The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation. The London Water Bus offers quick access to the city center, and there's also a shuttle service to Wimbledon. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, with each room being a suite, offering spacious living areas and comfortable lounges. Additionally, the hotel features high-quality sound systems, TVs, and coffee machines. Special mention goes to the hotel's reception service. My check-in was handled by the professional and enthusiastic Ms. Jiny and the humorous and polite Mr. Mohit, whose service made the entire experience enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious, with each suite having a balcony that offers direct views of the harbor, providing a refreshing experience. The stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are not only spacious but also tastefully decorated, with very comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers a wide range of dining options, with excellent breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, especially the impressive cheese selection. The afternoon tea, with its delicious sandwiches, scones, and cakes, is also a highlight. There are plenty of attractions nearby, such as Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, which are worth visiting. Getting to these places from the hotel is convenient, whether by taxi or public transport. There are also many great dining options nearby, such as Betto Tapas Restaurant and The Park Room, which are highly recommended. However, there are a few minor drawbacks, such as occasional new renovation smells in the rooms, some staff members needing improvement in service quality, and the tea and coffee selection in the rooms could be more diverse. Overall, these minor issues do not affect the overall experience. If you're planning a trip or business trip to London, the Chelsea Harbour Hotel is definitely a great choice.
