite. A fresh hamburger steak that is slightly red and rare is totally fine☺️ The meat juices come out well and it is very juicy. It's so delicious💕 There are 5 kinds of homemade condiments ・Beef mince ・Jalapeno sauce ・Japonaise sauce ・Salted lemon with green onion ・Blended salt Mogu Kayu's favorite is the blended salt.
