The olive oil at the base was incredibly fragrant, and it paired perfectly with the bread—so delicious! Mortadella: Thinly sliced but served in generous portions. It’s great with the bread! Capesante Scottate: The moment I saw these scallops, I was intrigued, and they did not disappoint! The scallops were super fresh, topped with a crispy crumble that added a nice crunch. Two pieces per serving, perfect for sharing between two people! Spaghetti alla Carbonara: A safe choice for pasta lovers. The smoky, salty pancetta on top paired wonderfully with the creamy sauce in the pasta. Vitello alla Milanese: This fried dish reminded me of pork cutlets back home. The addition of a squeeze of lemon made it super crispy, and the meat was tender and flavorful—absolutely delicious! For dessert, we chose Tiramisu.
