Yesterday, I went with friends to Barshu Restaurant to enjoy some delicious food! This well-known Sichuan restaurant is always my go-to for gatherings! . I used to always have the braised flavor, but this time I tried the "Yuxiang" flavor. The sauce paired with the meat’s fragrance was so delicious, bite after bite, it really makes you want more. . The scallops were huge and super fresh. The vermicelli on top absorbed the garlic and scallop aroma, making it very flavorful. . The pork stomach chicken soup came in such a cool serving vessel. The chicken was tender, and the pork stomach was cleaned really well. With the addition of red dates, it was super nourishing. .
